I took my BMW to this shop due to a check engine light and rough idle. The owner evaluated the vehicle and informed me that the check engine light was due to a bad O2 sensor. His best educated guess on the rough idle was due to turbo inlets that appeared loose. He recommended to change both 02 sensors and charged accordingly. $1300 later the check engine light and rough idle remain.To add insult to injury, the owner provides us with paperwork outlining the fact that BMW had extended the warranty on the O2 sensors and repairs should be covered at no cost to the vehicle owner. I submitted my receipt to BMW, but they only cover repairs made at the dealership. Their advice, after failing to resolve either issue, was to take the car to the dealer.I don't have $1300 to waste and I would imagine many people don't. At the very least, my check engine light shouldn't be illuminated with the same code showing from prior to the repair.This experience was disappointing to say the least.

Most honest mechanics around. Have taken my cars here for almost 20 years, and I have never been disappointed. They don't recommend things that don't need to be done. But when something needs to be done, they do it well and at a reasonable price. The best!

I took my vehicle there for the first time about a week ago Jimmy the owner is very honest and straightforward he even repaired a few extra things on my vehicle with no charge I have three vehicles and he will see me again. Two thumbs up for me!

I've been taking my cars here for nearly 14 years. Excellent service, price and quite accommodating. I can't imagine the rudeness spoken of in 1 or 2 comments. I can't even imagine Jimmy being rude. Service typically requires an appointment because they stay busy. To me this place is the definition of a neighborhood shop. I never have to worry about being "taken" since I'm no mechanic. Trust (along with good work) is the most important thing to me in a mechanic and they provide it.

Jimmy was fast courteous and knowledgeable. He quoted me an incredibly fair price and he delivered exactly as quoted. My vehicle was done on time and runs like a dream now. I have 2 cars that Jimmy (owner) has done work to in the past year, most recently to my 2006 BMW 325i. I had my car at the BMW dealership to have a couple recalls done, and while there, they did an inspection and recommended $3500 worth of work to be done! I certainly wasn't prepared for that so, thankfully, Jimmy was able to do it at 1/3 of that cost AND it included a few other things too. Even though, he was pretty busy he was able to get me in right away. He told me they could have my car up to 4-5 days which I had expected anyway. But after only a day and a half in the shop he called to say my car was ready to be picked up. I couldn't believe it! Under promise, Over deliver! When I got there my car was out front waiting for me and when I turned it on it sounded and drove like a brand new car again! Couldn't be more satisfied. He is very knowledgeable, no matter what make/model car you have, and the services he provides for the price makes it a no brainer for me! I know who I'm calling when in need of any auto work! THANKS AGAIN JIMMY!

This shop has been in our neighborhood long before I moved in so we thought we would bring our car to them when the clutch suffered a failure. Jimmy gave me a repair estimate and date to bring in the car. He was super nice and honest.He called me the next day when the work was complete (he even finished ahead of my expectations) and spent a few minutes going over the issues he found/fixed. He even wanted to show me the old parts because the break was unusual. Talk about super honesty and integrity! He also noticed the Check Engine light came on briefly during his test drive and quickly diagnosed and solved the cause at no charge. His quoted price was on the mark and even bested other larger shops in the area. Our car drives like a champ again and I'd trust Cascade Auto Repair for future repair work of our vehicles.We need more small business owners with this type of work ethic and pride in our neighborhoods. It's nice to have a trustworthy shop in the neighborhood and I would highly recommend this shop to others in need of some automotive work.

Fast friendly service and reasonable rates. Called for spark plug and coil pack job I didn't have time to take care of myself as you have to remove a bunch of stuff out of the way. Got me in in a reasonable timeframe and had it done same day. Quoted and final price were the same. Will use again.

Jimmy fixed both my sister's car and mine. The quality work is great. Their price is better than most places, and most of all my experience with their customer service is great. I'd be coming here for many more repairs.

Jimmy Is a excellent mechanic, hes honest and fair, and always gets the job done and done right. He doesn't try to over charge you for things you dont need and doesn't make up false work to swindle people out of money. I recommend Cascade Auto to anyone

Cascade Auto is the best.Tun (alias Jimmy) owns and operates his own business -- with skill, pride, and honesty.We've been taking our cars there ever since a neighbor recommended him.I totally trust him to take care of our cars, trust his recommendations and fair prices.Sometimes I drop in with a small problem or question, and he comes out and answers my question or fixes the problem at no charge.

This place is as good as it can get. Took my car in to get looked at in the morning got it back by noon. They went above and beyond with everything . Super nice customer service treated you like you were family from start to finish. They were honest about everything and even helped me save a lot of money by pointing out a problem that was unseen. If you are around the area, do yourself a favor by taking your car here instead of any other dealership/shop they will give you an A+ experience.

Jimmy is no nonsense. Jimmy quotes you a price and never asks to do more. Jimmy is no frills, just in and out. Jimmy beat Firestone by HALF. Half peoples. He replaced my car's ball joints and tie rods this time. I have been here 3 times and have had great service every time.

I can't say I wasn't too happy but I came in and explained my situation in where my car was in bad shape. I was willing to shell out whatever was needed in order to have them be able to take a look but I was asked to leave as I did not have an appointment and they did not want me to ask for one. Communication was somewhat awkward because I got the feeling that driving my car was definitely not recommended but I couldn't leave it there nor did the employees respond to whether or not I could leave the vehicle in their care. It was very frustrating and I ended up leaving the property without receiving care that everyone seemed to rave about from this place. I guess my only advice is to call ahead of time to set up an appointment if this is your only option but otherwise do not bother coming here if you are in need of immediate car help.

Beware of this place!I went to get my brakes done on my car on May 2019 both the front and back with rotor and brake pads replacement. After driving it for a month, I noticed there was something off with the brakes but thought it couldn't be because I read all of the reviews and that this place did a standup job.I ignored it and thought it was something wrong with my driveshaft instead. A year later, I sold my car and found out that the brake pads were all worn out. I checked the odometer and calculated the miles. I drove 19,000 miles and the brake pads were so worn out (it didn't have any left) I could have gotten into a really bad accident. I believe this place did not replace my brake pads in the front as they said they did (I still have the receipt) and if they did, they used USED parts.This place is very dishonest. DO NOT GO HERE!Service: Brakes

Great small family owned business. Always honest about what needs fixed at a great price. Not sales men, just great mechanics. Great business, great customer service, manages their time well, honest, and always a pleasure to work with. I have taken my 2008 Acura TSX and 2002 Honda Accord there to have numerous things done. Basic maintenance on the Honda at an awesome price. I had some aftermarket equipment installed on my Acura TSX and two years later everything is still working awesome!

Jimmy and his team do excellent work, they've done an excellent time every time I bring a car in, not a complaint at all about that, but it's a little pricey for a small shop.
