Excellent customer service. Called ahead and D-- who answers the call was very reassuring. Had to pull in during a road trip down to the Oregon Coast. Tire maintenance light came on and I was dreading with the cause might be. Doctor's appointment,I was early for thought I'd stop in Les Schwab see if they had time to rotate my tires. Arrived at 12:30, they got me right in but they found a nail in one of my tires. I explained to the young man that I had an appointment at 1:45 that I could not miss. (This was before the nail) he said not a problem.Even with fixing the tire and finishing the balance I got out of there and made it to my appointment 1 minute early.Outstanding service and thank you

I've used this Les Schwab for over 10 years for brakes, tires, shocks, alignment, bearings, batteries, trailer issues, flat repair, etc. I've only had a few issues over the years, but for the most part, all the staff went above and beyond to help me and to take care of my vehicles, and the work got done right the first time. I felt like I mattered to the staff and the mechanics that worked on my vehicles. Definitely recommend this Les Schwab and I'm sad to move away and have to find another tire shop.

Had the off size tires I needed, in stock, on hand, and installed, on a credit check, in less than an hour. Aces. Amazing customer service! I told them we were going drag racing tonight and needed the rubber, they made it happen in a big way. Thanks! We'll post our ET slips!

They were so kind to me.They took my nail out of tire and patched it for free I was in and out within an hour.The receptionist was so attentive and kindThe tire repair technician was wonderful. I'm so grateful. Thank you so much for helping me.

Longview Les Schwab was a wonderful experience. The staff is truly incredible, the lobby huge and welcoming, service great and product to match. I didn't catch both names, but Casey was great and the woman at the counter literally made my day even when having to buy tires. Great crew.

We were coming back from a camping trip when our trailer had a tire blow out. The tire blew right before going down to the Longview bridge so we changed the tire, put on the spare and then stopped off at Les Schwab in Longview to get the tire fixed. We were welcomed by Brian, who got the process going and Darrion did the much needed work. Honestly it was like a race car pitstop. I didn't expect to be there and gone so quick. From start to finish it was easily under 30 minutes and we were back on the road. Five stars is not something I do regularly and I save excellence level for times like this. Fast friendly customer service. This company remains one of the best at this and is the main reason I support this company in times of regular maintenance and in times of emergency. Always one to count on.

Went in for a flat on some fairly new tires (20k) put on by this shop. Was told they had worn through on the inside and because it was alignment they wouldn't warranty. Except this shop put the tires on in August and did the alignment check. Went down the street and got the same tires installed for 200 less. Don't bother with these guys anymore. There's no upside if they don't stand behind their own work.

I don't know everyone else's recent experience with les schwab but in my opinion this company has gone completely down hill to the point I cannot trust there business anymore ill start off with last summer my truck had a noise coming from the front right tire so I took it in to see what the problem was. Was told I'm in need of cv axles 600$ both sides but I also have a new truck with 50,000 miles on it. Didn't sound right to me so I decided to go to another local tire shop they took the tire off and said cv axels look great and the only thing wrong was a loose brake caliper sound gone problem solved. Today my girlfriend took in a tire to get a flat fixed shouldnt have be an issue but unfortunately I believe they had profiled (for being a woman) saying they wouldn't fix it because it was illegal to have low tread and all 4 needed replaced(oldest trick in the book) but these tires are are not that old maybe 2 years and have about 45 to 55 not bad but not great still got another year to them but they refused to patch it and we took it to tnt fixed it for free and installed zero issues. I'm not sure if this a lack of knowledge situation or just Shady Either way, I will take my business elsewhere. And highly recommend people looking to get work done here. Get a second opinion from another shop. You might save some money and fix the actual problem

It's cheaper to go to tire exchange, but if you have to absolutely feel the need to have tires that match and are brand new, you could do worst. Customer service at Les Schwab stores has always been fairly good and they get the job done reasonably quick.Be forwarned: the vending machines at this location are picky about what change they will take. Both the drink and snack machines ate some of my change, gave Sacajawea dollars as change(but don't accept them back) and had some other issues besides everything being absurdly expensive. I'd say "At least the coffee and popcorn are free," but there was no coffee brewed, the popcorn was cold/stale, and there were no bags to put the popcorn in.

