Finally took time to schedule my 07 pickup for the airbag recall. At the same time they let me know of the recall related to the heated wiper blade fluid system. Took care of this promptly and will even get a refund for having the work done. On time in and out. Comfortable waiting area in their new building. Easy drive up to the new service entry. Greeted promptly and the paperwork was set up prior to my arrival. Thanks Whitney's for the great customer service. Debi

Paid almost 300 dollars just for them to "top off" my oil. I needed a thorough inspection done and check engine light reading. A diagnosis. Didn't get any of that, just a little bit of motor oil and a suggestion.

This is a good ol' boy dealership. Includes tire shop/service technicians ASE certified as well as towing, just the best there is!! Courteous and professional staff and employees. Financing available. Comfortable and clean waiting area. Complimentary coffee while you wait. You get that welcoming hometown feel within. This year marked 100 years in business...that speaks for itself!!! It's one of the oldest Chevy dealership in Washington State, that speaks for itself ..currently New and updated showroom and remodeling is in the works Business opened during this time. Kept my classic, 1970 Chevelle Malibu for over a month. Never ran right afterwards. Sold it to my nephew, he saw all kinds of mistakes on the repairs. He put the old distributor back on correctly, now runs great in Wenatchee. If you are a WIDOW, I would suggest that you look elsewhere for car repair.

My husband and I just moved to the area and I was very happy to find Whitney's for my vehicle care. Online service scheduling was so simple. I can say that I have never dealt with a more friendly, caring, professional and thorough staff. I am incredibly happy with the oil change, cooling system flush, general check and front brake replacement they performed on my vehicle. We will definitely be back. The guys in the service department are amazing such a great team!

I had my Toyota RAV detailed because lots of water was dumped onto the backseat. My shop vac won't get it all. They did an absolutely splendid job, inside and out. It is, however, spendy. But, for me, a necessity this time. I think Whitney's runs specials once and awhile. In my case, I couldn't wait. I will say, it has given me a great incentive to keep it in this clean manner!!SHOP LOCAL.

Great service and great staff at this dealership. I have had work done on two different trucks over the past four years as I visit Grays Harbor from Eastern Washington and would recommend this place if you need to service your vehicle.

Went here to get recall service done on my GMC pickup. They did it in a timely manner with no fuss. They even washed my truck for no charge! That was a much better experience than I had with the Chevy dealership in Anerdeen, which is closer to my home.

I take my vehicle in for oil changes and tire rotation to Ron in the Tire Center. It's always fast, convenient, and they're super friendly and go the extra mile to get my car done as quickly as possible. The best part is there's no high pressure to buy something or spend money on things you don't need.

Our car is in their tow lot. When we were there a day before we came to get it not a single person there mentioned having to pay in advance and schedule someone to be there so we could pick it up on a weekend. We came on a friday, said we would be back the next day and they said "oh yeah, that's fine" we live 2 hours away and rented a car dolly just to have them tell us they cant pull up the information and cant release the car to us until Monday. I am livid. Worst service I have ever recieved. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It all started with our trip to town for a family s wedding. We RV and had just arrived at an RV Park in Elma, WA. We were pulling our GMC Canyon. It was about 4:00 pm and were unhooking our rig when we discovered that the Canyon had something wrong and would not move! All sorts of thoughts entered our minds. We looked on the Internet and saw the closest dealer was Whitney s in Montesano, WA. The wife called and told them what was going on. Steve said he would have someone out within a couple hours to lift it up and take it to Montesano. Well the driver arrived about 30 minutes later and took our sweet baby into Montesano. Steve had explained that it was probably something to do with the computer module and to be prepared. He said it would be the diagnostic charge of $200 per hour, the repair and the cost of the tow. If they needed parts, it would be the following Monday or later. We knew it needed done and were prepared for the sticker shock. Saturday came and it finally sunk into our thick skulls that we were without a rig to get us to the wedding (not counting a 38-foot coach) and we looked up rental car dealers in the area. Yes, Whitney s was the closest, so we called. The gent who helped us said his rental lady was off today but he would call and see if she would come in and help us out. She called me back about 12:30 and said no problem. She would come get us and bring us in to fill out the paperwork. Since we had a rig in the shop, she gave us a super deal on the Equinox she was letting us have while the rig was in the shop. She helped the wife get the walker in the rig and all the necessities out of the Canyon. What wonderful service! Come Monday morning, we called the shop and were elated to find out the rig was ready to go! We were out of towners and we were at their mercy but with the diagnostic fee, repair, rental etc. it was barely $300! We wish service at a dealership was this fine in the Tri-Cities where we are from.

