Bought a 2024 outback wilderness after test driving four separate vehicles that day. Nate was the man. Never pressured me to make a decision and knew everything about the vehicles. Worth noting he was also just a great guy. Also vouched for me in the price negotiation and got me even more off than what we agreed upon. Genuinely great experience through the whole process.Will be back when the next trade in needs to happen.

I'll be honest, I walked into this place thinking I was REALLY going to play hardball (you have to in these dealerships, and in life). My husband and I pulled up to look at the Subaru Outback we went there to look at. Jordan came out and was so darn polite, asking if we were being helped. We told him not yet, just checking out the car. We went towards him just because he was kind we gravitated toward him immediately. No pressure, no running at us. We went for a test drive and he didn't make a fuss about anything we did, stomping on the breaks he just laughed.I purchased the car for less than they wanted for the car, but less than it was REALLY worth (Market value). But! The car is worth more in value to us because we no longer have to fret on long road trips, which are the glue that holds us together. As people that need to get out and feel the earth between our fingers, this car will bring us to that. The safety ratings, reliability, its all there. I am very happy with my purchase and I am very happy with our new friend, Jordan. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience.

So I go to this dealership every single month for an oil change great service! I bought my car here brand new!!!!!!! Every single month I spend the money for whatever they suggest I need because I don t know cars and I trusted them. Last month they said I would need break pads.I came in 4/3/2024 at 3pm (they close at 6pm) plenty of time I thought they always do my oil in like 40 or 50 minutes. They let me know there might be a 1 hour wait. That s okay there amazing!I let them know I was told BY THEM the breaks might need to be changed because they told me that last month that they would. They said oh okay no problem we will bring it to the main shop. I thought cool no problem! Had me go to Scott in the main office. Scott and I spoke about how much it would be, cool no issue. I signed papers like I ALWAYS do. He said perfect I ll give you a text and let you know which breaks need to be changed. Okay that s fine you guys know what s best.First off he never texts me and when I called at 5:15pm they were so disrespectful saying I m not getting my car today! I m so shocked that you guys just took my car over night and did not tell me. I have a job to go to every morning at 5am. How can you take a car over night and not tell people that. I was so shocked at first because I felt like my car had been stolen! Look I know it s not and that I ll get it back eventually but I still have not even been texted. I really feel totally swindled by Scott this is the worst down right dirtiest professional deal I have ever been apart of I hope this doesn t happen to anyone else.Robert H.

This is a great company. My girlfriend bought a used Nissan Rogue late last year and it was everyone's worst case scenario. The engine had be neglected and was rapidly consuming oil. It's something you wouldn't notice on a quick inspection, so I don't fault the dealership for selling it. We brought the car in a couple of times and eventually it was clear the engine needed to be replaced. This is where people's nightmare ordeals usually start. We talked to the sales manager and service. They took care of everything. The engine replacement took months due to the warranty company and parts, but Hanson Subaru compensated for a loaner vehicle the entire time. At no point was there any issues in dealing with them and they very quickly acknowledged the issues would be corrected. Specifically, Skylar in service is great to work with. If you're buying used, I would definitely consider buying from Hanson.

If you go into Subaru in Olympia ask for Javany, he helped me and my wife and was very helpful. He got our paperwork done and processed quickly and got us taken care of when we were on a time crunch. Also he wasn t pushy about anything which we appreciate cause a lot of sales people are so would definitely recommend if you are looking for a car check them out.

Greetings all Subaru lovers! I purchased a beautiful 2019 Subaru Forester at Hanson Subaru in Olympia Washington, Jan 19, 2024. From the minute I pulled up and walked into the dealership, I was greeted with sincere and friendly employees. No body pounced on me for a sale! Aaron Johnson was the salesman that worked with me. He was the most polite, kind and respectful young man. He listened carefully to my needs and helped me pick out cars that met my criteria to test drive. He was sweet, patient and a pleasure to talk to as we drove around town. He spent most of the day with me. Not once during that time did I feel rushed. Aaron gave me his full attention. I had many questions and concerns. Aaron had the answers and information to put me at ease. I was confident with him knowing I was not just a sale but someone he truly cared about and wanted to help. This kind of customer service is rare! He understood my budget needs and worked very hard to get the financing exactly where I needed it. I'm 65 years old and this may be the last car I ever purchase so it was a huge decision and a lot of money for me to spend. I am very happy with my new Forester. Terrific staff walked us through the purchase of our 3rd new Subaru. The GM (Lee Jackson) introduced us to Sales Rep (Mike Priebe) and Mike took great care of us. Straightforward approach, excellent follow-through and cordial in all interactions. At time of purchase, we met with Finance Department s David, who sealed the deal; no gaming, no wasted time, no nonsense. Most refreshing!

