We had our 2015 Rogue towed to Chavos when our daughter was driving to Spokane and had to avoid an accident which resulted in some damage to the steering. The tow company (another great service: Quincy Towing Inc) dropped the vehicle off for an inspection to see what the issue was. Chavos shop quickly determined tire rods were damages, ordered parts and had the repair done in a professional, affordable and timely manner. They communicated along the way and helped get us back on the road. This could have been very difficult for us to deal with living on the West side of the state and having no contacts or shop referral, but if I lived local or have an issue in that part of the state I know who to take my vehicle to.

Driving on I-90 our car started making a very loud popping noise. We called chavos 10 minutes before closing, and the man working told us he d stay and look at it. He happened to have the correct part, stayed 2 hours after closing to install it, and at a very reasonable price. I wish I had a mechanic shop like this in my area! 10/10 recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Our vehicle broke down near Quincy and Iisai the mechanic promptly evaluated the problem and made the repair within a few days. (Delay was due to the need to get the parts.). He provided great service at a very fair price. I highly recommend his service to others.

We were traveling through the area on a Sunday and our car's alternator died. I called Chavo even though he was closed and he not only answered, he met me at the shop and replaced the alternator that day for an honest price. Outstanding service!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Purchased my own oil and filter and stopped by for a quick and efficient oil change. After watching him remove the old oil filter it was clear that it had not been changed in a long time even though I have kept up with taking it to walmart for routine maintenance.Isai was very respectable and It will be good for Quincy to have yet another savvy and honest mechanic. I would 100% recommend.

Wonderful small business! Took care of our car troubles same day while we were passing through traveling... great service and professionalism and great value! Treated us like locals instead of trying to take advantage of tourists. Honest business.. highly recommended

I was in a pinch and called Chavo to see if he could fix my Dodge Dart. He answered quickly and was able to take a look at it the next morning. He ordered the part and fixed it the same day that the part came in. I will be returning whenever I have mechanical issues.

La poca honestidad y muy poca transparencia saber que dejaste tus veh�culo en buenas condiciones y llevarlo con una falla que costar� m�s dinero y que no exist�a llevarlo por el panel dela aire acondicionado y regresar con panel de agua roto a casa.
