Came in to get my oil changed.The crew was very nice and professional. Discovered my oil sensor was leaking and they replaced it on the spot.

I had used this Jiffy Lube for the last year since moving to the area and was happy enough to use them again. On the last oil change, they informed me that the transmission line had a small leak. After much debate, they told me they could fix the leak in an hour. 4 days and almost $1000 dollars later, I got my Jeep back after they did a slab dash job "fixing" something that as far as I knew, they broke. I was informed as one employee took me home the first night, so I didn't have to walk 5 miles in the rain, that "Jiffy Lube doesn't care about their employees or the tools they provide, so I shouldn't be getting my vehicle back any time soon." Mind, you they did "all the labor for free" because they "shouldn't have been doing it in the first place" according to their manager that "wasn't working the first day I came in". 1 month later, my transmission litterally fell apart, crossing the Lewis and Clark Bridge. Needless to say, it has to have an entirely new transmission installed because, as a real mechanic put it "I have never seen anyone mess something up in this way". Do not trust this business with your vehicle.

Longview store is great. I have been a customer for many years for all my vehicles for oil changes and tires I have always had a positive experience and would recommend them to anyone

The service was great, The cleanliness was pretty bad, especially in the bathroom. I brought it to the guy's attention & hope they did something about it! I was afraid to wash my hands @ the sink for fear of contamination of a lot of filth! But the service was good!

Very impressed with the service at this particular location. They work fast and are very friendly. Nick helped me figure out why one of my dash lights was coming on and showed me how to fix a spark plug issue my car was having. This was above and beyond the service I feel I ve gotten from other garages in the past. I highly recommend this location for services.

These guys are amazing, they did the most to help me out. Kept me informed and updated every step of the way. They put in a new racket pinion and the new power steering pump for me as well as a serpentine belt. Anthony was amazing at the repairs and tucker and bill were there letting me know everything that was going on every step of the way. Everyone I spoke to at this shop was very friendly and polite. They really went the extra mile for me and I was blown away by how much extra they did to make sure my car was good. Thank you guys a ton, I definitely will be coming to y all for my oil changes and car needs

These guys are awesome. Very nice and friendly. Did a great job on my oil change and let me know that I would need a new air filter soon. Oh and they topped off the fluids. Will be going back when I need more stuff done.

I was on the way home from San Francisco when my suspension gave out 400km from the border. I pulled up to these KINGS in the pouring rain an hour before they closed on a Sunday evening. Not only did they drive out to get the parts I needed, they stayed open past close for me. I was back on the road an hour and a half later and I have quite literally never been happier. I owe these guys my first child.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Everybody was very friendly and professional. They scanned my car for free to make sure everything was fine. Checked my fluids. It turned out. I needed a radiator cap so I got that fixed. Felt very good about my experience Jiffy Lube should be proud of their staff. I definitely will be coming back. They were so so nice! I originally went in for an oil change and air filter replacement- but there ended up being an issue with my drain plug that they didn t have enough time to address that day (I came in near close), so they told me they d be able to handle it asap the next day and didn t charge me for the air filter replacement! I brought my car here after another Jiffy Lube had failed to properly attach my splash guard and it fell down while I was driving. Nick and Andrew totally saved me. They were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They were able to get me back on the road in minutes. I so appreciate their help. If you're looking for excellent service, I would recommend this location!

Excellent service! I had a complete brake job done and a week later was almost in an accident and my brakes performed beautifully!!! What impressed me most was the level of professionalism shown to me by Tucker, Anthony N and Lucus B. Tucker went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. He also looked for any discounts available that he could offer. In addition, while my car was being serviced, they drove me to and from my job which was almost 30 minutes away. I was blown away at how courteous and respectful they all were. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for quality service!!Service: Brakes

It's always nice and pleasant when dealing with worker. They all are polite and knowledgeable. I don't trust my cars to any other service . They maintain my cars throughout the time before and after oil changes . They full my tires to correct pressure and let me know when I should be looking it getting something fixed.

