I had a fantastic experience with Car Pros - Hyundai. My car unexpectedly went into Limp Mode, and I had to tow it to their office on a Saturday. On Monday, I received a call from their Service Manager, Andy, who guided me through the process. I was anxious about the issue and, more importantly, unsure how long my car would be in the shop, as I also needed to drop my child off at school early in the morning during winter.I reached out to Andy, requesting assistance, and he went above and beyond. He ensured that my car's diagnostics were completed in the next couple of days and promptly fixed the issue. Seeing my car back brought immense relief, especially for my son, who was delighted. Thank you, Andy, and Car Pros Hyundai of Renton, for providing exceptional service. To Andy, if you happen to read this review, please know that you are a wonderful employee and ambassador for Car Pros, and Hyundai should be aware of your outstanding contributions.

Similar to others who have left reviews, my experience was disappointing after purchasing a new vehicle and then pursuing Service at this dealership.The challenges I experienced were first needing to wait nearly one month to get an appointment for a simple tire rotation. Second, on the day of service, it took nearly 3 hours for them to perform the rotation as part of the free maintenance that is included with the new vehicle purchase. This 3 hours was simply for the rotation, as no other typical niceties were included such as a car wash or basic vacuum nor oil change since the car is an EV (to be fair they did provide a car wash coupon, which was appreciated). This was pretty disappointing and of questionable value given the time and effort required for such a basic service. They also neglected to reset the service notice reminder on the vehicle.Also please beware that if called, they are unlikely to answer the phone. I truly hope the management will address the issue or hire more staff.Buyer beware for those that are looking to buy a new car and get it serviced at this dealership.Update: more recently things seem to have improved with answering of phones and appointment wait times. Updated stars accordingly

Had a flat and needed air in my tire. I had spoken with a gentleman who had said they were all booked up for the day. I had reiterate that I just need my tire inflated, and still insisted they were too busy. Thank goodness, Dodge was right across the street and they had checked all my tires in less than 10 minutes.

Went in to price shop. Couldn't work out a good payment to agree on. No big deal. But when we went back in they were talking bad about us cause they thought we were gone. If u wanna get talked bad about behind your back. Go see these guys

Horrible my engine is in warranty and they do not want to value the warranty of my Hyundai Sonata 2015. Hyundai as the company has a recall on this engine and they keep asking more papers and evaluations when this engine has been recalled. Causing a really serious issue of safety, car stops when you are driving and you just lose control over it. The engine has a knocking noise and shakes when on. My car has all the symptoms stated in the webpage of Hyundai for this problem. Hyundai has to be responsible to agree to this warranty. Will keep updating until issue is resolved by the time , I am left without no car loaner or rental. And as a disabled person this has been hard and btw still paying for a car thats in dealer not working . It is dissapointing. Warranty was accepted since last week after a lot of hustle by the Hyundai, the mayor detail the engine arrives in 6 months. I just want it fixed Hyundai has aggreed to a rental me paying it and they will reimburse. Who has 6 months for a car rental and at the end get paid? I am just dealing with this frusttration of being left without a car so much time when i really need it. Not a luxury a need. Its been 3 weeks. I wish I had knew how bad the quality of Hyundai was and all recalls it had.

Did a good job with my basic car maintenance but however did not fix the failed software update issue I had as it seemed to be too much trouble for them and I had to figure it out by myself.

Really nice people.Scheduled a door not closing properly, a check system light, and to repair back interior carpet protector that keeps falling off back seat.They said there is a 6hr recall, so they'll need it the weekend.Door still doesnt shut properly and check light still keeps coming on. They basically gave a shrug shoulder on door not closing properly

Had to wait over a month just to get my car inspected, and then finally got it in to be serviced.It is currently 2 months after I was told it would be done, and I still have no car and can t even get them on the phone. Slow, unprofessional, and 0 accountability in this entire department. Try your luck else where.Service: Engine repair

So, upon purchasing my brand new Hyundai Elantra, it has been burglarized twice. The first time it was burglarized I was trying to find some replacement glass so I can pay for it out of pocket so my insurance premium wouldn't go up and they never contacted me back. They said a service representative will be back with me when one is available and that was in January. Since then I have replaced it with an aftermarket glass since Hyundai will not help me. I called them and they passed me around to the parts department who never answered the phone. My vehicle has been burglarized the second time in the entire steering column is ripped apart and I can't get anybody to help me still. I now have a brand new vehicle with 2500 mi on it and it is undrivable. They have plenty of excuses on how they're backed up and they don't have any mechanics and various other things to not help me out. The problem with Hyundai is is once you purchase their extra warranty that they don't honor because they don't have anybody to work on your vehicle because the only way you can/they will honor the warranty is by having your vehicle serviced by a certified Hyundai mechanic with certified Hyundai parts. The only reason Hyundai has reached out to me is because I contacted the attorney general and corporate. I purchased this vehicle based on my previous experiences with Hyundai and their ability to fix the vehicle and the great customer service that they once had. They no longer have that. Once they sell you the vehicle it's goodbye and good riddance. I am currently in contact with corporate because I can't get these yahoos on the phone. My vehicle was burglarized last month and I haven't been able to drive it since. Just to get an inspection on the vehicle I am 10 weeks out on a waiting list to send it somewhere else. The immobilizer worked, but now the vehicles completely unusable. If you buy a new vehicle within a immobilizer, be forewarned that it will kill your battery and your vehicle will be absolutely useless. Purchasing the vehicle was fairly easy and seamless but anything after that has been a nightmare. I would like to say that I was able to use this business but for some reason nobody will reestablish contact with me. I would go somewhere else if I were you.

I had great service here, thanks to Jonathan and the mechanics! I just moved to Burien and my 10-year-old Elantra started acting up, so I tried Car Pros as I've had great experiences with services at two different Hyundai dealerships in the past... It turns out I had a failing engine cylinder and my brake pads were pretty thin... The engine side wasn't a cheap fix, but the prices were really fair for the amount of work and Jonathan was upfront and detailed about all the costs. They got on it ASAP and finished in just one day, and wow, the car runs like it's brand new again! It's fantastic, and really worth the cost... I definitely recommend them, and thanks again to Jonathan and the service team!Services: Engine repair, Brake service & repair

I think the service department is shorthanded. I managed to schedule a simple tire rotation. It was four and a half to five weeks out. That seems pretty ridiculous to me. I called on no less than three occasions and the phone just rang off the hook. No one answered. The service itself seems quite good when you finally do get in but the process of scheduling an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and getting them to answer the phone is flat out awful.

Bad customer service they want you to buy a car from them which I did back in 2016 but it s a complete joke getting your car in for service I don t know how many times I ve had to call recently but nobody answers their phones and then when you leave a message they don t want to ever return your phone call. I m really wishing I d never bought a car from Car pros Hyundai in Renton. If I had to buy another car, it will never be from them ever again.

The service itself was fine. Got the work done with moderate delays. While my car was there my license plates were stolen. Most I got was a weird here's $40 for your new plates, while some other vehicle was racking up traffic violations under my registration. Car pros didn't seem to care at all. I'm stuck with the hastle and court documents.

Don't trust them. Twice I have very clearly specified synthetic oil, and they have used conventional oil. When called out, they fix it, but disappointed this has happened twice. Would go elsewhere, but purchased oil change plan through the dealer, that Car Pros bought out.

What can I say? It's car repair service. Car is running great and the guy who helped me kept in contact during the whole process and had no trouble communicating and sending relevent documents over email. Repaired only what I asked for. What more can you want?
