I thought i had a screw in my tire and turned my wheel and saw both my tie rod boots were torn and it wasnt long after i got new tires and an alignment from firestone. i took it to a shop to get new tie rods and they saw 9 weights on my rims they were in different spots so they rebalanced my front tires and said my rims are bent so you need new rims. I have a 9.5inch wide rims so i cant find used rims that fits my new tires which if firestone told me about my bent rims i would not bought tires and bought rims then tires. Got another alignment after the other shop fixed my tie rods and my brand new boot is way twisted cause they didnt loosen the clamp before the alignment so i think they tore my other tie rod boots during my first alignment

John, the store manager, provided me with professional and personal help taking my damaged tire. Reordering a new tire and found a temporary tire so that I still have a vehicle to go to hospital to my procedure done.This was my second time to have services from John since I moved from Spokane. Really impressed with his great car care. Strongly recommended.

My car stalled twice at a red light and I had no idea what was causing that to happen. It was pretty scary especially in the middle of busy traffic. John and the Firestone team helped me figure out the exact cause of this issue. My car feels brand new again. This location is my favorite. Excellent service and great communication. John really went out of his way and made sure they fixed the problem for me at the best price. What stood out to me most is he cared as well with the rest of the team. Thank you again for making this stressful situation as easy as possible. Another great experience with Firestone.

It was on a Sunday and no other shop in the area was open to help and I had a nail in my tire. Fortunately there was a Firestone accross the street and I was able to drop off my vehicle. They let me know they might not get to it the same day before they closed but they did and I was pleased with how quickly they got it completed. Thank You!

Chris N provided excellent customer service to the point that he recommended I try to get just the one tire changed at another auto shop as they might be able to match the tires. I felt so positive about this that when the other shop told me they would need to swap all the tires (& frankly, the vibe was a little off at that other place), I came back to this shop instead.I felt like Chris was working to provide me the best possible service for my situation & not just trying to make a sale. He explained costs & provided me an accurate estimate.On pick up, Sahil N. was very helpful, showed me the break down of the invoice which matched the estimate Chris had previously covered, & helped me get everything settled up in a quick, courteous manner.This experience with multiple people at this shop made me want to bring our other car in for service here, too. Very satisfied with all my interactions from Firestone at 421 Union Ave in Renton!

It s not a Lamborghini! I brought my 1986 Toyota Pickup in for brakes, and they kept adjusting the price upwards from about $850 to finally $1350 after several readjustments. I was charged extra because it is a 4WD model, although it has the same braking system as a 2WD. Nevertheless, I just wanted my truck back, so I played along with this aggravating process, and the truck is already on the lift in the service bay with the wheels off, right? This is a nice service facility because they are open on the weekends, have frequent sales, and you can charge the bill to your Firestone credit card. However, I would temper that by advising that you only bring late model, generic vehicles here for repairs, because this eighties Toyota really threw them for a loop. The brake job is okay, although it doesn t stop on a dime, although it never did, and that may be an inherent trait of these older pickups. They did some additional work, cooling system flush and belts, which may not have been imperative but does help the truck run better and they quoted that over the phone before proceeding. I felt to a certain extent that the service staff were trolling me with ups and extras, but they got the job done in good time, so I guess the service was passable. You may want to get a second opinion from an independent mechanic who gives a rip about what you think of their business. Also, there may be better options like Discount Tire or Les Schwab.