We had a very strange experience here recently. I brought my car in for a standard oil change and was used to being able to sit in my car as it's being serviced, but not this time. Kinda odd, but whatever. When I brought it in, the only service light was the one indicating the oil needed changed -- nothing else. That's important to know. So it takes a while to finish and then for them to pull it around. As we're leaving, not even out of the parking lot, the tire pressure light comes on. When we get home, the tire is *completely flat*. Like, within 3 blocks of driving the entire tire was flat. So we look at the receipt and it says "leaking tire on arrival." Not one person informed us of this before or after we left. When we get back to the shop with a few questions, the manager says, "So you're saying we put a nail in your tire?" Like....no one brought up a nail dude. Two of the mechanics who worked on the car said they noticed the leaky tire but couldn't find the source, so they just filled it and sent us on our way -- again, without informing us about the leak. They come back to fill the tire, which was nice of them, and again say they couldn't find the source of the leak. I crouch down and immediately spot a nail in my tire. So I have no clue what happened, and I'm not going to act like I believe they put the nail in our tire. But I find the experience super odd and at the very least, they were negligent. How do you work on a car and don't see a nail in the tire? And then let the customer drive off without informing them about the fact that the tire is deflating because you can't see a bright metal nail? I don't want to be a jerk or anything, but I would be careful coming to this Jiffy Lube. The behavior of that manager was ridiculous and tbh pretty sus. Edit: We did already file a claim with customer service. We were not trying to be Karens and get anyone fired, it's just not cool to let someone drive off on a leaky tire.Services: Tires, Oil change

Years ago, I had a service tech at Jiffy Lube show me a jar of very dirty coolant that he claimed was from my car. He explained to me that I was due for a coolant exchange and flush. The coolant in my car was actually new and had just been replaced earlier that day when I replaced the water pump and radiator hoses. It was just a lie to sell me service that I didn't need.This week, after many years, I gave Jiffy Lube in Longview, WA a try because I was past due for an oil change. After inspecting my car, they told me my brake fluid had "high moisture". My brake fluid was replaced 4 months prior at the Chevy dealer during the 60k mile service. This was another lie and attempt to sell me service I didn't need. I drove away with a renewed opinion that this company will resort to dishonest practices to make a buck. To add insult to injury, my car lost all of the coolant from the coolant reservoir after they failed to properly secure the cap after they performed their pressure test and dislodged a plastic clip. My car was left dead in the water in my garage with coolant spilled all over the floor. They wouldn't even consider the idea that they may have caused this issue. The manager called me and scheduled himself to come to my house and look at it but never showed up and didn't call. I had to repair their mistake myself and clean the coolant from my garage floor. Terrible, dishonest service & lack of follow up. Do yourself a favor and get your car serviced at a location that employs actual mechanics with an ASE certification.Service: Oil change

Awesome group of people work here. I showed up with my diesel truck for an oil change and was treated like a king. They got the proper oil delivered and got it done in a timely manner. I was able to drop my travel trailer in the parking lot while they did it. Super nice staff and fair prices.

I needed an oil change and a windshield chip fix for my 2007 Honda CRV and I happened to be on errands over near the Valvoline shop so I decided to give them a try, and when I pulled in and was in line waiting for the cars in front of me to be serviced, someone came out to tell me they didn't have a filter for my car in stock, that I'd have to go to the auto supply store to buy one, then bring it back for them to install. Stunned, I said "I'm obviously not clear on our roles in this transactional relationship!" and as fast as the traffic and speed limit would allow, I made my way to Jiffy Lube where - when will I learn? - I've had nothing but excellent service in the past.Micheal came out to greet me when I pulled up and took my place in line, and he assured me that they DID indeed have the filter I'd need. Micheal also gave me regular updates on how much longer I'd be waiting, and he assured me that even though closing time was approaching, I'd get my full service no matter how long the rigs in front of me took. They found a burned out brake light, and the chip drill-fill-and-polish service made my windshield like new again.I asked for a recommendation for a body shop and Micheal, William and Lukcus all 3 began comparing notes and realized they all had great experience with the same shop in town, so I came away with a first-hand-experience recommendation for a small repair to some around-the-windshield damage the car wash caused.Seriously, this Jiffy Lube & Multicare crew is so far above and beyond what can be reasonably expected, there aren't enough stars!And for those Valvoline folks, get yourself clear on what it is you're in business to provide.

