Charmaine is the absolute best!!!! I always come to this autozone because they have good customer service but Charmaine is great customer service!!! I don't know who hired her but I'm so happy it happened. She greeted customer helped them and me quickly and efficiently and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Post pandemic customer service has been tough. I do not mind spending my hard earned dollars where they are appreciated.

I went in first thing in the morning to buy some headlights. It was my first time having to change my headlights and the two staff very kindly helped me. They definitely went above and beyond. Thank you!

Came in today looking for the right oil, filter, and motor mounts for my car. Gustavo was very friendly and professional while helping me, and even printed out the information on the motor mounts which they didn't have in store. Thank you!

Amazing costumer service by Richard the store manager. I had a bad battery and Richard was quick to clean out all the corrosion and get me a brand new battery. Great guy all around. Will never go to O reilly s again! Thanks again Richard

I want to give a shout out to the employee named Caio who works here he went above and beyond to help me find the right part for my car and made my day truly he s one of a kind rare breed nowadays of a person to make the customer happy and satisfied and even cracked a funny joke as well. Customer service was really lacking... Felt unwelcoming and very down. Younger girl in the front treats people like a chore or a waste of time. I know it's not the fanciest job, but the place could liven up a bit.

This guy Kyle is awesome and beyond my expectation. I really appreciated how he was so helpful and kind and spend time changing my car battery. I bought battery from location and they were not able to help me. So I took my car to his location and the store was about to close in like 10 minutes. Luckily he got it done quick and I was so impressed how professional he is.

Cameron is an asset to your staff and the company! I came in to purchase a headlight bulb and he agreed to install it. I was nervous to try to do it myself (it didn't look easy), but he dove right in. It took awhile, but he never gave up (I would have!), and mission accomplished, all with a fantastic attitude and smile on his face. He has amazing patience and superior customer service skills. Thank you!

I went to AutoZone yesterday for my headlights being burnt out. I explained to the person at the computer (Assistant Manager) that I thought it was weird both went out since I had replaced one Nov 2022 and the other Jan 2023. He thought that was unusual as well and called the Store Manager, (Richard). He played detective; not only did he check the bulbs (which one was out) but also checked the fuses (which were still good) and then checked the low beam relay, which was the culprit. He replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and was very pleasant to work with, a very different experience than the one I had in the Puyallup area. Thank you

So far this is the best AutoZone I've ever been to actually had a problem because I tried to get a wrench but I wanted a better wrench and it was actually the same price so I got a refund but it didn't go through properly and I was kind of in a crunch because I don't have any money left after my bills and one of the associates actually offered to pay for my wrench so I would definitely recommend this store over any AutoZone anywhere and Washington maybe even the United States as you will never be disappointed

Clearly knowledgeable staff with next level service. I went in to get some car detailing products and the manager noticed what I was picking up and showed me a bundle that was much cheaper than buying individually! Ended up going with some items not in the package, but I was blown away by the level of detail and customer service. Every employee was out helping customers troubleshoot their vehicles. Will definitely be returning here for all my auto needs.

I went to autozone to check out my car windshield wipes bought it 4 months ago and doesn't works anymore and Emiliano says it's nothing they can do, I have to get a new one. I feel they robbed my money. Never again.

Awesome service from the store manager Richard. I came in an hour before closing because my windshield wipers weren t doing the job and it was raining like crazy. Luckily Richard helped and made my experience nice and easy. Thanks Richard!

Gustavo was so helpful! The check engine light in my car came on with a message about the coolant. Needless to say, I had no idea what that meant! Gustavo helped me check everything out, gave a solution, and sent me on my way. Obviously not every issue is so quickly handled, so be reasonable when visiting, but my experience was painless and less than 30 minutes. Something I really noticed was Gustavo s commitment. After Gustavo checked the engine with the machine, which showed no issues, they could have simply ended it there. Instead, they went to the engine to look for themselves. To me this shows honesty and initiative and I fully believe Gustavo would have advised me to go to a full service mechanic shop if necessary.All of this is to say I had a great experience where I felt confident in the person helping me.Thanks Gustavo!!! (I will also add that I personally believe a pay raise is in order!)

We couldn't express our gratitude enough! We returned after vacation to a vehicle without a catalytic converter. We have a 3.5 hour drive home that would have not been comfortable and renting a car was not practical either.Richard was incredibly helpful. He helped us get the right parts and explained how to complete the temporary repair to get us home. 11/10 recommendation.

I went in today due to a check engine light on, Justin helped me with their diagnostic instrument and found out it was the same part a dealership had just replaced. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! I would definitely go back with car issues. Thank you!

Watched a man receive a battery for free because he flat out lied about getting bad customer service and a battery he was told on the spot was bad. It leaked acid that one of the employees spilled on themselves and had to neutralize it by pouring baking soda all over the top. "The customer is always right" mentality needs to stop! Other than that, this store is wonderful, the employees try to help out as much as possible and the store manager is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly!

David and the entire team was wonderful! I was in over the weekend to get my car battery checked/replaced. David was phenomenal and despite being busy paid attention to me, answered all my questions, and made me feel like he really cared.The store was clean/everyone was abiding by COVID guidelines from what I could see. It was nice to see everyone helping out to get customers served.Cannot recommend this place enough.
