I took my whole family down to Brotherton in Renton, (we drove right past Bellevue Gmc where I purchased a new Yukon Denali from last year let s just say it was worth the extra 45 minutes to Renton sitting in traffic.)Brotherton may not have a play area for small children but they re professional, not pushy, want to make a deal with you that s good for them and you.Drew Dussault was our sales pro, easy to work with, had great knowledge of the truck we were interested in, willing to work with us as well as the sales Manager, Keith Thompson Who made us want to be loyal to this dealership in years to come.The finance manager Kelly Heisey was also a pleasure to work with. The most pleasant finance manager I have worked with in a long time.Thank you Brotherton, Drew, Keith and Kelly! We will be back!

I entered the dealership and was immediately approached by Alex Pritchard. He was extremely knowledgeable on the different vehicles I was interested in. Alex answered any and all questions that I had and was very pleased with his customer service. As a recent college graduate I was looking for a car within my budget and Alex offered different options that aligned with my budget and assured me that I was not substituting quality and reliability. He listened and made me feel confident in my decision.I would recommend Alex to anyone that walks into this dealership. His attention to detail and knowledge on the vehicles will make any customer satisfied with their purchase.

I love my 2022 AT4 that I bought so I would give 5 stars normally, but I have to say the service that I initially received from Brotherton (Dennis) was great. My car was delivered to Oregon but the one thing I had asked for and promised was waterproofing floor mats for the 2nd row. I was told that they just aren't available but would be sending them to me. My car also didn't come with a lot of the sensors (chips) but have also been promised to me (nothing for backing up or surrounding areas of car). I have reached out numerous times but haven't received any updates. I am know buying my own floor mats (they have been available for quite a while now) and leaving a negative review, which I usually don't do.I bought this car June 1st 2022Kelli

We bought a used truck for our son. Aman helped us find the truck our son wanted. Everything was quick and easy, with the best service from everyone. Kimberly in finance was great, she had everything completed quickly and still explained everything thing.We will be buying from Aman & Brotherton again! Thank you

A family member recommended me to Dennis Black. I told Dennis on the exact options I wanted and would not be interested in anything more or less. Not once did he pressure me to look at something I wasn t interested in. After a few weeks of not finding what I wanted it finally worked out. Dennis was patient and worked with me every step of the way. Negotiating was painless. 10/10 stars would recommend to anybody I know if looking to buy any GMC!