Jiffy Lube has been my primary preventive and standard vehicle maintenance location since I bought my 2010 Hyundai Accent. They are convenient and keep the history of works so I don't have to. Very slow service. I went on Friday to get an oil change and was the fifth car there. The service guy came and checked on what i needed and assured me it would be fast and easy. Quickly, the two cars that were being worked on finished and the next two went into the bays, leaving me next in line. Then I waited for for OVER AN HOUR. No check-ins from the staff, no apparent progress on the cars ahead of me.Finally I went up to one of the workers and asked about the timing, and he said, oh usually pretty fast, 10-15 mins per car. I told him I d been waiting over an hour and then he realized I was not just a new customer asking in the first place, and got all shifty and then said they would be done pretty soon . Unfortunately the time I d already allotted for this usually-fast errand was up and after waiting another 10 mins I just had to leave. This was not the quick or friendly service that I have come to expect from other Jiffy Lube locations and I will not be returning.

If I could give negative stars I d give a negative 5. I went there with my elderly mom for a quick oil change before I had to bring her to the PDX airport to catch a flight. I asked for a oil change. No employees asked what type of oil I wanted in my car. After sitting for 40 min and being ignored I said I had to leave because it was taking so long. If they would had said how long the wait was with only 1 car there, I would had left. They charged me $43 dollars and said it was for a oil filter and topped off my oil. I didn t ask for those service at all. Then they lied and said they changed the oil in less than two minutes. It was the worst service I ve ever dealt with in my life. I still want a refund but they never gave me a receipt either or took my information. My elderly mom was outraged by the so called oil change and couldn t believe how long we waited and how we got ripped off by the employees. Worst employees and business I ve been to. Do what you want but the only way id go back is if I could get the money they ripped me off on. Support an honest and trust worthy business not these crooks. Wish I had something positive to say but there s nothing that was good about being lied to when I m with my mom trying to get make her flight., I could go on but it s not worth my time or energy how I got cheated out of a basic oil change. Truly amazing that a business did that to me. Negative 5 stars and thumbs down. Go somewhere else trust me. This is my first review cause it was the worst customer service ever!!! I still want a refund of my elderly moms $43 dollars you took!!Service: Oil change

Excellent! Didnt do the hard sell which i appreciate. Glad they had my filter and the right size wiper blades. Accept coupons. Wish they had been open on Sunday but great friendly service. Give you what you want at a great price in and out! Thank you your team work is appreciated!

I go here when ever I need a oil change because I really feel the employees are really nice men and good at there jobs. Teamwork is what these men possess and that can be difficult with different people and personalities.Customer service is awesome and the fellows are very informative. I feel that the corporate people are really pushing these workers for add on sales. If you can t afford to do a up spiff then that should be final. Well thanks guys, cheers!

Employees very helpful. Great job, except one thing. While having the transmission serviced (this was the first time I have done this myself) & adding the fluids, they had me go through all the gears, but did not mention to stop at each gear for a few seconds to allow the fluid to enter each gear. I went to the Longview location 3 days later to have the fluids checked & transmission fluid was already low. That was when I learned that I was supposed to stop at each gear. Just a word to let them know that they should include this in their instructions. Otherwise great service.Services: Transmission, Oil change

This Jiffy Lube is the place I always go to. The employees are polite, knowledgeable and professional. They get you in and out of there as quickly as possible. They are always more than willing to top off my oil between oil changes without giving me attitude. As long as I m living in this area, they will always be the one to service my car.
