Was it clean? Yes. Yes, it was! The entrance to it, otoh...yikes! You use the ally/apartment parking area to get into the que. Nice view of the alley and a large rubbish container. THEIR driveway entrance was clean! No debris at all. The service techs literally pre-service cars in the queue, and the only thing left was the oil change itself. They don't drain the oil like in the old days. It is vacuumed out and then replaced. There wasn't a lot of superfluous yelling like "Ready Bay one" "Bay one ready" "Bay one entering", "I got it. Bay one is in"..annoying and showy and unnecessary. Great professional service, just the right amount of upsell but no hard-close, and courtesy with professionals at the helm.

Awesome customer service and they were quick to do my oil change.I absolutely hate having to go get my oil changed. They explained what all was recommended for my vehicle and weren't pushy or judgmental when I declined to get all the extras done. They made sure I even had the coupon so I got a discount.For something I really don't like doing, they made it decent. I'll be coming back here again when my vehicle is due for another oil change.

The gentlemen at this location are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. The line was pretty long when I got in, but I was in and out in what felt like 10 minutes. These guys are amazing and their teamwork is great. I feel a nice Christmas bonus for each of them is warranted

Had to edit my previous review, ridiculous prices. No idea how an oil change costs 86.73. Had to argue about my coupon. they left oil finger prints on our white car.

Stopped by today and it was actually really great? The two comanagers, Patrick and Richard were happy and jokey with each other, the other employees and me, and I really appreciated the atmosphere. Like, I left an oil place smiling for the first time ever. Thanks y all!

Didn't receive normal paperwork, oil appeared dirty still, and almost positive filter was not changed. Had to get an oil change way sooner than anticipated. I showed up half an hour before closing time & had never had service been so quick - they didn't show me items such as current oil level, filter replaced, etc.

I had a not so good experience two days ago at a different location and myself working in retail understand when there are busy days and slow days but today they went above and beyond at this location. I was asked if i wanted to get my cabin air filter checked and I politely said I didn t want to hold up the line and Duncan stated this was part of routine and was not worried about anyone else. Because they did not have part my car needed, I was advised to purchase elsewhere and come back and would be helped in placing it back for me. Definitely a comeback from previous place! Just discovered that the courtesy of free fluid top-offs between oil changes are gone and they now charge for this service and any fluids needed.I don t use this service often, but I own nine vehicles they maintain. I have stuck with the Valvoline shop since they opened even though they charge more than their competition. I m going to check to see if the competition still provides this service for free.Choices that impact customer service should be weighed very carefully.John V.Longview, WAService: Oil change

I have been coming to the store for six years since I moved back to Longview and I ve always had great customer service and always very patient and understanding person s working on my car and as being someone with a disability they are all so understanding and not pushy when I explain I can t afford any other items other than the oil change and because of that that s why I continue to come back to this location Curtis assistant manager was a great help! And they always have such personable staff and help with finding coupons if I can t find mine! Thanks for being one of the few places with excellent serviceService: Oil change

The service was fast, thorough, and friendly. They are always running a promo so sticker price is almost never what you pay. I have been very satisfied with my visits to Valvoline! Keep up the good work!

Waited almost 40 minutes today and I still get the service that I wanted. A simple oil change should not take more then 15 minutes if that. All it is on most vehicles is one bolt on your oil pan. A simple procedure turns into various other tasks done to your vehicle. See most of them standing around gossiping, laughing. Finally I left after waiting 45 minutes. I will take my business elsewhere. Also on their website it doesn't mention anything about prices, why is that??? Why Can't a simple company provide the consumer with prices??? Take a look for yourself.

I have had good and bad moments with Valvoline on ocean beach, but even the bad moments where made right! I tend to overreact when it comes to my car!! And I m picky about who touches it! But the guys over at Valvoline in Longview are very polite to and always check with me to make sure my wipers are good and ask me if I want to replace my cabin air filter and stuff. They just really take of me! I always get the best service! Good prices and service with thumbs up and a smile!!!! Thanks Valvoline crew your the best!!!!!!

This station is full of criminals. Went through for a full synthetic oil change price range of 90 plus dollars. With trust, proceeded with driving. After 1000 miles the oil light comes on. I check the oil, 1 quart low and seems a bit dirty for just being changed. I thought hmm maybe I should change the pcv. So I do. Not 2 weeks pass with another 1000 miles and the oil is almost black. Well I guess I should go to another VOIC in Lacey. They said the car is 12k miles overdue. The Longview shop didn't even log the visit. They stole my money and possibly damaged my engine. They might actually hear from my attorney. Do not visit this place unless you want to be robbed blind.

Came here instead of Jiffy Lube to get my vehicles done this last month. Pretty happy with the service and the price was comparable. Would be nice if they did free top offs like Jiffy Lube does. Aside from that, it seemed pretty nice.Update: I have been back a couple times and I have to say they haven't let me down yet. I enjoy the people and they seem to do a good job and help me find coupons even. Still gonna keep going!

This place was absolutely amazing today. I went in having issues with my oil pressure and they were super nice, and quick to help. Probably the best customer service experience I've had in a while. I went in to have my oil changed and have my bulbs in my headlights replaced. After waiting an hour, the tech came out and told me that it would be awhile, as the car that was in front of me was having all fluids changd. He said I could pull behind the two cars in the other lane, that had only been waiting about 20 minutes. I asked him if it was not first come, first serve.
