I brought my vehicle in after Honda told me there was a transmission fluid leak and I was low of transmission.I asked the shop for a full diagnostic and my surprise I got an above and beyond diagnostic. The outcome was, there was no transmission leak, and the transmission fluid was at the right level but the oil was leaking and they found the cause. The Service rep was professional and fair with pricing. The service rep I worked with was Morgan. He has an extensive background in automotive and he is extremely helpful and Knowledgeable. We had lots of questions and they were all answered thoroughly.I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for good honest reasonably priced automotive work.

They did a great job on my transmission. It had went out on my way to my son's Dr appointment. I was devastated. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They answered all my questions. Also it was done faster than I expected. Definitely feel the difference and the smoothness of my drive. I've had a transmission replacement on a different vehicle somewhere else and I recommend Lloyds all the way.

Lloyd's went thru extra efforts to make sure my vehicle was completely repaired to my satisfaction. They kept me informed and kept my vehicle safe. I have always found that their employees are knowledgeable, they listen and are experts in the area. I will always take my vehicles to Lloyd's.

New owner Jason is an old auto repair service provider of mine from the region and he never let me down. At the time I went to him at a previous business location, he basically looked out for my best interest as if he was a father looking after his own child, making sure I wasn t wasting my money or time. Definitely recommend him and his team based on knowing him as a previous customer/client.

While they weren't able to help me out with my car, due to it not being covered by my warranty, they were able to diagnose the problem. They were friendly, helpful, and didn't try to steamroll me into repairs I couldn't afford. They also beat the dealership's diagnostic fee by $90, you just can't beat that.

I thought my cvt transmission and front differential have messed up. After thoroughly they diagnosed, replaced transmission fluid, and fixed stuck controlled solenoid, the outback is running smooth. Lloyd automotive saved me a lot of money by finding the true cause .Very professional and courtesy.Thank you.

I have an older car that I absolutely have to keep running, for commuting--no bus available for me. They just repaired my car and I continue to go to Lloyds because they figure out the problem and get it fixed right! Good communication too. Much appreciated.

Lloyd s automotive diagnostics and repairs has solved my vehicles problems every time when other garages couldn t.Your staff listened to our description of the vehicles problem and copied the notes we had made regarding the symptoms. You performed an analysis and came up with the required repair solution. You contacted us with the information for authorization to implement the repair solution. From my past experience repair that you completed on my 2004 Ford F-150 , I felt confident that if anyone could solve the conundrum of this 2008 Rav-4 idiot lights and steering problem you could find the solution. Thank you for your expertise in repairing the vehicle. It was a very positive experience to deal with your facility.

I have used Lloyd s for years and always been happy with the work but when my transmission died, they were more than incredibly helpful. As the daughter of a transmission specialist I am very particular with my vehicles and Eric s team could not have done a better job. Morgan in the front communicated everything from pricing, parts, and time with respect and compassion. The techs did a great job too, they made my car feel almost new. Lloyd s may not be the cheapest in town but their work is worth it and they stay busy for a reason. 10/10Service: Transmission

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I am very pleased with how my car drives now. I brought my car in for a safety check. They discovered that my right and left control panel for my brakes was cracked. Without pressuring me they gave me a quote and I decided it would be wise to bring the car back in to be fixed. Very happy with the results. I will definitely bring my car back to Lloyd's automotive for issues big and small.

Lloyd's was great to work with on my 2019 Yukon XL! I called frantic because I just got my 90k service, but it was still acting funny when accelerating. They got me in right away, got me a diagnosis, and got the work done within a matter of days! They communicated clearly on exactly what they were doing and how much it would cost. I was surprised how fast it was ready. My Yukon is running so smoothly, which is such a relief - because like everyone my vehicle is my lifeline to my work, to my family and to get me safely back home. Thank you Lloyd's!

My experience at Lloyd s was great! I was having clutch issues. When I came in the first time the office woman greeted me promptly and pleasantly. The owner looked at the vehicle and was willing to make a guess at what the problem was and the cost to fix. When I brought it in for the work, they called me quickly with what they found and how long it would take. They finished sooner, it was fixed and the cost was as expected. I got my transmission filter and fluid changed quick got home and climbed under the truck my transmission was nice and clean no leaks I would recommend anyone to this shop I will be having more work done here asap. Only one down side to this shop there vary busy so there are a lot of cars in the parking lot and having a big truck it's a little hard to park out of the way.

