They charged me $250.00 for an A/C recharge. I asked them to use a sealant to seal the system, but they refused to do that, saying that they wanted to find the leaks and fix them mechanically. They said it passed the vacuum test, but it couldn't have since the cooling went down within a week. Had I fallen for that, I would have paid the $250.00 for the recharge, an exorbitant amount for a repair, and another 250 for another recharge. Easy to see why they don't use sealant. Not a happy camper.

Great place to take your vehicle for any maintenance issues. The place is super nice and treat you like family. The owners take care of military active and retired plus first responders with a discount and outstanding customer service. Prices are affordable and the shop is been in business for 30plus years. I will continue to bring our cars there for any mechanical or electrical issues. Job well done

TJ and Justin are amazing! The customer service was above and beyond. I brought my Hyundai Sonata, in and they were able to figure out the problem. It was my first time at Bryan s Automotive and I was truly pleased with the service I told all my friends and family to take their cars to Bryan s, and all because of TJ and Justin.

So glad I decided to give this place a chance they are definitely better than any other mechanic I ve been too in Olympia, they are the best around in my opinion. They have great service at great prices they are very good at laying out all your options as far as resolving issues with your vehicle, and they don t pressure you into anything you are not ready for. They offer financing and will even give you a ride home or back to the shop to pick up your car. Josh was especially super helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming here for any future needs for my Mazda what a great shop with a great team of mechanics!

Bryan's Automotive have straight shooter employees. It is clear they are experienced and confident. When any one of the employees explain what is going on with my car they are clean and crisp about it. They also don't try and guess and go back and forth with what they are saying. They say when they know and they say when they don't. I feel like a priority each and every time. No funny business like a lot of other places I have been. Straight up and to the point.

I valued the customer service, flexibility, and communication that Bryan s Automotive provided. The car ran great afterwards, and will definitely come back for future repairs.Update: I have taken my vehicle in twice since my first experience with this crew. Each time they have been quick to get my car in, extremely communicative and friendly. My latest experience resulted in a part they fixed about two months ago becoming faulty. They waived it under warranty, and finished the repair all in an afternoon. My first review stands true with this group, and will trust them with my future repairs.

Moving to a new place is always a pain because you have to find a new mechanic you can trust. Thankfully I found Bryan's in the first try. I've never had a single complaint and they have kept all 3 of our cars running perfectly. You can drop off after hours and they can even give you a ride home after dropping off the car.

Bryan s figured out an issue with my car that no one else could. Spent over $700 at other places then Bryan s found the issue and it was an easy cheap fix! Still running great, bye bye engine light!

Went in for a head gasket change as is common on Subarus. After having my car for two weeks and calling me a few times saying they need more time, it was finally fixed. I had to go in AGAIN because the vehicle did not run right. Wasn't the best experience but wasn't horrible. They did their best to communicate and keep me informed. I just didn't expect to have it out of commission for two weeks and have to bring it in a second time.

First time customer. Compared to experience elsewhere, Bryan's Automotive was a welcome difference. Light & bright shop, friendly & knowledgeable staff, and work was completed timely. Costs were on par with national chain where shop was understaffed, and hurried to the point of not doing a job right. A big plus is Bryan's shuttle service so you can wait in comfort at home. It's good to know I have a reliable shop for future needs.

Fast, reliable, professional, knowledgeable and able to easily complete the work. I ve been going here for two years now and glad to have found an auto repair shop that fully accomplishes everything I need for my car. And the prices are much better than an auto dealership

I was told my car wouldn't be looked at until next week. They actually were able to look at it the same day, letting me know it was the alternator. They had it fix and ready to pick up the following day!! Hands down best customer service!! Josh and crew thank you!!

I've been taking my vehicles to Bryan's for 8 years. They always give me a heads up when I have maintenance or repairs on the horizon so I can plan for it ahead of time. I can usually get in for an appointment within a week or 2 at most. The staff are friendly and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

About a year ago, I brought my car to Bryan's Automotive as it was having a technical issue. They weren't able to diagnose the issue as it didn't happen often enough and didn't trigger a engine light. That said they performed a thorough diagnostic that was reasonable in cost. Now this month, the same issue became more pronounced and produced an engine light. I took the car in and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They had taken notes from the initial visit a year ago and knew exactly where they left off. They provided shuttle service to and from my home while I was waiting. I am so impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Bryan's Automotive and will be back again. This repair facility exceeds expectations and is HONEST! Very rare in these days and times. The service is excellent, and the techs are extremely competent. I had a full rear end differential installed and it was flawless. They stand behind their work too. Highly recommend Bryan's Automotive.

Bryan's automotive helped me schedule an appointment within two days after having the check engine warning light for my vehicle light up. The local dealership offered me a service date over a month away which would not work. The problem was diagnosed by Bryan's automotive and resolved very quickly. I will be going back for more services soon.To add to this, I had additional services completed this morning - spark plugs & air filters replaced which was completed very quickly allowing me to get on with the rest of my day.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement

The oil change price is better than places like Jiffy Lube if you want to skip the dealership plus they do an inspection.They were able to figure out my tires aren t round, and my car was driving wobbly even after checking several times at Les Schwab where they claimed there s nothing wrong.

TJ was AWESOME!!!!!! The repairs could have easily been way more than they were. The mechanics could've told me the problem was something way more expensive than the simple fix that it was. They are honest and kind and fair. I will bring my car here from now on for all repairs and needs. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!

I want to start off by saying the customer service at Bryan s Automotive is great. The mechanic who serviced us was kind and informative. However, I don t think I would recommend this shop or come back. A few weeks ago roughly, I had brought in my husbands Cadillac that we recently purchased for an inspection and diagnosis for a check engine light etc. I had been given a list of some work that needed to be done and the mechanic went over everything in detail which was awesome - but a huge issue is that I had been told it needed an oil change and was about a quart low on oil according to the mechanic (it just had an oil change about 4-6weeks prior with mobile one synthetic oil used and a new filter so I was surprised but I guess it s burning through some oil) when I got home I checked the oil level and it wouldn t even show up on the dip stick. The car literally had no oil in it and I was told it was only a quart low here.. I wouldn t have driven home had I known there wasn t any oil in there.. I just feel like that s very basic and definitely something a mechanic should have seen/noticed right away and left me feeling uncertain about coming back here in the future even if the customer service was great. Not really worth the $325 we paid in my opinion. I ll stick with Jay over at A1 Japanese Auto from now on.

although i did not technically use their automotive services, the 5 star review is for the compassion and them just being amazing people! My car died out on my way to work and this was the closest place to pull into. I was there for nearly 2 hours waiting for my friend to help & they never came. It was getting colder and darker and i was so late to work I m guessing he was the owner and another employee came to tell me they were closing. I let them know my car died out and he didn t even hesitate to get some extra fuel they had. Then we realized my battery was dead and again, he ran to get a jumper box. The owner even followed behind me afterwards to the nearest gas station and put the few dollars he had towards gas for me to get to work. They could have been poopy toward me about being in the parking lot for so long but instead they genuinely cared that i made it to where i was trying to go!I have yet to actually use their services, but i was treated with so much care last night i won t hesitate to reach out to them for work on my car and hope to use them regularly. Thank you guys so much
