The overall inspection of my newly purchased car was done quickly and efficiently. Staff members were friendly and helpful with my short notice need for an appointment and estimate. Credentials of staff are impressive.

If you have mechanical issues and you re looking for a kind, courteous, patient and above all, honest work and people, this is the place. I found myself needing urgent mechanical work and they went above my expectations. Understanding my situation and needs. Being from Canada and having issues while traveling can be a scary experience, they help ease my anxiety and got me on my way in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!!!!

I have taken not one but two of my vans to Olympic Transmission because the did such a great job on the first on. Each time it was done on time and on budget. They stand behind their work and that is a big comfort!

I took my car to get checked out for its clutch and transmission. This family owned business was very transparent with me and got me checked out the next day. They even helped me with a ride to work after I dropped it off at their shop. Thank you again for the help!

They really treat you nice at Olympic Transmissions, I had the oil and filter changed on my 2007 F150 transmission. They were faster than anticipated 1 hour, I expected it to take longer. They were very kind and drove me to a nearby restaurant so I could have lunch while I waited. I will be using them in the future.

Had the most amazing experience with OTAC from start to finish! Talked to about 4 different employees everyone was so incredibly kind annd knowledgeable. Work was done in less than a week! Big shout out to Carlos who not once but twice explained to me exactly what was wrong so I could relay it to my dad correctly! Good people. My transmission died on the way to work. They took the car same day and drove me to work. A week later the car was ready. They test drove it and washed it for me. They made me feel like family.

If im calling you to ask how much it is to get a rear main seal replaced, why would you request I bring it in to make sure thats whats wrong with it. Im telling you, I see the broken part, just tell me the estimate, why so difficult. It just seems like you want to find additional problems other than what I am requesting.

Olympia Transmissions always does a great job for me, as well as gives me a loaner so I m not stranded. I highly recommend them. This place was great! I had my transmission fluid/filter changed and an aux transmission cooler installed on an 02 Isuzu Trooper. Despite the fact that they were pretty booked up they got me in and did all the work for a reasonable price. I've been checking my trans to see if there are any leaks or issues and there is not. They did a great job and they're super friendly. I'll definitely be going back! In fact I need my wheel bearings done so I'll probably be giving them a call here soon. I highly recommend them!Service: Transmission

Great family owned business that treats their customers like their own. went in for a transmission repair and a couple of other things on Chevy Colorado a few months back and they did a great job. when I had concerns about the work they had did they assured me about their warranty. Haven t had any issues. The best shop I have ever been to

Great family business that can handle repairs both big and small. Amanda in the office is wonderful, very professional yet personable. The mechanics are great and will take the time to personally explain repairs and answer questions when needed. Pricing is fair and turn around time is quick. They care about their customers and it shows. Highly recommend :)

Absolutely amazing service!! Not only did they have reasonable prices and take care of my car within a good amount of time, they didn t try to over charge me or convince me I needed things I didn t (as some places do). They also did a full inspection to see if there were any issues that may come up soon. They also were the NICEST people!! I don t think I ve ever had customer service this amazing before! Will definitely be telling everyone about this amazing family business, as well as coming back with all future care needs.

I have been a customer of Olympia Transmission and Auto Care several times now and will continue to use their services in the future. As a person to whom customer service is paramount, I know of no better establishment. With their extremely welcoming, friendly, and respectful presence and interactions, I have always left this business feeling respected, understood, listened to, and with the utmost confidence in the value and quality of the services I received. This is an honest family business and they demonstrate this with each visit. Also, I have yet to leave without receiving a package of cookies from Amanda at the front desk, a very nice touch.

Olympic Transmission was super great to work with! Our truck had been diagnosed by another shop with having a transmission leak and a rear differential leak. Amanda got us in the next day and was able to give us a quote right away. They also looked at our brakes and we found that they needed work too. All repairs were completed in a timely and stress free manner!Services: Transmission, Brakes

I had the most amazing experience I ve ever had at an auto repair shop! Everyone was so genuinely friendly. There was never any pressure to get any additional work done. Everything that was going to happen to my car was thoroughly explained. Carlos and his shop made me feel at home from the start. One Saturday I happened to call after the shop was closed as I was unaware of their hours and it was my first time reaching out to them with an emergency auto issue. Carlos offered to reopen his shop to intake my car. I couldnt believe it. I don t think many shops out here would do that for a first time customer! I have found the shop that I will be going to from now on in the Lacey area.

This is one of the very few locations with blessed people that are excellent with their services but not only that, the greatest care and respect is given to the customers as well. One of the few places where love is incorporated in the workplace.

I took my car in about a month and a half ago for a blown alternator, I didn't have an appointment but I was able to be seen almost right away. Carlos was very transparent and showed me everything that was wrong with the car and what needed to be done. Everybody I spoke with there was very kind, professional, and personal. I did not have a way home and he even offered me a ride!He knew that I was missing work because of my problem and he was able to get my car fixed the same day and I was able to go into work and make up the time and money I had lost that day. It was very refreshing to receive that kind of treatment from a stranger who acted in a way a caring family member does.The workmanship coupled with the hospitality reminded me of the good people out there who put in a hard days work and want to do the right thing. My car is still running great and I haven't had any issues since! If (and when) I need services done in the future, I know exactly where to go. Thank you!

It took me years to find an auto mechanic that was skilled, honest and fair. This is the place. The quality of work is all I could ever ask for, the customer service is great, and the prices are affordable. Carlos always has the customers best interest in mind and it shows through his mechanical skills and efficiency. . I definitely recommend Olympic Transmissions to anyone looking to find a mechanic. Support local business, it's the only way to go.

We are long time customers and very satisfied with this business. Recently I brought in an 88 class B-Van with hard to find parts but with their determined attitude of satisfying the customer they solved the problem even after we returned the van because the horn did not work after they replaced the steering column. They worked on the problem until they discovered what the problem was, fixed it with no additional charges to us. Thank you Carlos and employees of Olympic Transmission, I highly recommend them to you for just about every need your vehicle has.

We were on a road trip from Seattle to the coast, and our driveline gradually developed serious vibrations along the highway. Eventually the transmission service warning light appeared, and we knew we were stuck! Even though it was near closing time, Amanda answered my desperate call and said it would be no problem to wait for our tow truck to drop off our car.Carlos completed a thorough inspection on Saturday, and identified the problem. Solved that, and also completed some other thoughtful adjustments.On Monday (on our way back through with our rental car), they took the time to explain all the findings and corrections. They were also very sweet with our very curious young kids, curious about what else was on the lifts in the shop..Fantastic service from a wonderful family run business.Thank you Olympic Transmission!!!!

I have used the service of this company on multiple cars, on several occasions, over the last two years.Even though they were highly recommended, I was very skeptical of using any type of auto repair shop. However, once I spoke with Carlos, the skepticism was no longer there. Carlos, along with Amanda, Theresa and Victor exude quality. I highly recommend Olympic Transmission and Auto Care to anyone who needs an auto repair service.

My car broke down coming home from work, and I had it towed to their shop. Not only did they give me a ride home, they inspected the car and let me know what the problem was within a couple hours and had the car finished the next day.