Very happy with Hanson Subaru, especially working with Dan Canoy. Dan is low pressure, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. He listens well and is responsive. He found us the exact Forester in the trim, color and options we wanted. The car was already in the general pipeline, he reserved it for us and it arrived a couple of days before the estimated date and was nicely detailed. The paperwork was a breeze, five star customer service all around.

We haven't purchased a new vehicle for a long, long time. Dan Canoy was our salesman & he was terrific, extremely knowledgeable about the different SUV vehicles they had, he took his time explaining each of their features, took us for a test drive & was patient answering all of our questions. The sales contract fellow was also knowledgeable & patient explaining each page we needed to sign. Then Dan took time explaining how to use features on our new Subaru, how to come in for servicing, etc. I'd highly recommend this dealer & gentlemen to anyone wanting a new Subaru vehicle.

Do not go to this place! I had to take my car there a couple of years ago for a air bag recall and those technicians put my dashboard back on incorrectly and now I have an annoying sound that vibrates when I drive. I also noticed that they broke parts and clips on the right side of my dashboard there was also screws missing. Okay I understand that a massive airbag recall requires these technicians to work on thousands of cars but it seems that they were just rushing through these cars to get it done faster with little to no care, my neighbors had to take their car in too and theirs was also not put back right. It's not the consumers fault that the manufacturer put faulty airbags in and had to recall them, so they should make it right, meaning new airbags replaced and installed correctly and that leads me to Hanson just a dealership giving Subaru a bad name we'll no thanks for doing a crappy job!

I just purchased my third Subaru. The first two Outbacks were from another dealership that were unwilling to provide us value for our trade in this time. Prior to Hanson Subaru, a dealership up north also came up short for a deal.Nik and Scott at Hanson Subaru were professional to work with. They honored their prices and made the whole transaction easy. I love my new car and would highly recommend Hanson Subaru in Olympia.

Purchased a new vehicle. Got it at a fair price with our trade-in. They matched the price of their competitors In Tacoma and Puyallup. Was good to be able to purchase locally. Enjoyed working with sales, Sam, and finance, Juan. No pressure. Good guys. I did suggest the dealership post the window sticker for their vehicles on the website. Makes it much easier to find the information about a specific car.

I m new to the Pacific Northwest & stopped by Hanson Subaru to check it out & schedule an oil change. I found it to be a friendly place from the moment I exited my 2015 Subaru. I scheduled my appointment at the Express Service desk & checked out the showroom models. I proceeded to test drive a 2024 Outback Wilderness. It is just what I was looking for. I particularly liked the safety features. Needless to say I left Hanson Subaru later that afternoon in the vehicle that I test drove. Everyone, from the sales person, the credit manager and service department were courteous, professional & took the time to work with me. I did not feel pressured. Everyone worker together as a well-oiled team. I recommend Hanson Subaru.

Our sales guy Nik at Subaru was absolutely phenomenal! It was my first time buying a new car and he made the experience way less stressful than I d expected. He had great answers to all our questions, ensured that I tried all the features of the vehicle during the test drive so I knew what I was getting, comfortably talked through all of our options with various warranties and extra coverage for the vehicle and had a lot of his own experiences with driving his own Subaru that he shared. We could not have picked a better sales guy, so I m feeling extraordinarily grateful we happened to meet him on the lot. For a great experience, ask for Nik!

Took my 2015 forester in for an oil leak, they had to pull the engine to complete the repair. After work was complete I noticed the fuel mileage went from 30-32 mpg down to 24-25 mpg. Also operating temperature went from 200-205 degrees to 220-230 degrees. Before the vehicle had 3000 miles on it after the repair, we were driving it back to the dealer to figure out what was wrong the engine blew up. After a week plus of having it they basically told me the engine failure was not caused by anything they did. Even though it didn t operate as it did before the work was done. I was then told it would be $14,500 plus tax to replace the engine. Needles to say I believe whatever they did caused the engine failure and should have stood by their 1 year warranty for the repair work.
