I've NEVER had such amazing customer experience just about anywhere. Bill and his team make me feel like my time and needs are important, and give me personal consideration in accordance to my schedule. Had my truck towed here because the electric power steering rack went out he got it in and found the problem quickly and put a new rack and pinion. he told me to take it and have a wheel alignment which I knew it was going to have to and he doesn t have a alignment tools to do it so today I took it to south beach towing and auto repair and I told them the truck was wondering all over the road when they got under the truck and the rack hadn t been tightened down but finger tight and the torque spec is like 200 ft pounds I would have given them five stars till this was found this is a huge mistake that could have cost me my life or my wife s lifeService: Steering & suspension repair

Been searching for quotes for a major job on my 2008 Subaru. I was impressed by the review online about Bill and his shop, also it was a few minutes down the road. Although, He is a very busy mechanic, he, took the time to research the issue, look at my vehicle, and propose an inexpensive repair that is $$$$$ less. Hopefully, the inexpensive fix is the solution. But, he earned my trust with that first visit.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were just starting out on a long trip in our 5th wheel and our truck wouldn t start one morning. Calling the dealership was unhelpful as they would have made us wait up to a week to even get it looked at. I called and talked to Bill at Sound Auto and Truck and he said he would prioritize our issue since it was an emergency! Imagine that.They got us fixed up and back on the road the next day. Couldn t be happier with their service and I d recommend them as one of the best around.

We bought promotional coupons for services here, and it was well worth it. I worked mostly with two technicians,who were extremely knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain in detail and SHOW ME, what was going on with my car. I didn't feel pressured to make decisions or feel inadequate by questions.Very reasonable pricing, we will be back when we can for repairs.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I highly recommend using sound auto and truck- Bill was the answer to my mechanic dreams! He spent so much time explaining things to me and had a very insightful answer to each of my questions. Hes also the type of good person that i would be proud to call a friend. He is genuine and honest, and that is something you dont see everyday at an auto shop. I started my car, heard and felt a thump, then a loud squealing started, semi figured it was something with the belt. I called my ususal mechanic and they couldn't see me till Aug, the next place I called couldn't get me in till the 19th of July, finally I called Sound Auto and Truck. They were willing to look at it today and not only that instead of having to call a tow truck the mechanic actually came to my house and picked up the car. He picked it up around noon and called me to pick it up a little after 3. I am so impressed with this business and Bill the mechanic that i think it's going to be my auto shop from now on and it doesn't hurt that it's only a few blocks from my house. No complaints, Bill got my car in and was done same day. No appointments or having to wait a week. Car is back to great condition and I m happy.

I got a Groupon for this company but when I've tried to call and schedule an appointment, I literally got a farting noise answer then hang up.(I admit was a little surprising and funny) .Update: I was able to get a hold of someone and make my appointment. He was friendly and helpful.
