This shop refuses to work on cars older than 2010? This is straight up discrimination against those who have less money than others, or those who don't choose to waste money on new cars. He claims it's not about the worth of the car? If he didn't have a two month wait for an appointment, I'm sure he wouldn't discriminate.The guy on the phone said they don't want to work on cars that have rust issues and paint matching issues?' He said they have a two month wait to get an appointment. Now, he's claiming the customer is twisting his words? Call him yourself and find out.Wow, I would not ever support this business that thinks they can discriminate against people who can't afford newer cars, then accuse customers of twisting his words?Just a heads up for this shop owner, there are many lawyers who drive older cars because cars don't appreciate in value so it is actually a smart financial move to drive an older car rather than waste money on a newer one.I'm praying that people boycott this business, so this owner can learn to value ALL customers.

Just wanted a side mirror painted. They did a great job but communication was poor. I was not given an estimate, they just went ahead and did it.I did not get a phone call to say it was ready. I had to call and ask.

I had my 2006 Nissan Frontier in for repairs after getting rear-ended over a month ago. While there I asked about having some other work done on a front fender that had been damaged by an inconsiderate shopper who hit it with a shopping cart and then fled.The repair estimate seemed a little expensive, but this shop was highly rated and I wanted really good results since my truck has really low miles, so I scheduled the work. Had to wait over a month because the shop seems to be in demand, but so glad I did. The work is flawless and when I picked it up a week later, I noticed right away that they had even detailed the truck for me! Even though the truck is 13 years old, it now feels like new.I interfaced with both Rich and Troy in the front office, and both of them are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Absolute Auto Body, and will definitely recommend them to anyone wanting first-class auto-body work.

This place is great! The man I worked with was awesome! I felt comfortable immediately when I walked in. He was up front and honest with me from start to finish. They repaired my car after I rear ended someone and had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. They gave me the best quote and made sure I was informed about what was going on through the whole process. They did a great job on my car, met all the deadlines and just really went above and beyond to take care of me. I never once felt like they were trying to hustle me. They made getting my car repaired a great experience.

The car was dropped off to have some body work done following an accident. They fixed the original repairs, but the front bumper was damaged while at the shop. Instead of being apologetic, the worker at the front that day questioned whether or not we were lying to try and get work done for free. In the end, the car was repaired and the second worker we talked to apologized and welcomed us to call if we had any additional questions. As we were leaving the lot, we noticed a large greasy hand print on the headliner where the repair people had put their dirty hands on the inside to help get in and out of the car. The overall quality of the exterior work was pretty good (haven't seed it dry in the sun yet), but they are missing some of the little details.

Troy was so wonderful to work with. My car was hit in multiple places and needed a lot of work. I had never been in an accident before and he helped me every step of the way in a very stressful time. He helped arrange a rental car with enterprise who picked me up and dropped me off after it was finished and he worked directly with the insurance companies, I didn't have to do a thing. The whole process was seamless. On top of the great service, my car looks perfect. I would recommend Absolute to everyone. I highly recommend this repair shop. I took my vehicle here to get repaired after an auto accident. Troy and his team were super helpful and answered any questions or concerns I had. Last week I noticed rain water leaking into my vehicle, I called them immediately, they took it in and notified me that someone actually tried to break into my vehicle. The door evidence shows someone tried to pry it open. They fixed it at no charge. I'll definitely be taking my vehicle here anytime I have issues and will be telling my friends and family about the great service!

They did a great job on the drivers door and front fender. Good as new. The got it done quicker than they originally said too.On top of everything, they washed the car and detailed the inside (which it badly needed). I didn't ask them to and it wasn't in the bid. I couldn't my car fix from these guys. Due to the fact they don't take the insurance. These guys where are super friendly. I would still recommend this place due the friendliness. Kindness goes a long way.

What a great bunch of guys, I've brought in my share of damaged vehicles over the years to have repaired/painted and every time received nothing but top notch service. Troy and his team will go the extra mile for you, not only do they take pride in their craftsmanship/work delivering a high level of finished product they will go out of the way to make sure the customers happy no matter what. By far the ABSOLUTE BEST body shop. Sadly, I have the privilege of saying they have taken care of all three of my cars. Every car has turned out looking better than new. I cannot thank Rich and Troy enough for all their time and effort making sure things get done right. Especially when spending hours working with insurance companies to get the ball rolling. I m looking forward to getting my wife back in her car soon.

Our family has been using Absolute Autobody for years. Last year I decided to get a bid elsewhere to see if their pricing was good. It was! Absolute s bid came in lower than the competition and they always do excellent work. Rich and they gang always provide great customer service, going above and beyond to help us. Troy and Rich are absolutely top notch! They got my Camaro back to new again. It had a huge dent in the rear quarter panel that they were able to repair and repaint perfectly! Rally yellow is an incredibly hard color to match and on top of that, I have an extremely sharp eye for differences in shades of color. I cannot tell where the old paint ends and the new paint begins (and I have studied it under several types of light). I could not be any happier with their excellent work! There is a reason their schedule is pretty packed. They are worth it! Hands down. They are worth every penny and every day spent in the shop. They even worked with Enterprise and Progressive on my behalf to arrange my rental car. I literally had to do nothing. They were both so incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I simply cannot recommend them enough. You might be able to find another place to do it cheaper but you will not find a place that does any better than these gentlemen! There are dozens of body shops in the 40+ miles between their shop in lynnwood and where I live and I will gladly drive there again if I need them.

Absolute Auto Body were able to fit me into their schedule for partial repainting hood and roof, and it came out looking new with close match to the old paint color. Being on the receiving end of a rear end collision is very disruptive to one's life. All you want is for everything to be back to how it was before the accident as soon as possible with the least inconvenience. From the estimate to the appointment for repair to setting up a car rental, Absolute Auto Body in Lynnwood made the whole experience of getting my car fixed practically painless. They got my car in for repair a week earlier than anyone else could. They set me up with a rental car from a company that picked me up and had me driving away in 10 minutes. They estimated the repair would take a week and a half, and I got my car back in 4 days. Best of all, the work done was exceptional! Customer service is the best in the business. Troy and the rest of the crew did "absolutely" everything to make the experience of getting my car repaired...well, actually...pleasant.Thanks Absolute!

Absolute Auto Body is great! I've taken two different vehicles there for accident repairs and both times the guys there have nailed it! Each time the repairs were completed in a timely manner, their customer service is great and the paint quality is top notch.

Awesome experience here. The whole process was smooth and they worked great with our Allstate insurance to complete repairs. They were able to accommodate for late drop & pick up which I really appreciate. Would definitely go here again for repairs.

Rich and his team did a great job repairing my truck. I was pretty bummed to have damaged my 2020, but they got it fixed like nothing every happened. They even worked with me to expedite finishing it up so I could get it back in time to take on an upcoming road trip.

Write low balling estimates for car repair to get insurance company come in and authorize them do more repairs. They included nothing (just polish and wax) on the quarter panel of my car when there was obvious point of impact and scratched off stock paint, and told me when insurance company comes in they might authorize them to do more repairs. Clearly even the field insurance agent wrote up the quarter panel for repair/repainting.Don't go there if you want an honest estimate for existing damage.

Unsure whether or not it was Troy or Rich who helped me, but they gave a 4runner I was looking at purchasing a glance over for any major body issues. They pointed out a ton of things and saved me time and money. If I have any future body work that needs to be done, this is where it will happen!
