It's a smaller shop in Renton with a really GREAT TEAM... I've been working with them over the last couple weeks with an ANTIQUE Ford rig, (that is not really their ideal project) but they have been very courteous and conscientious about every step with this truck. I will now be taking ALL of our vehicles to Jeff's Auto for any service we need ;-)

The staff was so sweet and professional. I dropped my car off in the mid-morning. They told me what was going on by noon, and I had my car back at 3. Fantastic and quick service!

Jeff s is a wonderful independent car repair place! I m so glad I found them. Alex at the front desk is very knowledgeable both about car repair and also about insurance issues. She coordinated everything really well with my insurance and explained my repair fully and patiently. They even hire Lyft services to get you to and from the shop. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Jerry, the Manager at Jeff s Auto Repair was amazing! He kept me informed of the cost, the estimated time of completion and provided me with quality service that was fast and reliable.I am new to the area and my car needed new front brakes, calipers and rotors, an oil change and a new battery. When I called around to schedule an appt. I immediately felt like Jerry explained the process better than the three other shops I called, so I took a chance and dropped my car at Jeff s Auto repair. Before I could make it into the office, I got a call with the diagnosis, the cost and a promise that they would do what they can in terms of getting all of the work done before the end of the day.I was surprised when I got a call at 3:30 pm saying all of the work was completed.I picked up my car and it runs perfectly!I highly recommend Jeff s Auto Repair!

My wife and I take our cars to Jeff s and they always do great, thorough, and honest work. They check warrantees, make sure work is complete, explains things. We recommend them with no hesitation.

I came into this place to get a brake inspection. They did a complete inspection of the whole under carriage of my 2000 Chevy Astro van. And I'm so glad they did, because there were several dangerous issues wrong from bald front tires to cracked motor mounts. Shocks, struts, broken sway bar. And more. I'm so glad I took it there. They really care, and they know there stuff.

Great customer service from Gerry, from the time I called him regarding my situation until my vehicle was ready the next day.I appreciate that and the honesty of letting me know my "automotive fix" was not what I'd previously been advised of.It was an easy repair and much cheaper than I was anticipating.I will definitely be going back for any other automotive needs,as well as referring others to Jeff's Auto Repair on Park Ave in Renton

Very pleased with the services provided by shop manager Gerry and his team. I feel like this is a very honest shop with people that will do their best to get you back on the road. I really like that did the repair that was the most necessary and didn't try to upsell me on other stuff. Fair prices, honest people, good work.

The staff were kind and knowledgeable on the issues with my vehicle. They were quick and straight to the point and gave me the opportunity to consider my options without being on pushy or demanding. They gave me a few days to decide on how to proceed and even gave recommendations on the best way to get rid of my unwanted vehicle after I decided not to replace the whole engine. I expected to pay their time for inspection and on the day I went to sign release paperwork I was surprised when I was told I owed them nothing at all. Would definitely use them moving forward for any of my vehicle needs and recommend them highly to anyone in need of an auto mechanic.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Words simply can't do my nightmare of an experience at Jeff's justice. Took my 17 yr old vehicle to Jeff's for head to toe repair prior to moving. I am the original owner, the vehicle lives in our garage, and is kept in PRISTINE condition. Prior to going to Jeff's the vehicle spent a week at an auto body shop getting small chips repaired. I booked my appt. at Jeff's two weeks prior to dropping vehicle off at Jeff's. My previous estimates for several thousands of dollars of work were saved in their computer, and despite Kevin (manager) repeatedly stating, "We'll prioritize," I made it clear I needed all work on all estimates accomplished, in addition to repairs such as air conditioner, and anything that was further recommended. I was quoted 2-3 days for the job. Drop off took over 15 minutes, despite me arriving at 7:30 AM, and being the only person to check in. I prepaid almost half of the highest quote and okayed all recommended services. I was updated later that day. I was told the oil leak on the estimate was located in a totally different part of the vehicle other than what I was previously told, and the vehicle wouldn't be ready until four days out instead of two to three days. This was an issue because I had another appointment for the vehicle prior to my move. On the morning of the fourth day I was told they were having issues locating parts and the vehicle wouldn't be ready until the afternoon of the fifth day.Upon picking up the vehicle, some discounts were applied and I was told to "send estimates for damages." I paid Jeff s nearly $9,000, the air conditioner was NOT fixed, the vehicle took FIVE days instead of the original quoted two to three days, was returned with three major scratches and a large dent, a huge eight to nine inch. crack in dashboard from where they "dropped it," huge crack and chips inside glove box, and the interior was covered in black grease clumps and fingerprints plus carpets were covered in black oil and grease (NO foot carpet protection used).The vehicle is 17 years old, and I may NEVER restore it to original condition, after taking pristine care of it for 17 years, Jeff's managed to RUIN it in a few days. "Kevin," the manager suggest I "glue a carpet to the dashboard." I immediately took nearly 50 pictures of interior and exterior damages and contacted the auto body shop to verify the three scratches and large dent were NOT on the vehicle the previous week. The vehicle was detailed the next day for nearly $400 due to the intense deep cleaning needed to remove all oil and grease from carpets, etc. The vehicle is in the process of being shipped to me overseas, but I will likely NEVER restore it to original condition due to the challenges of obtaining original parts for a 17 year old vehicle. Unprofessional and disrespectful are an understatement for Jeff's Auto Repair in Renton. We used them in the past (two years ago), and were very happy with their service and professionalism. Never again.

Went in for a check on my breaks. They did a complete check of all systems including taking my car for a test drive to determine what the actual problem is. They sent me a vehicle report and Gerry called me and we discussed what needed to be done. They did not charge me for the diagnostic. The most pleasant experience I've had with a car repair shop in years. I definitely recommend them and will go back.

Seriously??? After responding to your text message that asked if f everything went ok with my service done recently, and if not if they can make up for it. I let them know that the mechanic may have not even opened the hood of the car, as my windshield washer fluid was not touched not a nice but now two services!! The boxes were all checked but the goods were not delivered! THEN, you tell me that you re happy to hear about my excellent experience and wonder if I can give a google review?? Sure buddy, here you go! Im looking for a new mechanic