I've had two vehicles worked on here. Both times, the vehicles were problem free when I left the shop and the only work that was done was work that I had approved to be done. Although they're not the least expensive initially, it does seem to be a matter of "buy once, cry once" here. I believe my money was well spent here, and would not hesitate to recommend this shop to family or friends.Service: Transmission repair

My daughter had her car in there twice. Both times it was an emergency and the car wasn t functioning..she bought the car used and the guy who sold it to her promised it was in top notch shape and it would be a long time before she had to have any work done. She has a small child she would have with her most of the time and he assured her the car was good shape. First time they did some extensive work because it broke down coming across the pass she had no idea what happened. Lloyds got her up and running.. she paid money she really didn t have to spare but it had to get done. Cut to about a year later and it broke down again. Nothing to do with the first repair. It was brand new issues so the warranty didn t cover any of the cost so again she got some family loans to get it fixed which was more than the first break down. Hindsight is 20/20 she should have borrowed money to buy new. Lloyds got her fixed up and car was running beautifully.. till it wasn t. Lloyds covered the cost of the tow and took care of the what ended up being minor issue because he was sorry he didn t catch the issue when it was in the last time. Car is running great now. Lesson I would like to pass on is if the car breaks after in has been in the shop just call and things can be worked out. Don t do what I did as a mama bear and post an angry rant to then immediately delete it. Mr Lloyd is vigilant and saw the post and immediately reached out. He really does care about his customers. A much too long review but had to be thorough .. my girl needed someone who would look after her. Great experience! Wasn't sure exactly what my Honda CRV's problem was, just that I had gone through 3 batteries and they kept dying. Tech went through 11 sensors and finally isolated the problem to a locking/unlocking function on the door. The fix was not cheap, but then when are they?! Lloyd's at least gave me an option and the vehicle functions without replacing the broken sensor. They even stayed a little after hours so I could pick it up when it was convenient for me to get it. I will definitely call Lloyd's when I need car work done again.

Very highly recommend Lloyd's is an excellent place to take your vehicle. Eric and staff are professional, honest and friendly. They truly care about the quality of the work preformed and stand behind their work, answers questions honestly and takes the time to listen. I had an issue with a mouse dying in the blower motor of my car. Since I couldn't get the dealership to return my calls (or even get a live human) I asked someone I trusted and they recommended Lloyd's. Well established business with knowledgeable, professional staff who provide consistent, highest quality automotive repair. Over the decades, we have had them replace transmissions on two different vehicles with great results each time. In August 2021 they replaced the transmission on our Ford C-Max Hybrid. They had to take the whole drive train apart but were able to make repairs in a couple weeks while the dealer couldn't get to us for a couple months. We'd certainly recommend Lloyd's to our friends!!

I have an older BMW X5 diesel. Few repair shops can handle a diesel engine. Lloyd's found the recurring problem, fixed it, and got this fabulous powerhouse engine purring like it has not done in a long time. They also adjusted my headlights which were out of alignment. I have used Lloyd s Automotive for many different services they have offered. Polite, friendly, timely and professional are the least I can say about this business. I am very particular because unfortunately I have used those shady automotive repair places in the past. I have not had ,not one , issue with any of his or his family of mechanics work. I trust Lloyds Automotive to take care of my business and personal vehicles. The price is fair. You won t find the same vehicle in his parking lot for weeks just to act like they are busy. I am a hard one to please and well I am writing this review so that should say it all. Great customer service and very friendly, even with someone (me) calling too often to check to see how things were going. Things were a little slow due to parts taking a while to get in (not lloyds fault), but they got the job done and there are warranties on the product that they back. We have been going to Lloyds for years and they have always taken care of us. In the past, when we have had quotes less than what Lloyds was quoting, they have matched it and have done impeccable work. They have repaired multiple clutches, head gaskets, axels, struts, master cylinders and transmissions for us to name a few. I highly recommend Lloyds. We have been going to them for over 14 years and will continue to do so.

My step dad referred me to Lloyd's after he had an upgrade on his transmission and was really impressed. My 2005 corolla needed a new engine and my transmission serviced. Eric was incredibly friendly and informative. His quote was right what I ended up paying which I truly appreciate. The car was finished before the time frame he gave which was suuuper awesome as I was borrowing a vehicle that I wanted to return ASAP. I was pulling my 2005 mustang out of a five year storage and getting it road ready. The transmission had some shifting issues so I took it to Lloyds. Eric was very pleasant to work with and he gave me some options on how to proceed. A simple drain, flush and refill dealt with most of the problems.
