This company and its staff made it easy for me to purchase my cargo trailer axle . They went way beyond the regular service by assembling my axle as well as welding my new leaf springs to the given specs . Truly professional

Had a great attitude and was really impressed with good company and then....Was quoted 7 days and needed the truck 8 days later. Never received a call or heads up drive line was not ready so we stopped by and they said "probably next week cause had some drive lines come in that jumped priority"

Had a drive line shortened 3" & balanced, cost was $180.00. Walked in & was greeted by a guy that acted like it was a bother to listen to what I needed & then grilled me on how I came up with the measurement. Should have walked out the door right then. First time I drove the car & got close to 65 mph, felt a vibration. The faster I went the worse it got. First thoughts were maybe the pinion angles were off, checked & within 2 degrees of each other. Next I replaced the tail shaft bushing even though it had very little play. No change. Only thing left was the balance. I decided not to go back to driveline express (Potter Webster) for one reason. If they cant get it right the first time for what they charged, there is no reason to believe a second time would be any different. Took it to Driveline Service of Portland & when I picked it up they pointed out that not only was it out of balance, they showed me 3 cut marks in the shaft from a cutting wheel, obvious carelessness. Put it the car, vibration is gone. I'm not the first person to take them a drive shaft to be balanced correctly after driveline express worked on it.
