Aaron was very professional, kind and communicated well through the process of having my car repaired. I have no complaints and am completely satisfied with my experience at 5 Star Autobody. My favorite part was getting back a CLEAN car (inside and out). I had planned to spend an hour cleaning the inside when i got it back but it already looked like it had been detailed. Made my day!

These guys are GREAT!! I hit a deer in my 2022 Honda civic and pretty much destroyed the entire front end of my brand new car! I was to say the least devastated but these guys restored my car to perfect condition I am just beside myself on how amazing it looks. It looks like it did the day I drove it off the lot. With it being $12,000 in damages it did take awhile for them to complete which did at the time irritate me a bit but that s only because my insurance company only covered my rental for 30 days and the job took about 45 days or so to complete. It wasn t their fault as I know this was a huge job for them and I know they did it as quick as they could. They did compensate me for it taking so long when they absolutely did not have to do that as they did finish my car 7 days before their estimated finish date. I highly recommend 5 Star Auto Body to anybody needing any mechanical work, body work or paint work done. They are amazing and I hope I never need to use a shop again but if I do I wouldn t go anywhere else. THANK YOU FOR FIXING MY BABY GUYS!!!

I know why they are are called Five Star Auto body. I give 5 stars! They communicate very well along the way and quality is amazing; it looked like nothing ever happened. Always kept me updated and answered all my questions. (I always have a lot of questions lol) The paint matched to a tee and it was a very big corner panel job. (Hit and run ) Everyone is so Respectful, honest, and hardworking. I can t not say more of how they go the extra mile for their customers besides the fact that they actually care. Highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I unfortunately hit a loose piece of guard rail on i5 and was unable to avoid hitting it. I called around to just about every body shop around Longview and every single one was booked up until end of June or August!! I called five star auto and they had just opened their new shop a few months prior and were trying to build up their appointment book and were open to take my car in the very next day! I obviously was super excited to find a place that I wouldn t have to wait forever for! I brought my little Honda in and Aaharon (hopefully I spelt that right) was super friendly and was ready to answer all of my questions! I just got my car back and WOW!!!!! I am literally BLOWN away by their service!! Anytime I called someone answered and was able to help me quickly! I even had a previous dent in my driver side fender that had nothing to do with this incident and they popped out the dent and buffed the yellow paint away for me!!! My car is now brand new looking and absolutely gorgeous and I am BEYOND satisfied with my experience with Five Star Auto! I will never go anywhere else!!!! High grade customer service. Shop manager Aharon Young was extremely attentive and helpful with all our needs. He ensured top service from cradle to grave! Impressed on the body work and paint job. Car looks great and collision repair exceptional. Would highly recommend this company and staff!!!!

Aaron and the good folks of 5 Star Auto Body took our vehicle, severely damaged by a drunk driver, and made it as good as new. He always kept us in the loop with updates and timetables. When the time of our insurance rental reached its limit, he kindly lent us a loaner car so that we wouldn't incur additional fees. They truly went above and beyond with their service. I highly recommend them to all.

My 2020 tundra was hit. The other car was at fault and their insurance carrier recommended 5 star. I insure through a different carrier so I called my agent and she to recommended 5 star.I dropped my truck off. Staff was respectfull, happy and detailedI got my truck back and it was perfect they addressed all issues.I had one concern and without hesitation they said they would address ItI would recommend their service if you are in need.Dealing with the inconvenience of an accident is stressful and they insured it was smooth.Thank you for your help returning my truck back to 100%I appreciate you!

I recently was involved in an accident and the insurance company recommended Five Star Autobody in Longview. The customer service was FANTASTIC. Aharon was very friendly and kept me well informed on my vehicles progress. 10/10 would use this shop again!

Super easy place to deal with in a bad situation as is. Aaron is very comunicative an outgoing. Five star went above and beyond and painted my tailgate which had nothing to do with my claim. This is my second time here and will never use another body shop.

Worked with 5 Star Auto Body on my 2016 Toyota Tacoma a couple times now and they have been outstanding with communication, quality of work and flexibility. Needed a quote to repair my 72 corvette. I didn't think it would be hard to find a place for a quote, but there aren't many places that want anything to do with vintage cars. These guys came through and wrote a quote no problem. I look forward to working with them in the future.

