Car shopping can be a stressful experience but Highland Auto made the process so easy and pleasant. I was given plenty of information right off the bat, was offered a more than fair deal, and walked out the same day with a car I love.I highly recommend Highland Auto and I'll definitely be coming back!

I went to Highland Auto as I knew my car was on its last leg of life. As a woman, it can be very intimidating car shopping alone, but Gebran made the process comfortable and seamless. He gave me multiple different options that worked within my parameters and patiently answered all my questions.I also like the fact that it is a small, family-owned-and-operated business. I am quite satisfied with the outcome and will surely be back in the future. Thank you, Highland Auto!

Outstanding service! Very happy with the purchase of my car. I have purchased a few vehicles from Highland Auto over the years and they have all been reliable and the staff there are easy to work with. I would recommend buying from Highland Auto.

Very friendly and helpful. I needed an extra set of special antitheft keys and he set me up with his key guy. The key guy came to my house, made the keys and programed them for my car for 1/2 the cost at the dealer in about 35minutes. Thank you Highland Auto.

After speaking with the dealer for several days, I asked for everything related to the car, 2015 Scion TC special edition, and they not only lied to me but also advertised the car with fake pictures. I told them I am a mechanic and I was going to make a deep inspection of the car. I also told them I was driving all the way from Eugene OR to Renton WA, 4 1/2 hours trip, but they seem not to care about customers' relationships. I got there and the car was leaking by the transmission, even whe I ask them about and they told me no there's no leak ( I even got text messages), the car show in the pictures all stock interior and when I sit in the driver side, the radio was an aftermarket. I asked the seller, and he said oh maybe someone changed the radio." Are you serious?? I even showed him the picture on the website, which is still there. If you live around the corner won't hurt you drive few minutes to take a look at any car, which I do not recommend after such bad experience, but if you live far please don't waste your time. This people is not honest, and they will do anything to sell you a vehicle. Shame on you.

I had a great experience with buying a car here. I spoke with G on the phone the day before our appointment and he had my financing available and ready to go after our test drive.very fast and painless experience! G went above and beyond to understand our needs and worked with us to get us in a car that day. 5 stars!! Would recommend!!!!

Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Made me feel welcome and walked me through the process to make the experience so positive! Was in and out faster than I ve ever been before to do a car deal. I got great service from Gebron! Friendly and willing to let me take my time and do what I needed to be comfortable with my purchase. Great deals here, my only advise to a future customer is to ask a lot of questions, go through the vehicle history, and test everything in the car before you buy; just because some of them were a little more on the used side than others, and this will prevent any surprises. But Gebron was very honest and helpful and answered all of my questions truthfully. Car still running great a few weeks later, no complaints at all, WOULD RECOMMEND! Thanks G! :)

I have had bad luck with car dealerships in the past, it has really discouraged me. Let me just say this dealership isn t one of them! They are 10 out of 10 in my book. Very kind, not pushy for sales, listened to my needs and wants. Great with fixing vehicles, communication is wonderful with them! I Now have my second car through them so I highly recommend!! Jebran and Toni are great :)

I just bought a second car this week from G at Highland Auto. The second was for my son. My first was for my daughter . He's a straight up owner. He doesn't pull any weird financial, magic show tricks. Nor does he add on unethical, behind the scene costs that come out of thin air. In all my 53 years of life he is 10 fold the better experience versus any other dealers; HANDS DOWN!!

Such a breath of fresh air after visiting large dealership lots. Support a small Pop and Son business. I never felt pressured while on the lot or in the office. G had the car I was coming to look at pulled out and ready for me to check out. He seemed knowledgeable about the car and was willing to pull up the CarFax report after a quick test drive. For all those people out there shopping for a car, know what you are looking for. If it's on this lot, you should get it here. By far one the best experiences I have had when shopping for anything of value.

Best place around for quality used auto's! I stumbled across Highland Auto looking to buy a new car after my previous car was totaled in an accident. I never actually write reviews but it is not often that a sales person goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client s piece of mind and satisfaction. However, Gibran and his family owned dealership was an absolute pleasure to work with.Gibran was very attentive and accommodating to my requirements, my budget, and really worked with me very patiently to make an educated decision on a vehicle. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy and when I finally decided on a car, the entire transaction was incredibly transparent and clear. He kept me updated on the progress of the deal every step and took every measure to ensure that his service delivery was impeccable from start to finish. No hidden fees, no hidden surprises, just straightforward and simple.I have no doubt that I will once again return to highland auto when I am ready to upgrade and I will definitely be bringing family and friends here! Gerban was amazing. Super knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, offered the carfax before I could ask, offered to trade in my beater, and offered to help find financing. The car was in great shape, well cared for, and he offered to help upgrade the tires at cost.After the purchase, I moved to another state and he emailed a copy of my Bill of Sales, and helped track down a state DMV license plate issue. All of this way above and beyond what I would expect from a small lot.Seriously, before I ever buy another car I'm swinging by Highland Auto. Best car buying experience before, during and after the transaction.

Worst Place EVER to buy a car, and I am only writing this review for the sake of others and I can probably bet money that their "good" reviews are made by them. I bought a car from them in October. My first car I've ever gotten at a dealership and I guess I could have brought somebody in to help me, but I didn't. They sell pretty cars but they are dumb pieces of crap. they told me their cars are checked at a 120%. anyways long story short, they told me all the car needed was a catalytic converter, they were going to send me the part, took them 3 months to send the part. Come to find out, it WONT fit on my car, even though its a "universal" one, it won't fit because my 2004 Saab requires a DIRECT fit one. When I called to tell them that I needed a direct fit one, that they sent me the WRONG one, he said "we told you we would order you one, so we did. theres nothing we can do for you." Not only this, but the car was in an ACCIDENT that he didn't tell me about, and the driver side tie rod was so badly damaged that when I took it to a shop they were surprised I was still able to drive on it, also there were MAJOR oil leaks. I can go on, just don't buy from these guys. They aren't worth your time or money!!!!!

I really love this family owned business very polite , very interactive with there customers always make me feel welcomed every time I go visit them . If your looking for a good car go to highland auto it is worth it and good quality cars .Keep up the good work guys .

I recently bought a 2004 Mini Cooper from Gebran Melki at Highland Auto. I had a great experience. Gebran was fair, professional, transparent, and efficient. I love my new car and, whereas I thought buying a car would be a horrid experience, it was instead a pleasure.

I came in looking for a car, had to walk in and bug guy at computer to ask a few questions. I said I had about 10 k to spend and I live right up the road. He asked if I had cash or credit, I said it COULD be either... he seemed very busy and unwilling to help. He seemed to not take me seriously so I walked around the lot alone and he went back to his computer. I STILL need a car! And keep checking the inventory at this lot since its so close but really don't look forward to going there again if I see something I like. Also close at 5pm on sat? and completely closed Sunday??? : (

Terrible! Bought a car that they said was never in an accident. Gave me a carfax to prove it. Low and behold I found out later that they bought the car damaged and fixed it before the carfax updated. Now it states that the car has frame damage. I took the car in to an auto body expert that said it was definitely in an accident and that the repair work was done poorly. Shady business practice and shame on them for lying to me. Now I have to trade this car in for something safe and loose a ton of money in the process.

Went with my best friend's daughter to look at the car that was $10,000 and it had a flat tire and had to be jumped with a jumper box you think a professional car dealer would at least take care of those issues waste of time and gas not happy
