If you are looking for an auto repair shop check out Bron's. Their shop is easy to locate, clean, and has a nice waiting area. Their customer Service guys, Lenny and Kevin, are professional, friendly and communicate clearly. Their service staff do a great job and are very helpful and friendly. I've never had to take our vehicles back because of poor service. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. Our two vehicles are 20 year old BMW's and they are still running great.Do yourself and your vehicle a favor. Take it to Brons.

Checked around for best prices on a major service for my Porsche, not only were they the most detailed estimate but also had a competence price. Kevin at the desk and even the owner Joe were great to talk to. The work was thoroughly completed. I'll definitely use them again.They did a full inspection of my older Mercedes with service. Prices were more than competitive and the mechanics knew the intricacies of the vehicle.I'll be doing all of my services here.

The folks at Bron's always take good care of my car! They are great at answering all of my questions and keeping me informed. Their new location is very comfortable, and has a large lobby space with couches and tables you can sit at while you wait for your car to finish being serviced. The online platform they use for invoices makes things very streamlined and transparent. I will definitely be returning to Bron's for my car maintenance/repair needs in the future.

We decided to take our car to Bron s based on Google reviews, so paying it forward here. We were disappointed by the service we received at the Toyota dealership so we decided to try a local mechanic. After visiting Bron s for our first appointment, I know we ll be back. The staff were friendly and efficient. They did a thorough inspection of the car and pointed out things to keep an eye on in the future, but didn t try to charge me for issues that didn t need fixing. Their waiting area was comfortable and modern; I was able to get my work done while waiting. They have a digital invoicing system that seems efficient and will help keep track of any issues with the car over time. We were very impressed!

Finally... an automotive shop that I trust. As a female, who knows minimal about cars, I fully trust these guys and Kevin who manages the front desk, is an absolute delight! The work theyve done on both mine and my boyfriends cars has been perfect and they've never recommended more than what's needed. Also.. They just moved into their new space (pics attached) and it's set up if you need to hang out for awhile. Fancy keurig, workspace with outlets, cozy chairs, and remodeled bathroom.All in all - go to this place!

Bought my 16 y/o daughter a new (used) car and had them check it out. Not only were they extremely kind and knowledgeable they took the time to explain to my daughter what she needs to do if things may happen and told her she was always welcome to stop by if she ever had car questions and they would help her. Very refreshing to have that community feel and care from a business in this insane world again. 15 out of 10!

The staff at Bron's were helpful in all ways; keeping me informed along the way as they had various unknown issues that were being diagnosed and discovered. Their new location provides a comfortable area to relax while waiting, and the location is close to eateries, and the mall (depending how long you may need to wait for your vehicle). I think they provide shuttle service too.

I was referred by someone who works at the battery store in my desperate hour of need.He said that he had been trusting them with his family car for years, and that they were honest.He told me that they had many opportunities to talk him into stuff he didn't need in the past but they weren't about that.I checked them out through my car dealership and insurance company and I found out that not one place had anything bad to say about them.I towed my car to them and they worked with me.I am so grateful to them. They are professional, honest, knowledgeable and very kind.Ask for Lenny.

I i ve been a customer for a few years. My brother Referred this company to me, and I have had nothing to complain about. Excellent service, great customer service, and their new shop is Top Line! I have referred my daughter and her boyfriend to the shop, and they, too, Have had nothing but accolades for the business! If you want your car to be fixed By professionals, take your car to Bron s Automotive!!!!!!!!!

Bron's Automotive is the best shop. They are honest, experienced and fair prices. 5 stars for sure. The only shop I use for personal and business vehicles. Cheerful, fast and complete service. Replaced failed alternator w/in 24 hrs., and kept shop open an extra 15 min for me when I missed the bus on my way to pick up. 5 stars.

Joey and his crew at Bron s are wonderful. Joey went out of his way to give me the grand tour and it s clear he s genuinely passionate about caring for his clients, crew, and our community. I wish all business owners had the heart that Joey does. I ll see you guys in 2024 for that timing belt!

Quickly repaired an electrical issue with our car, took maybe 3 hours to diagnose and fix. Reasonable prices and great customer service!

Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Comfortable waiting room with no loud distracting TV. Keurig coffee and tea maker was nice touch. Restroom was clean and well stocked. Work performed was well done, reasonable and timely. Left as a happy customer and will use again even though the location is far from home.

Since I had my car maintained at Bron's Automotive in November 2023 and since then I've had some major problems. I had one of the four items inside the central engine replaced in December and now my car does not work on December 25th. It wouldn't start today with no sound so it's probably the battery is dead. I wish that was checked when my car was maintained in November 2023. I will call Bron's organizers tomorrow. Thanks.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I paid for them to inspect my car prior to purchase and they told me the breaks needed to be replaced. I got them to replace the breaks but the inspectors failed to tell me my car had been in SERIOUS crash and that the car had been re-painted when TWO WEEKS later my car was unusable and I took it elsewhere to become aware of the issues. I paid for professionals to inspect the car because I don t know anything about car and I was still completely scammed by everyone at Bron automotive who I paid to prevent this.

I m always nervous to go to a mechanic but Bron s made me have a new faith in auto repair service I thought I had a major problem that turned out to be nothing they sent me on my way with confidence and didn t charge me for work they didn t do that was what I was nervous about the cost and truth

I am SO GRATEFUL for the guys at Bron's! I was on a road trip and staying in Olympia over the weekend...unfortunately Bron's isn't open the weekend (everybody needs a day off) so I took it in first thing Monday, after pushing my travel reservations by a day and hoping I didn't need to push it more. I'd taken the car to Meineke on Saturday and they'd been very helpful, said it was a fuel leak, but they were unable to find the cause of the leak. At Bron's, I didn't have an appointment and when I said 'fuel leak on Mercedes Diesel' they got an 'oh no' look in their eyes. But they said they could squeeze me in, at least for the diagnostic. Two hours later, they called and not only had they FOUND the darn fuel leak, they'd FIXED it! I shake my fist at hard-to-find O-rings, but I shout my praise at the Bron's mechanics. We were able to drive off that evening with a car in perfect working condition. YAY!Service: Auto maintenance

Had a lot of work I needed done on an older truck. Had it on good authority that Brons is a solid place, and the folk at Brons live up to that expectation. I'm happy with the work, with how long it took, with the service. I'm just happy all round with the shop and the staff. Had a minor issue with a part that busted during the work, but they are making it right.

We (family of 4) were on the road and needed a u-joint replaced. All the shops in the area were booked out. No one was willing to help us until I contacted Bron's. While it was inconvenient for them due to their move to a new location they took the time to take care of us and get us back on the road. If I lived in the Olympia area they would be my go to for automotive repairs and maintenance.

This is the second time we have used Bron's and it definitely won't be the last. They gave accurate information on the A/C problem, fixed it and saved us over $1000! Ruby, the '18 Highlander Limited Platinum SUV got a routine oil change, tire rotation etc. today. Good job, quickly done. New waithg room is great with comfortable chairs, modern coffee/espresso drinks and various flavored coffees, etc. Thanks, see you next time!
