Great crew over here, like usual excellent service and workmanship. The owners are awesome, and great crew; they take good care of you. I had them order and install new tires and wheels on my dually, went without a hitch. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

It's such a relief to have a trustworthy, honest and kind group of people supporting my vehicle needs! Longview Auto and Tire have offered me exemplary service at the right price. Able to get an appointment quickly, they offer rides and they answer all of my questions and make sure I'm informed with updates on my vehicle. Truly an excellent group! Will recommend to family and friends!

It is my opinion that mechanics will put the screws to ya every chance they get. And if you're a woman... Oh boy! I also, firmly believe in NOT giving a perfect score of 5 because only God is perfect... HOWEVER it seems I've been schooled & giving them anything else but the best score would be cheating them. Quick to be able to get my car in, quoted me $250 less than another shop. Friendly. Communicative. And they did fabulous work! This is my new go to for all things automotive. No wonder they've been in business so long and are beloved by Google critics. Besides not keeping oil in your vehicle, not going here when your car needs fixed is the second worst thing you could do to your ride.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. I was treated with the utmost respect and they are so very courteous making sure I was comfortable. Please know that they will do everything to make sure your vehicle is done properly and that it is safe for you before you get it back in your possession. I thank everyone at Longview Auto and Tire. I will take my vehicles to them every time. Thanks guys and gals...you are AWESOME.

This was my first visit to Longview Tire and Auto and I am very happy with their work. They took the time to answer all of my questions and Taylor was especially helpful and knowledgeable about what services my Mercedes Sprinter was due for. Great folks to work with. Got a screw in my tire on our way back from a weekend trip. We got in, tire was repaired and reinstalled at no extra charge. Amazing folks, great shop, and friendly to boot. Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Brought my truck in for a break/tire issue. At first they weren't able to identify the noise so they called Ford to ask what it could be. Ford gave them 2 options, they supposedly tested both possibilities, and supposedly they found the issue so they consulted with me first and of course since they are a professional shop I trusted in their word. After getting the call that it was ready I went to pay and pick up my truck, after paying nearly $1,000 I left with my truck and felt and heard the same issue that I took it in for. I dropped it back off to them so they could take another look at it and it sat for 2 days untouched. I also hadn't received any courtesy calls to let me know my truck was just siitting. So needless to say now I am out $1,000 and stuck with the same issue. Definitely do not recommend this shop

Got a complete service done on my van. Quick and easy... This place made some good recommendations during the service. So I got a little more done than what I originally went in for. But a good thing as they found other things that were wrong that we made sure got corrected.

Do not come here they tried to scam me out of 5k-14k$This place was the worst place that I took my car in to be looked at!!! I went in to have my o2 sensor looked at and my mass airflow sensor looked at and they told me that my whole engine needed to be replaced. They did however tell me there was to much oil which I was greatful for but they also told me it will cost me 5-14k to replace the engine completely. When it took me 3 hrs and 100$ to just replace it myself. Do not come here!!! They are scammers!!!

Shopped online extensively for tires for my commuter car. Came in here and got a quote for the tires that I chose. Price was just right and they happened to have a special on alignment which I was going to do anyways. Made an appointment for the following week and dropped my car off. Everything went perfect and they were great to deal with. I would definitely come back again when my truck is needing a new set of tires and would also recommend.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I had a great experience with Longview tire. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and funny. There was a miscommunication where my vehicle was supposed to stay overnight. Well I showed up to pick it up and they had just started working on it. They had it done in 2 hours. I was impressed! The integrity first off amazing!! These guys and gals helped me when I was trying to work with my warranty and dealership because the engine went bad. They waited till the whole process was through and let me keep the car there till I could come get it.Service 10/10Knowledge 10/10Will definitely go back thank you guys again

After replacing the old worn out front end in my car, I had to get an alignment sooner rather than later. Called em up, had an appointment the next morning got er done.For those of you who are looking for a place who can align the lower than average rides, give these guys a call. We pulled up a few minutes before they were closing with a bolt stuck in the rear tire and they squeezed us in. It 104 degrees, end of the day but they helped us out. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly people. So happy we did business there.

While towing a 30' trailer I had a flat on my F-450 and called early morning for repair. You took me in and fixed and replaced the tire as soon as I got there. Everybody was very courteous. I could not have asked for better. Thank you for being there for me.

I showed up 5 minutes early for my 8am "to-in-toe out" wheel alignment on my 1967 Ford F100 but apparently a shop manager thought their laborer was wasting time and had him start a Van alignment as I was sitting there waiting for him. 1 hour and 25 minutes later (9:20am) he got my alignment done in 20 minutes. To the laborer I will say: "Thank you for a job well done". To the unknown shop manager I say: "Shame on you for putting productivity ahead of customer service". I had to cancel a 9:30 appointment. On the plus side I was given a "No Charge" bill for my patience. Thank you but I will take my future business elsewhere.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute for an oil change and checked everything else in my car and let me know if any other maintenance was required. They did a thorough check and explained everything to me. I fully recommend Longview Auto and Tire to anyone. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience, they were able to get me in super quick, gave a great military discount and talked me through all my options without making me pay for stuff I don t need right away. I was super excited to be able to walk in and an hour or so I was able to get my Jeep aligned. Very nice people from the man who gave me the appointment to the girl that took my key! I had 4 new tires put on the wheels that were on my vehicle, they were very very nice to me, very helpful with any questions. The office people were wonderful also.This was the 1st time that I had ever been there and I will definitely go back again.

I called into the Longview Auto and Tire in the morning because my front right side of my Kona started squealing. I knew it had to be my brakes. They were able to check my car out and let me know that my brakes were metal on metal. ( I didn't think they were that bad) I had another local dealership tell me that they were fine a few weeks earlier.I had them keep the car overnight and the next morning by 10:30, my Kona was up and ready to go. They did a great job!They didn't pressure me into doing anything extra on my vehicle that wasn't necessary, like other larger auto companies have done in the area.Longview Auto and Tire are professional and reliable.I would recommend this company if you need a car repairs.
