There really isn't a problem getting in and out of here and I can go in there last minute and they help w tires. No money? Finance tires w them and you'll be back on the road in no time. That's what my best friend did and he was so happy after he left. They got us on the road again in a jiffy. They made me feel comfortable and not stupid for not knowing what tires and they educated me kindly.

Car stuff stressed me out and thankfully the guys here are awesome. Service was great. Even though my car just wanted attention, they took care off her and got me on my way fairly quickly even though they were super busy.

Amazing help. I was traveling with my family on a Saturday at about 4 pm and one of my run-flat tires was completely deflated. I called Les Schwab and the person who answered the phone offered us a range of options. We got there half an hour before closing. Luckily, it wasn't necessary to buy a new set of tires because the tire was still in good shape. We made it safely to our destination thanks to their timely assistance. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you, Les Schwab!

Good customer service. Went in for tire rotation they checked brakes and showed me 1 rotor wearing more than the others. Let me be aware of problem but would check next rotation.

Above and beyond! Our new car arrived with max performance summer tires which we needed to swap out for UHP all season tires. We drove the brand new car 6/10ths of a mile from the dealership to this shop. They had our tires in stock and fit us in without an appointment. Industry leading customer service like this keeps us coming back to Les Schwab. Thank you very much!

I came here for a complimentary brake inspection that I had scheduled online.They brought my vehicle in as soon as I arrived. The tech (I forgot his name - sorry) that worked on my vehicle was a great communicator and kept me abreast of everything going on.My appt. was quick and they didn't try to sell me anything. They have a customer waiting area with several tables and chairs.One thing I really liked was the large window in customer waiting area that allowed me to see out into the work area so I could keep an eye on my vehicle and also to see what work was actually being done.

Good location easy to get to. The inside and outside was very clean,the staff was friendly. My car drove better after my service.The wait seemed longer than I thought it would be,but they got it done right..

The Les Schwab Team is great as always! I was on that side of town. I decided to drop my truck off early at 3pm the afternoon before. Instead of dropping it off at 8am the next morning like I scheduled. They said they probably could get it done that night if I wanted. I told them it wasn t a big deal. If they had time it would be ok either way. I was getting new tires and after inspection I also needed brakes and rotors. I thought my brakes were getting close to needing to be replaced. Sure enough they got it done by 6pm a day early. Thank you guys for all your help as always!Shane Zakem

Came for an alignment with aftermarket control arms on my 240sx and they delivered. Told the one employee how I wanted the numbers to look and never complained about the height of the car. The alignment rack was lowered car friendly.

Had 3 attempts at fixing my tire , each time telling me it was fixed. Then they tried to charge me for a new one. I had to threaten legal action before they decided to replace the tire. 6 months before that they improperly installed brakes on my car causing a violent vibration. See pics. Poor service, disrespectful, no accountability, poor management.. I absolutely hate this place. Do not go here. Go to discount tire.

Absolutely terrible management would fix daughters car needed one nut put on control arm tol her she'd have to town because they didn't do that I couldn't get under to put the bolt on complete B.S. terrible policy if true but we all make our own choices and Les Schwab sucks a fat one.

It is so nice that there are businesses still out there with kind employees not out to make a buck. That's what you'll find at the Les Schwab Tire Center in Olympia. I took my car in for a pre trip check. It was free! I asked Bryce who pays for it and he said that's the kind of thing the company has been doing for 50 years! What a great company and a great group of guys. I know that I'll feel at ease on my journey knowing that Les Schwab has my back! Thanks so much.

Amanda is amazing! My family and I were visiting the area from out of town and unfortunately got a nail in our tire. Not only did they fix us up as fast as possible but they didn t charge us a dime! They saved our vacation! Can not thank them enough

I ve had All 4 Struts and Both Front Control arms replaced on my car at this location in the last 6 months just came here to say they are excellent all around. They finished the job early, they have excellent customer service and the jobs were well done. Thank you a ton!

The only thing better than the free popcorn, free coffee, cold water...was the warm welcome we received from Mike when we pulled up in our vehicle. The mechanical evaluation of "that rattling noise in the back" was spot on, and fixed. Well done LST!

I went in knowing I needed a my battery replaced and they told me "no you're battery works great it's the alternator that's bad." So I make an appointment somewhere else to get it fix and shocker they tell me my alternator is fine and my battery does need replaced. So what did I learn? They don't know how to properly do their job properly.

We are traveling across country and 2000 miles from home. We get a flat tire on a Sunday night, The gentleman who changed the tire recommended Les Schwab's. I am so glad he did! I was there this morning (Monday) just after 8:00am. My tire was repaired and I was back on the road within 30 minutes. Bryce did an amazing job and there was no charge to repair the tire. I wish this company was in Wisconsin! What a great experience!