09.08.23John Vi, Chris Nelson, Dyllan, Julio.WOW I experienced the GOAT the very best car repair experience of all time inmy whole life of being a car owner for over 45+ years.JOHN and his team gave me caring, professional, expert customer servicefriendly, expert, no pressure or upselling, focused and taking care of myneeds ASAP and keeping me updated thru the process, while i patiently satand waited, ALSO, they did not only provide me with this GOAT level of customer service, but as i sat there for hours, i could hear and witness thesame level of care, commitment, professionalism to ALL of their customer, whether they were in the store in front of them, or over the phone with customers, vendors, or other service supports. Semmlessly focused on their jobsbut JOHN's leadership was outstanding because he made sure his team took timefor breaks, and there was even an instore promotion and celebrations of a current FIRESTONE sale, and they even had time to be treated by a parts vendorfor their lunchtime break. I have also received this level of care previously from John and his team, especially Dyllan and Chris so today's kudo is consistently why this store is so popular and busy and in demand by return customer daily. JOHN was especially sensitive to my current problem and alsofound time to reschedule my repair visit ASAP since it involved my brakes andmoved up my online appointment 3 days, and again, i heard him offer the samelevel of personal ASAP attention to other ASAP walkins or phoneins. His goalis total and complete customer satisfaction, no excuses and he has his team acting in the same tone and manner, when i was taken care of by Dyllan at mylast visit, his behaviors mirrored that of his leader, John. I felt Dyllan wasjust as caring and expert as and like John. This is an amazing car repair shop.Oh by the way, they did take care of my primary problem first, brake job, and did discuss and present to me a short list of recommended services, batteryreplacement, tire replacement, alignment service and their recommendations, but did not oversell or pressure me towards purchase today, Professional caringwith goal of total customer satisfaction. John even did recommend and did sign me up for the Firestone Credit card, which again made me eligible for so many benefits, and did make be eligible today for discounts and price savings, no pressure just matter in fact, and did it so seemlessly it took just 2-3 minutesof both of our times today. Great service and they did a pretty good job on alignments. It was not perfect the first time, so I booked another appointment and they got it right. I did get the unlimited alignment coupon (buy it cheaper on new years day) but I would assume if the one time price they should get it right for you

Ok so they didn't do as well as I thought the first time I took my truck in it lasted about two weeks. The next two time it died the day it got out of the shop.I DO NOT recommend getting auto care work done on your car but they do do well on tires

This by far is the worst Firestone, I have ever been to. Irregardless of appointments made, they never get the work done in less than an hour. It takes them 4-6hrs to change tires or do an oil change. Communicating with customer service is horrible. We have to explain ourselves many times over the phone and still go there and they wouldn t order the right parts. Better service in Walmart. In and out. Cheaper and more convenient.Services: Tires, Oil change

Called to see about getting my breaks looked at. When I asked about getting my vehicle in to get the breaks looked at the guy that answered the phone said next week, so I asked when next week he responds by saying next week so I said ok so what day he said next and was very rude. If this is how they speak to you on the phone I'd hate to see how they treat their customers.

I needed a cv axle, they said I had 2 bad cv joints so replaced both. Got vehicle back, felt great for a week then started feeling worse than before the repair. Took back to them, they stated got bad parts but they were putting better parts on this time but now my wheel bearings were bad. Got new front cv axles and new wheel bearings in both front. Got a call to pick up the following day. Guy working would not let me leave until I test drove my vehicle because a shimmy was happening at 30-40 mph. I asked him what test driving is going to do and he responded I have been there 3 times (I was there 2x) and he s not going to chase this. If I have issue again they won t work on it, I would need to take somewhere else. My tire feels really wobbly now and so my vehicle has been sitting since December because I m too scared to drive it. I don t know what to do, all my money was tied up with Firestone. Idk if they didn t do the wheel bearing right in that tire because it now feels like a wheel bearing where as before they changed the wheel bearings I had no issue like this. Ugh! I was driving my vehicle before I took it to them and now unable to drive it after spending almost $2000. If they won t fix it then what are my options? I can t afford to do it all again.

This was one of the BEST Firestone I have ever been to. From my initial call to John to book a time for them to check out the car. Till I walked out the door, excellent customer service. They gave me a discount for having gotten my battery from them, sprayed down my keys and credit card. Also sprayed down my hands when I left. I couldn't have been more impressed with the level of customer care. I had a battery and a terminal put in. I highly recommend going there for all your car care needs! Thank you John!

Always do great work. They keep you informed of the repairs and will call immediately if they find something else while working on your vehicle. Highly recommend. Great mechanics, very professional, and excellent customer service over the phone and in person. They took the time to take me through each part and labor requirement needed. I've been going here for two years and the mechanics' work is always first rate.They also have a nice little kids' area in the waiting room and Melissa & Doug puzzles for toddlers.

I usually come to this place to change the engine oil or some maintenance at the car. I don't know if another place the workers are friendly as at this workshop. Besides, they're taking their time to explain to you all that's concern about your vehicle. I like it.
