November 2023 The room was clean, bed was comfy. Front desk clerk was great. breakfast was a joke though. Everything was fine. Right up until the hotel caught fire. My room was destroyed. Since I couldn't check out, they charged my employer a couple thousand dollars for the room, like I stayed there for a few weeks. Which took quite a bit of time to get straightened out. I STILL have not been reimbursed for everything that I lost. No one will return my emails and trying to get someone on the phone is a joke.

STAY AWAY!!! THIS HOTEL IS INFESTED WITH BUGS AND MOLD!!! CURRENTLY THE HOTEL HAS A CHAIN LINK FENCE AROUND THE WHOLE HOTEL AND I AM HOPING IT HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR MUCH NEEDED REPAIRS OR DEMOLITION!!! I HAVE HEARD MANY HORROR STORIES ABOUT THIS HOTEL FROM NOT DOING REFUNDS TO BED BUGS, MOLD AND WORSE. I ATTENDED A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE LAST SUMMER AND DIDN'T EVEN STAY 10 MINUTES BECAUSE IT WAS SO DIRTY. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO.

Do no stay at this hotel. When we got here we saw the reviews saying they had bed bugs, so we checked out rooms and found evidence of bed bugs in the form of a bed bugs exoskeleton and bed bug fecal matter under the mattress. We immediately went down and tried to cancel our reservations, but they wouldn't refund the first night. They made us come back the next morning to finish the cancellation and they changed the price of the rooms from $50 to $85. These guys know they have bed bugs and still scammed more money from us. Don't go here.

I haven t stayed in a hotel this dirty in a long time. I was disgusted and didn t even want to touch anything. I m not sure if all the rooms are this way but by the amount of junk outside the building and the splatter on the walls throughout the hotel, I m betting most all rooms were similar in not actually being cleaned.I did check and there s a dust mite cover on the beds and the sheets were clean. Though with the overall dirtiness of the rest of the room I still couldn t sleep well.If it s all you ve got, ok. I ve you can stay somewhere else, I d recommend that over staying in this hotel. (These photos were only a small portion of the uncleanliness of the room and hotel itself)

We had three rooms total when we stayed there all three had a moldy smell in side of them. Then One of our rooms had visible black mold inside the bathroom. When we checked in it was late everyone got settled down and needed more blankets. Went to front desk the lady was rude and said literally told us it was to late and she wasn't going to get us more blankets till morning. We all showered and asked for room service when we got back it wasn't done so went to front desk to asked for some more towels. It was the same lady that refused us blankets and rather than simply giving us towels she and me had a 15 minute argument about towels. And then to top everything off we all ended up with bed bugs.Noteworthy details: Not kid friendly

I mean, the outside around the building looks dirty/messy. There s an old smell in the room. Overall just looks creepy. Like Something you d see in a horror movie lol.Beds are not comfortable. The AC is on but doesn t even keep the room cool. Honestly would never stay here again.

Don t stay here!!!The lady at the front desk was friendly, that was the only positive.Now to the long list of negatives The room was uncomfortably dirty and just disgusting! Every wall was stained, there was a hair ball on the floor by the sink, there was an open water bottle in the fridge, the sides of the toilet looked like they had never been wiped and had old urine running down it, and the bathroom had splatter stains on all the walls and looked like mold growing in the corner.There was no smoke alarm it had been pulled out and not replaced. The room smelled funky and looked like the bedding had not been replaced.Way overpriced! I was too disgusted to even think about trying the breakfast.If this wasn t the only hotel available because of the stampede weekend I would have left!

The pool was nice and they let us have a late check-out (noon). However, the tv picture quality was very poor. The receptionist swapped it for a different one, but the picture quality was only 10% better (still unwatchable). She states the problem had to do with how the cable was installed in the wall. Our clean towels/washcloths fell off the tiny shelf in the bathroom onto the floor so we didn t want to use them (separate issue - I had to clean areas in the bathroom that were very filthy). We asked for extra towels but were denied them because we were already given some. Spending $200 after taxes/fees should allow us to have 15 towels if that s what we needed. The hair dryer was shooting out sparks of electricity, which we told the receptionist about but by then, we were just read to get out of there.

Attended a private function at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and authentic. It was a winter event and so understandable that the exterior seemed a little inundated with various stuff that distracted from embracing the majestic peaks and serenity that an endless Okanogan Sky evokes so effortlessly. Hoping for some fun in the pool this summer!

Stayed here a month or so ago and it was GREAT! Breakfast was open, pool was open. Everything was spotlessly clean. Met the owners who live onsite and oversee all operation directly themselves. The building had tons of recent maintenance and painting during the shutdown. Even the pool was freshly painted deck and interior. I wont even consider staying anywhere else next time I am in the area. Well done!