The wiser older gentleman very well groomed was very kind and helpful along with the young lady that assisted. I was unable to purchase the spare tire AKA donut but I found it at the local junkyard yay!!!!!

Have yet to visit a better schwab! Love the staff love that no matter the day of the week or time of the day I barely make it out of my car before I am physically greeted by someone I absolutely love that! It keeps me coming back for sure!

Never had a problem getting tires, batteries and alignments at Les Schwab - the guys are nice, the prices fair and the place is pretty clean. They even take care of the tires on our farm equipment. More businesses should be run like this.

These guys are amazing got my car in and replaced the cv joint within 30 to 45 minutes. Staff are super friendly and it didn't cost as much as I thought it would !!

Got a slow leak on the truck. Took it in. Fixed in less than an hour. Nice polite front desk. Tires and rims to browse from on racks in the show room. It's very clean inside. Lots of seating for customers.I recommend this shop.

I would like to give this specific location the best review in the world. I had a nail in my tire and called around to several tire shops and the wait time was very long everywhere due to it being the day before 4th of July. Not only did this location very quickly get me in and out but they did not charge me a dime for the repair which brought me to tears because I was going to spend my last bit of money to get the repair done. I'm not sure if this was due to having a warranty on the tire but regardless them not charging me was the biggest blessing. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the longview area who needs work done on there vehicle, I will definitely be a lifelong customer.

I've fixed many tires here for work and personal vehicles. Free flat repair saves allot of people in the community. Great staff and good quality. Worth the price

I can not say enough about the Longview Les Schwab! I was running to an appointment, I had 30 minutes and my stupid tire had picked up a screw, I explained I only had 30 minutes and really just needed air because I didn't think I would have time for a repair. Not only were they so incredibly friendly and inviting, they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes and I made it to my appointment right on time! Now I don't have to worry about my tire later on, I am a very busy working mom and college student, one less worry on my plate is a huge relief!

Thank you for repairing both of my tires today, and letting me know about my tread! I was in and out within an hour with someone ahead of me. Walmart wanted me to wait two hours with one tech on hand on a Friday!

Les Schwab always does an excellent job and I get in and out fast. They diagnose repairs quickly. They recommend great tires to keep me on the road and safe. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Very satisfied 5

The price is what you would expect. I'd say that even if you're getting the best deal, the product is still great. Their service is top notch, and they get the work done in a timely fashion. They are willing to work with you if you're in a pinch. That's been my experience. They have a nice open lobby for you to wait as well. Hope this helps.

I pulled up into the parking lot and when I got out of my car an employee came right out to assist me before my door was even closed. They fixed a leaking tire and sent me on my way. Great service and minimal wait time.

Been a Les Scwhab customer for 40 years. They can be more expensive-but the customer service over the life of the tires more than offsets the initial expense

A few months ago I Just had a bad experience with the Woodland Les Schwab after donating 1k for tires and terrible service and had an appointment. I recieved an email just a week ago for tire pressure check and confirm tires are wearing properly. I made an appointment, again but with the Industrial branch in Longview. It took 30 minutes for them to get to my vehicle. My understanding they were just checking air and level of wear. Another 35 minutes go by and I'm frustrated as all get out. I was confused on why they did a full diagnostic run on my vehicle. Whatever, I was ready to bolt and now knew that my new car is still new and in good shape. This was last week. I just opened my vehicle hood because my washer fluid was low and to my surprise the plastic cover for my battery is off and sitting on the right side of my engine. WTH! I know its plastic, but I've driven to Portand and back today and had driven to work all week. Common! What is going on with the service level if Les Schwab. Pull yourselves together and think of safety and your customers safety. Unacceptable. Rethinking where i purchase my tires. Ocean Beach! Dont fail me, your the last. Industrial your off my list. Safety fail and time management is clearly an issue. Buyer beware!!!
