Juan replaced the glass in a large exterior wood door for us. He quoted a fair price, did the work on time and with meticulous care not to damage the trim on the 1986 wood door. He also replaced the weather seals and used 100% silicone caulk on the outside rim to further prevent water entry that was ruining the wood. He cleaned everything before leaving and was unfailingly polite. I highly recommend this small business for glass replacement.

After looking over our Lexus, Juan had concerns about being able to do the job without causing damage. The prior installer (before we bought the car) did cause damage. We had given Juan a decorative mirror to repair. He felt bad about not being willing to do the job and fixed the mirror for FREE and returned it to us. In my opinion, this is proof of trustworthiness.

I cannot say enough about how great this company is. He came early, was such a professional and really a lovley guy to work with. He even turned my car on to warmed it up so I could test the window multiple times before he left. Will use again 100%!

Found my driver's window broken this morning and contacted a few area glass shops for a quote. Juan was back to me within 20 minutes, had a competitive price and had my window repaired by 12:30 p.m. He was great-- responsive, arrived exactly on time ,vacuumed up all the broken glass and did a great job on the install!

Juan was incredibly responsive and offered great service at a low price. I called looking for an estimate to replace a broken window on my 2004 Toyota Highlander, and Juan already had the part ready to go, was available to drive to me to fix it within an hour, all for $50 cheaper than the previous three places I had called.Once he arrived, he was able to vacuum all the broken glass from the car and perform the repair in less than 30 minutes. Hopefully I can avoid any more window damage on the car, but I would definitely go with Urbano for any future glass work I need.

Best price, responsive and courteous, great service!Juan responded promptly and professionally, and replaced my windshield at a time and place that was convenient for me. Even when we figured out that I hadn't given him enough info about the windshield to bring the right replacement, he still managed to get the right one on a Saturday afternoon.I hope I never get a cracked windshield again, but I know who I'm calling if I do!

They literally came about 2 hours after I called and had a part almost no one else had. They did a great job and cleaned up all the glass including inside the door. Really respect this company and their care for customers.

Juan was prompt, straight to business but aslo a super nice guy. Price was lowest from all the quotes I got, and he came ASAP and finished ASAP. Would highly highly reccomend.Edit: Juan helped me yet again and again was impressed by his swift and professional service. I WILL ALWAYS RECCOMEND URBANO!

He was very kind and fast. I would recommend him because his prices were the cheapest. I called around place after place and they wanted so much. He was so reasonable. Showed up on time and finished quicker then expected. If you need a windshield replacement this is probably your cheapest option.
