I brought my rv in, to have the good to go inspection. I had a check engine light on and just purchased the used rv. I wanted all appliances and outlets to work. I also wanted a tune up on the diesel engine and the transmission. After the inspection I was quoted 30k to fix everything wrong. That there was a propane leak at the stove and needed a new one to fix it. My washer and dryer needed to be replaced, it still does not work! When I got my rv back there is a leak at the tank now and i lost 50% of my propane. That ill have to replace the filter. 2 times they said my windshield wipers don't work and they do. That my lights don't work, yet only some bulbs need to be replaced. My fridgerator is not mounted correctly. I was going to have the hydrologic levelers fixed. But since I got my rv back in worse condition than when I let ernies work on it and after 6 times them having me take it to them to fix. I desided better to cancell the order on the levelers. Still you wanted to be paid for bad work or no work done at all. I recieved no product or service on the levelers and want 3k for it . I stopped payment on the12k final payment since you did not want to finish the work !Totally disgusted and warning all to stay away from ernies repair shops

Best RV shop I've dealt with in the last 6 years. Highly competent technicians. Patient. Results oriented and effective. The front office staff display high degree of job knowledge, people skills and overall customer service. Very refreshing! I highly recommend Ernie's.

I am very pleased with my experiences with Ernie s Inc. I appreciate Ernie s friendliness, honesty, practicality, and his ability to explain your options clearly. Each person I interacted with there was kind and exemplified great customer service. My bill was on the spendy side, but the work is high quality and is guaranteed for 1 yr or 12,000 mi. As you know, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Ernie s for your RV needs.

I've been going to Ernie's since he was on Martin Way in Lacey. His newest location is easy to get to and very nice. Ernie and his employees will always treat you right, with an honest and fair price as well as great, on time service. There's no place else I'd take my camper or horse trailer.

Got the repair done with minimal delay. Great customer service from Ernies. Only disappointment was the part received from manufacturer. Awning was replaced. Replacement awning was substandard. Thin material that had multiple holes in it. New motor is incredibly slow. Old awning took 15 -20 seconds to deploy. New one takes just over 1 minute. Old awning cleared door by inches. New awning rests heavily on entry door when open. Overall not happy with end result of repair due to substandard part from manufacturer but very happy with service received from Ernie's.

I again passed many RV Repair shops, as usual, on my way to Ernie's RV Repair. This time it was to have the main entrance awning replaced. I was in at 7:30am and they had me back on the road by 10:00am. That is service and it was with a smile. What I once thought was "exceptional service" is just "Service As Usual" at Ernie's, because they always give exceptional service. Everyone associated with Ernie's, from the Front Staff to the Technicians is very cordial and treat you like family. I highly recommend Ernie's RV Repair for any and all repairs to RV's and Trailers. They are good, very good!

We travel a lot with our trailer all across the country and Ernie s is a place that we go every year to ensure that everything is working properly. Their quality of service is excellent. They also do a vehicle inspection as part of their service with photos to point out additional areas that might need attention. We highly recommend Ernie s for work on a trailer or motorhome.

I contacted Ernie's due to a tree branch that tore the roof on my Toy Hauler. As a result, I suffered structural and water damage.Ernie's provided exceptional customer service, quality of work, and clarity about process and costs. They contacted our insurance provider and made the process easier to manage.

Ernie's did an excellent job with our recent motorhome updates. A couple of issues needed attention on inspection. They immediately got it taken care of. We appreciate the great service

Extremely kind people! They got us in quickly when no other place could. They understood our situation as we live in our van and were able to meet our needs. Plus they make a mean coffee in the morning. Highly recommended.

Ernie was our go to guy with our 5th wheel. He put on a new roof after inspecting our unit and found a leak. His shop got repairs done in a timely manner. We have confidence in his work.

Amazing customer service and Amazing Technicians, communicated very good, and walked me through what was recommended. Took my RV to two other places, and Ernie s is the only one who could fix the problem with my generator. This will be my only go to place for my RV. I can t say Thank you enough

I have been coming to Ernie s for years. Kerri and Ernie are just good people. They always work with me, every time. They do good work, I trust them. It s refreshing seeing a family run business that stands by their work and their word.Recently a tree branch pierced through the roof of my RV, Kerri and Ernie battled the insurance company for me, got the roof replaced and Harvey the RV is back on the road!I can t recommend them enough.

They installed a tow system on our toad and RV. They were super helpful in showing us how to connect and disconnect, then had us do it. Great teaching!

Took my car in to have a hitch installed. I was very happy with the work they did. They were very prompt in getting the work done, I had time in the afternoon to go pick up my trailer. Also, the staff was very friendly. I was very happy that they provided a shuttle service.

I only came to Ernie s one time for service on my travel van. I remember the welcoming atmosphere & I remember being very pleased with the service. I planned to continue servicing my van there, but unfortunately my van was a total loss in an accident. I will definitely be back if I ever have a travel van again!

Ernie s Rv Repair has lost my confidence. We had an exceptionally high bill for Work that was never authorized. A wheel bearing inspection turned into a $616 fee for changing the wheel bearings along with that the service has increasingly become more more expensive with less and less customer service.

Very polite and courteous. Had my vehicle done and ready to go in one day. I will gladly use their services again.

My tandem axle trailer was in compromised condition with non-functional brakes and a wheel size that made repair costly and difficult. Ernies came up with a solution that maintained the trailer function by replacing the non-standard wheels and inferior bias belt tires with new standard size wheels and radial tires for a cost that was less than had they simply repaired the original design.

Ernie added a flatbed to our truck. He's great to work with. Always clear about what can and can't be done and about the price. I'd have him do more work for me in the future.

We brought our fifthwheel trailer in for a slide out repair, and annual maintenance. Ernies got right on it, and completed the job quickly. We are very happy with the quality of work they performed.

After several texts from Ernie's asking me to share my experience from over a year ago - here you go! I reached out to Ernie's because they advertised Sprinter Van repair on their website. Our van was showing an EGR error code and needed an oil change. We dropped the van off and got a call later that day saying that the shop does not handle EGR issues. Ok - so perhaps saying sprinter van service is an overstatement. We asked Ernie's to proceed with the oil and filter change. When I went to pick up the van, I was presented with a bill for just over $800 for the oil and filter! The rationale was that the '06 Sprinter diesel takes a lot of oil - which is true, it takes 9.5 quarts. I was in a hurry so I left and called the next day to ask for a review. Ernie's dropped the price by $200 - I had to come in and pick up a check. After a day of driving the "high oil level" came on. I suctioned out a quarter of oil and the light went off. So the shop overfilled and overcharged! For reference, the Mercedes dealer in Seattle charged $420 for an oil change. And Boss Auto in Lacey charged $240 - plus they fixed the EGR issue. So pros - clean shop, great selection of RV parts and accessories. Cons - very expensive for the basics and not really a full Sprinter repair shop. Perhaps that has changed in the past year but I have no plans to return based on the price tag.

Had my master cylinder changed on my RV and several other issues fixed on the RV. I only had good experiences with Ernie s business and would recommend his service to anyone needing repair, add-ons or adjustments to their RV.

Excellent service as well as professionally executed! They totally sealed up the underneath. We live in the country with many critters. They also did interior kitchen repair perfectly!! I would highly recommend them.