Just felt rushed and manipulated if you don't want to read this log story full of grammar errors.(Wrote it pretty upset just looked back at the papers )Older gentlemen that dose the online posting. Help out the most super kind. He had just started hes try to bring some standards he was trying his hardest to make us happy it was perfectWe just recently baught a truck I'm not saying they ripped us off it was mostly this was our first big purchase neither of us had any experience getting loans or anything they used that our range was 15k used truck we got a 18k that's more than we wanted it was also a single cab I was specifically looking for a 4 door so we cam back after the test drive I told them I was looking for a 4 door they said okay they put is in a 2015 base 4 door that was way out of our budget (looking back that was to knock us back down the the truck that wanted to get rid of )We cam back after that test drive they asked if we liked it we said no so we went back to the regular cab and I was wondering what the payments would be like and next thing we knew we were applying for the loan and getting caught up in the excitement you keep going with it the guy said he would walk us threw everything because it's our first time he printed of 20 different papers briefly talked about a warranty and didnt give us any options or opportunity to say noI or step it down didnt talk about our intest rates or anything. I had to spesificly ask about it. He proceeded to get the papers ready to sign we felt rushed the insurance company was about to close at 5 it was about 4:30 when we started to sign papers nothing was explained.

This repair shop replace a clutch for us at a cost of 1100. The same clutch went out a month later. They still charged for labor for the second clutch and for some on parts. We gave them about 900. more. So now into this $1900. and the clutch goes out a 2nd time. The labor or the part are obviously defective. I would no let Whitney's touch a car again. I got no satisfaction from them.

had a chance to speak with bob Beck this morning about selling a vehicle of mine. he told me my car wasnt worth half of what it Kelly blue books for and the dude hasnt even seen it. my rims snd tires alone are worth almost 2k idk if its part of his marketing scheme but I took offense to the way he belittled my car. RUDE wouldnt ever try and do business with the old man again

Haven't shopped there. Never Will.Because AGAIN.One of their little Trucks.(yellow today)Seems to ENJOY riding traffic from behind Tighter than a Massage Chair. Cutting them off enough so they have to hit the brakes. Then racing to the next car. To give Them a Massage from the Rear. Racing to the Montesano EXIT in the Pouring Rain,.. And Traffic. Then. Catching the next Victim,.. And cutting across 3 Lanes, (and anyone in them) to hit the exit at 70+.Today, at 12:23pm, 101east,.. I saw, and was one of the Victims,.. IN THE WAY again.This was just the 3rd Time recently. And Why it's time for a Review.If this is how they treat their community on the Highway.I'd hate to see it as a Customer.Just wish it wasn't raining so hard,..That my Dash Cam Video, doesn't show you much you could recognize,.. of Today's Adventure thru the Windshield Glass . But they're on my Radar Now... BEWARE3 Strikes You're Out.

I'm a local and I don't mean any disrespect to the individuals at Whitneys and this could apply to a lot of GM service departments. I took my 6th gen camaro to them to diagnose a rattle. They told me GM doesn't pay them enough money to justify figuring it out. Their advice--take it to a more urban dealer who sells more camaros and might've already seen the same rattle before. I understand and accept that, and this post is just to inform others, that if you have an issue with a GM performance car, best to take it to a larger more urban dealer.

Always get the best help here as well as get told what exactly is happening. Never have had an issue with these guys and will be returning to them. As well as buying all my vehicles through them only.

I recently bought a car at Whitney s Chevrolet in Montesano. Clayton a very nice salesman assisted my purchase of a 2013 Kia Soul. Everyone at Whitneys was very pleasant and made my experience wonderful! I was told that they were going to save a car for me till Monday and when I got here they sold the car from underneath me without as much as a currtiousy call. Would highly recommend going somewhere else. Especially when paying with cash!!!

Had them put a starter in 5 months ago, charged me $600.It already failed. Originally charged me for the labor to install a new one, but they worked with the starter company and got half of the installation fee refunded. They also kicked in the other half as store credit.Whitneys did work to make things right

They have delt with a lawsuit, and they wouldnt help us well we went else where and got a way better suv thanks for saying no to us got us to go else where low mile truck and clean thanks

Got car impounded due to DUI and next day when I went to get it out the lady was so sweet non judging and as soon as I paid she appoligized for any inconveniences and I had my car out in 14 mins on dot