My younger sister backed out of her garage and hit my car when I was visiting her. I came home and called Five Star Collision Repair, after given a recommendation from a friend. I set up an appointment for that day. I had read all the reviews beforehand. I was met by Aharon Young. Very professional. Everything was explained after the estimates. I didn't have to pay ahead of time, Aharon explained that no money will be exchanged until I expected the results and was satisfied. What a concept!!!! Aharon then asked me if I needed a car to get around. How thoughtful and kind. I was given a very clean car. In the past I have had to rent a car that wasn't cheap. I left the car on Monday afternoon and picked it up on Friday. The car looked like new. The evened washed and vacuumed my car. I want to give them 10 stars. Thank you very much Aharon and crew.

I got 4 estimates at various body shops, and I knew the minute I walked in this place that they were the best. And sure enough, they did a fantastic job on my car! I was so impressed with Aharon Young's customer service and genuine friendliness. He went above and beyond and treated my like a queen. This place is the best auto body in the Nothwest. The young man that runs the place is a true Professional, since the day we dropped off our vehicle to the day we picked it up we were treated with respect, and may I add the job the did to my vehicle was above expectation. These guys treated us like family. Thank you so much for everything, they even paid for my vehicle diagnostic and a tire out of his pocket. All I can say is 5 made my new car that got damaged from a wind storm on the coast look absolutely PERFECT! Aaron and his team were patient and handled all of the insurance headaches so I didn t have to. You won t be disappointed! This is by far the best auto body business in town

The gentlemen that work here are amazing. I had absolutely no appointment and pulled in to see if they could give me a quick estimate on a scratch repair and paint job for my front bumper. They were extremely professional and accommodated my busy schedule. They worked on a repair quote right away. Definitely appreciate them.

I had a recent car accident where the other driver didn't have insurance. My insurance had a 1,000 deductible for me to pay before I could get my car back, which was a lot to come up with. I had to decide between either paying rent or having my car. 5 star understood our challenge and had our car in their lot for over two months while I saved up the money without any storage fees. Not to mention their work was amazing. You can't even tell there was an accident. Actually, my car looks even better than before the accident. They even cleaned out the interior along with some glass that was remaining from a smashed window from when my car was broken into prior to the accident and not covered by the insurance for this incident. I appreciate their customer service skills,their understanding and their attention to detail. I would highly recommend these guys and if I can afford it, I would definitely use their services in the future.

I am so, so happy with 5 Star. My car looks perfect. I feel like I'm driving a brand new car. I've had bad experiences with other shops but not this one, every person there is AWESOME, I never had to deal with my insurance company about anything, I will always use 5 Star for every car need they offer. Their knowledge and courtesy was so comforting in a stressful situation. I will be recommending them everyone I know.

Aharon is the best! Great experience! I stopped by Five Star Auto Body to get an estimate for some damage that occurred. I was greeted promptly in the lot. I had the estimate in my email within 30 minutes. We scheduled the repairs and dropped the car off. Aharon kept me updated along the process as far as the progress on the repairs. I was very pleased that the estimate matched the final bill as I was paying out of pocket. The repairs were done quickly and the paint match is spot on. Which I am sure is hard to do on an older car. My entire car was so clean when I picked it up. I am certain they even cleaned my windows. Five Star has earned 5 stars from me. I am already talking to Aharon about doing some repairs on one of my other vehicles.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best experience with a body shop ever! Their body and fender man is a master. After he was done, you couldn t tell it had ever been dented. Their painter is an alchemist. He was able to perfectly match a red metal flake. Who can do that? He can! Aharon, the shop manager is friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. This team repaired my car on time, and for less than the cost estimate. That is right. My Toyota 4Runner now looks better than ever, thanks to the talented team at Five Star Auto Body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car in after being hit and had ended up having to have the back quarter panel of my car cut out and replaced. The customer service was five star from start to finish and the work was five star for sure. Looks like the how it came out of the factory. Thank you guys for your work

If more than 5 stars were available, I d give unlimited. Marley is a super cool guy, he s the owner. Definitely no relation to the previous owners of the building ha. Aharon is the manager of the place and the dude is completely on point. He updated me every step of the way to repair my car and the hospitality of the two of them is unbelievable. They did a fantastic job on my car, and matched the paint to perfection. I have a big mouth so I will be sending them a lot of business. 100% recommended!Thanks Guys!