I have gone to this Schwab for 4 years or so now. They take care of our car and have been honest about repairs. Even returned money when they did the service and found the problem however they could not fix it. They could have kept the fee but instead refunded it. That is GREAT customer service.

Came in at 8:30 in the morning for an alignment. I explained that I replaced some front end parts. I said there was a noise I was not sure of. I asked them to take a look, and if they had to fix anything I would pay for it. The person at the front desk did not want my business. Continually told me it would be a big wait. That they don't fix other people's work. So I just said I need an alignment and if they can see anything of concern let me know.I get a call at 11am saying my car is good. The noise was the backing plate. I go to the front desk and they say have a good day no charge. I asked if I needed to pay for the alignment. Only to find out they didn't align it at all. So now its 11:30 and I am waiting for the next car to come off the alignment rack. Horrible service. Sick of this company treating customers like they are full of it. Wasting people's time with no issues. I will not come back to Les Schwab for anything in the future unless its a tire patch.

Back in December I got new tires and struts with these guys. Fair price and work done well. Flash forward to March. That car died and I got another car. My new car got a nail in it and they fixed it for free. This car doesn't even have tires from them on it. I have always had a great experience with these guys over the years with my cars. Life long customer here.

Very nice and accommodating crew. I've been having daily issues with my tires and they're always really good about inflating them for me when I pull in. I just wish I could afford a new set, but being on disability doesn't allow for those kind of expenditures, even though it's severely needed.

We went for new tires and an alignment. Soon after fixing the alignment it did get messed up a week later but they fixed it at no additional cost. The service is great, everything was done in an about an hour or 2. Which led to some fun games my husband and I played in the lobby. I called for information on payments for the tires. The man on the phone was very polite and informative. Gave a very good explaination of payments. Call was less then 2 minutes. We are very pleased.

Let me preface this with the following, I have personally had good experiences overall with Les Schwab (and even this location). However, recent events have made up my mind to not give them my business going forward. For context, I am a logger who has them do service on a crummy and my work truck.My partner went it to get a leak patched in the tire and get a tire rotation. This location denied there was a leak and rotated the tires front to back without swapping sides, which is not the way to do it if there's uneven wear (which there was). They also quoted her about 1600 dollars for replacing the struts.A day later, after the tire went flat after being parked over night on a camping trip. Being as the terrain was too rough to trust to a doughnut spare, we aired the tire back to standard pressure. After a brief look, I could HEAR the leak and found it shortly thereafter. We shot it with some sealant and drove it home. If we didn't have the forsight to carry a compressor on-board, the car wouldn't have made it out.Concerning the struts, they were warrantied for life by Les Schwab. This location tired to get my partner to pay for them TWICE. Fortunately, she keeps good records of all service done to the car. That said, we wouldn't have thought of it if Lenny at Bron's hadn't noted the make of the struts (they're some dang honest mechanics there).I very much doubt this would have happened if this location hadn't considered her an "easy mark". Among other folks I know, this isn't an isolated incident at this location. They might give a good deal if you can smell BS, but I have no intention of taking any of my rigs to a place that is dishonest. Frankly, this location is a detraction to the reputation of this company. Take it to their Tumwater location instead, it's run by better folks.

Mike and Clinton were awesome! I came in towards the late afternoon, after work, to get new tires put on but I live pretty far away. So when I found out I needed to get an alignment I was worried they weren't going to be able to get me in. But they were so great and stayed a little bit late to make sure that I was taken care of and got everything done I needed to! I am so grateful for their awesome customer service! Highly recommended this store!

We have 4 generations of my family that have used Les Schwab. Great staff as always with easy financing for convenience. I would recommend making an appointment as they are busy regardless of day of week or time of day. They'll try to accommodate you but to reduce your wait time an appointment is advised.

I've been a paying customer multiple times yet they tried to charge me $120 for a diagnosis and lied about not seeing that all they needed to do was tighten 1 single bolt. I took my car to the other Les Schwab in town and they did it for free, no questions asked. Most stores have been nice, despite upcharging often 2-3x for parts, but this one has definitely lost my trust. Charging for labor is great, trying to rip people off isn't.

I would not trust their time estimates they told us an hour and it took two and a half to three hours. I wouldn't care except for we were already running late. Other than that they did absolutely wonderful job! Our truck ride is so much better now? Also very friendly

I love all the employees here top notch service, It s the best Les Schwab I ve been to I specifically schedule my appointments when I m headed to my cabin. Big praise for Matt ( and the woman clerk at the front desk) for taking the time to go over the issues with my truck and fixing it at no cost, they were very busy and still were very professional!!Thank you