Found 6 or 7 bed bugs crawling around on the pillows and under the covers around midnight. A few large and a few small. I went to the front desk and called for assistance to get another room. There were no other rooms available so the kind lady at the front desk apologized after seeing the pictures and refunded my stay and gave me black plastic bags for my stuff.

We had reserved 2 rooms but got 1 and the fold out bed was so old that the head of the bed wouldn't go fully down and you could press down on it slightly and feel the springs. We also reserved a handicap room but their version of handicap is putting handle bars by the toilet and shower/tub. Besides that it was very cramped and didn't have anywhere to put the motorized wheelchair.

Thoroughly disappointed with this hotel. Called ahead and reserved a room for May 5-6, 2022. Explained that I would arrive late, and was assured that there would be staff at the desk 24 hours.Arrived at approx. 11:30 PM to check in. There was nobody at the desk, but a sign instructed to call on the house phone for service. I tried to call, but the phone was unanswered for at least a full minute. I hung up and tried again. Still no answer. Repeated several times.After about 30 minutes, I called the toll-free reservation line back. They could not explain why there was no-one there, and attempted to reach the hotel management, without success.When I had waited over 2 hours with no service, I again contacted the toll-free number and cancelled my reservation. They called back after I had left the hotel and found other accomodations, asking that I return, and it would be straightened out, which I declined.Can't comment on the amenities, since I never got past the front desk !Even 1 star is being generous !

I booked the room online. Check-in process was quick and easy. Online placed us in a room downstairs. The manager asked if we had a pet which we stated no. He said usually guests with pets are downstairs because that is the pet friendly area. He then moved us to a room oon tree ground floor and out was even a larger bed! Room was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the room was next to the laundry room and someone decided to do laundry around 11 PM. That did make out difficult to sleep. No problems with water pressure and no shortage of hot water was wonderful. The morning breakfast area wad clean and tidy. I at as they were finishing setting it up so all food was fresh and hot food was hot. We chatted with the lady that was prepping everything. She was very polite and friendly.

Given the lack of options - it fine. It s old, but our room was clean. Front desk lady is nice. Breakfast is ok.

Lady at check was terrific. Very friendly. Went to get breakfast next morning at 9:40 was told breakfast was until 10. Stuff was being pulled was getting stuff gentleman physically pushed me out of the way to pull items. He was very rude! Not good experience with him! He should be talked to about how to treat guests! And to never physically push a guest!

This place Seriously needs help!The rooms were dirty! Broken etc!The sheets on my daughter's bed were dirty from use!!! The towels were stained! Our bed was broken at the top 1/3 of the left hand side. If it wasn't for the fact that we had been on the road all day and were exhausted we wouldn't have stayed!

The room was almost perfect for me. Good air conditioner, clean and comfortable. The TV seemed good, but the picture was staticky, but that was okay. The only bad thing about the room where these bars, part of the bed frame, that stuck out below the mattress. I didn't realize they were there and I smashed my leg and saw Stars! Now that I knew they were there, I was careful not to bump into them again, but in the morning getting ready to leave, I did Smash my leg again and saw stars all over again. Besides that, my room is pretty much perfect! Breakfast would have been good, but when we got there a little over an hour before the end of breakfast, things were running out. There were no eggs when I looked . And there were not quite enough tables to accommodate everyone at breakfast. There was a line for the waffle iron, which was understandable. I must say that the girl who was taking care of the breakfast area was extremely pleasant and friendly!

The front desk really doesn't care much about the people who stay at the hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed there on Ssturday night (11/6) and there was a party going on down below and had music blasting throughout the night. My girlfriend couldn't sleep because of it and went to the front desk to complain. They did nothing to stop it and the music carried on until close to 1am. And when I went to take a shower in the morning, the drain plug didn't work. So after my shower I messed with it and had to hold the drain plug lever down to drain it. I will NEVER be staying here again. Poor customer service

The guy checking is in was fantastic and friendly. We stayed 2 nights. The first morning there was no desk person anywhere to be found at 6 when breakfast was supposed to be out. The only breakfast was stale English muffins and yogurt. No one around at 7 when we left for the day. The whole stay the hot water was non existent. Our last morning had us getting a note under the door about no hot water. I try to keep low expectations for hotels. A bed, quiet room, and a hot shower is what I expect. Couldn't do that... :/

Got "smoked out" during a fire ban while camping with my husband. He was pleased to find this cute hotel for cheap. It was nice, not too loud, receptionist was kind and took care of us promptly. This hotel saved our weekend get away. Rooms are clean and you get good quality for the price. Most other hotels this price range are grungy; I'm thankful this one is neat and tidy. Was kind of bummed that their bar was closed for a "private party" on a Saturday night and other than the rooms there's no AC in the building; but other than that the hotel was great!
