Wouldn t return my starter core with a lifetime warranty because I bought it from a Napa in Bellingham. So I had no choice but to buy another starter from them and return the original core at a later date. Seemed pretty shady, and a stupid policy that they can t warranty stuff because it was purchased from another Napa. I wouldn t suggest going here, that didn t seem right and wasted my time and money.

Greg jumped through hoops and barrels to get me brake calipers for my Freightliner Ambulance. There was a subtle difference between front and rear calipers, yet his computer showed the same part number. He contacted someone at a distribution center to sort through their calipers to find the right ones (same part number, same casting, different location for bleeder and brake lines)...... he FOUND IT.... I appreciated it! And all done with a smile on his face.

I needed a new battery for my car. They didn't have the correct one in stock but they got one from another store in a few hours. I had my car running again the same day! Excellent service!

This store is so unwilling to assist you. Had 2 bad alternator from Napa is 1 yr. Lost receipt they would not exchange for a new one. Told me to come back 2 days later to talk to manager. Ask if they could get me one today, I can't get you anything today but you can.Go to O'Reilly they are more helpful better hours life time guaranty and they keep your info on file.Contacted Napa Corporate and they too were not willing to stand behind their auto parts that have failed. Stay away from Napa they will not stand behind their parts that have failed, especially if you have no receipt for a $70 alternator. This store and corporate basically all told me too bad your problem!!

Napa is the place to go for quality parts and employees who know their stuff. I walked in with a random tractor relay, and thanks to the parts counter guy, had an OEM replacement in 2 minutes for half what I expected to pay.
