Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this guy. Thinks he's a gangster. Won't answer the phone, held my car for 4 months. Wants $2400 storage fee. Tried to work it out but after threatening me cops were called. Don't waste your time or money.

Have been going here for years. Was referred by DSHS. They treat you like family and go out of there way to help. Their labor is cheaper than anywhere. They have been a blessing, saving me money, keeping me mobile and always a joy to see them.

Just took my 2012 VW Jetta in today. Great service! Very accommodating, polite and quick. Treated us great through the whole process of programming our new key FAB. Prices vary depending on make and model.

Dan got me in and out fast, went to install a hitch on my Toyota. I had parts, was half the cost of U-Haul and 1/7th the cost of the dealership and he managed to fit me in same day as I needed to use it that day.His cheeky humor was hilarious.Will return.Service: Auto maintenance

Daniel personally went back on his word that he made with my teenager. After we paid the big bill!!! Was very disrespectful to women and other customers while I was there. I would not recommend going there until he gets his personal life in order. One of the worst bussiness experiences I've had, let alone in Cowlitz County.They held my car for nearly 3 months, without any word what was going on.Called many times a week. Wouldn't give my car back without the owner present.The kid, his son, was rude and annoyed that I wanted to know anything at all.Charged me for a second diagnostic.Took my car to a dealership, they found a damaged part that they said "probably from someone who didn't know what theybwere doing." ... I wonder where THAT came from.I have no idea why they have such a high score, other than fake profiles.I would implore you to pay attention to the less favorable reviews.

Heard loud whining from transmission and tried to get a dealer to look at it. Everyone was busy and also they had no parts. Fortunately we found Dan's transmission. He scoured all over to find parts needed to completely rebuild transmission. He then found a leaking seal in the rear axle and discovered that the differential bearings and axle bearings need to be replaced. He really knows his stuff and I have complete confidence that the transmission and differential are now better than new. Thanks Dan and Ryan!! Dan replaced my clutch about 3 years ago. Let work out payments, gave me a great deal, was prompt and inviting. Awesome service and great people. Even let me call for advice. His wife and team are also great people to communicate and do business with.

My transmission broke down and I was stranded on the freeway. Dan was the only repair shop in the area that was willing and able to help me. He and his team are extremely professional and competent and very thorough and got us back on the road before the other companies would have even started to help us Thanks Dan!!

Do not do business here. They will rip you off. Absolutely unprofessional. They tried to charge me for fee's that have already been paid. The most unprofessional men I've ever dealt with and where extremely rude. Every one of them. If you were sent there by Lifesafer ignition interlock scheduling, i would call back and have your installation done at Godfreys auto located around the 1100 block of 18th. I went straight there after I was told to pay fees that were already waived by the state. No problems whatsoever at Godfreys and I was treated like a human being there.

Top shelf across the board. Professional.My Lincoln was in and out, weeks later still preforms better than I would have thought.Dan came well recommended by everyone I know and by professional competitors.The least we can do is drop a line and say thanks to Dan and his team. So thanks guysAmendment *Hummer came in as the second vehicle, again dan came through as did kitty in a helpful and professional manner and they knew I was up a creek. Stayed late and went above and beyond and I needed that. Could have stuck it to me on price and they knew It. They did not. Stuck to the price. This review comes months later after they replaced the transfer case in H2 Hummer.

I love Dan & Kitty!! I ve never had a mechanic to call my own until I brought my Hummer to them in 2018. They treated me like a person, not some ding dong girl who could be taken advantage of. They went over every detail and cost with me & were flexible on scheduling. Answered any questions I had. I had my transmission rebuilt by dan and have been very happy with the service. I m a customer for life now.

Beware,they don't treat you right,throws fits ,They were to replace my clutch in my 2005 dodge ram 2500,got my truck back,the clutch pedal is so weak,I'm putting it threw the floor board,I went under my truck to check their work,Did they even change my clutch,I see they forgot the plate around my catilactic converter. I brought these 2 things to their attention, and Dan throws a fit,saying I'm calling him a liar,yelling,screaming at me.take it over to the dodge leader,I guess I have no choice,,...Dan said he couldn't adjust my clutch petal,without putting in a heavy duty clutch in it,question,isn't a 3/4 ton truck heavy duty, what clutch did they put in there?????I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICE TO THIS PERSON,,HE SEEMS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR PEOPLE,BEWARE,

Been taking my vehicles to Dan's for years. It was easy because I worked on the same street as his business. But I retired 3 years ago, and still frequent his business. He had always treated me fair, and is truly interested in helping you drive a safe vehicle.

Wonderful customer service, didn't overcharge me and made sure I knew and understood what they were working on and what they were doing to fix my car and what needed to be done. Most places when they see my car is a hybrid they don't want to even touch my car; they were able to get everything done and didn't miss a Beat.

Wish we could leave a negative star. Place is a joke, kept our vehicle for a month and a half. Could not provide us with an estimate on repairs. Lied and said our vehicle was not safe to drive to try to keep us from taking it. After several attempts, and verbal abuse sessions by Dan himself, we picked up our vehicle. While leaving we were threatened with physical harm and were chased down driveway by very slummy looking people. Never ever use this shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my ram 1500 in to have the rear diff rebuilt, ran into alot of problems with previous owners rebuild, but Dan was very patient and kept in touch with me through the process. Thanks for the help

Talk about great people. Kitty was great when it came to taking my calls and getting all the information and getting it to the mechanics properly. Dan was a stand-up guy. I would definitely do business with them again. The world needs more good ol' boy shops like this.

Very unprofessional.. this place had my vehicle for 18 months, after finally getting my truck back after 18 months had to be sent back a few weeks later 6 months after that had to take it to a different shop because my transmission needed to be rebuilt once again !!! Do not recommend!!

SCANDALOUS!!! HAD ME WAITING 4 HOURS + TO REMOVE INTERLOCK DUE TO A CANCELED APPOINTMENT THAT WAS VALID. THEN CHARGED ME TO REMOVE INTERLOCK AND SENT THE BILL TO COLLECTIONS AFTER MY WA STATE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PAID THEIR PORTION, AND LIFESAFER TOLD THEM WHAT TO CHARGE.THEY EVEN CHARGED ME MORE THAN MY INSTALLER IN MARYSVILLE WA SAID IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WITH FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.I FIGURED THE GUY WAS ONE OF THE SCANDALOUS INTERLOCK PEOPLE I WAS TOLD ABOUT WHEN HE QUOTED ME 2 DIFFERENT PRICES HIGHER THAN WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE.PLUS, HE NEVER SENT ME OR CALLED ME FOR THE "SECOND BILL" HE JUST SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS AND HAD THEM CALL AND MAIL AND NOW HARASS ME FOR MORE MONEY.

Worst customer service ever. Warranty work is pushed behind everyone else. Also they do not keep their word. My rig has to go somewhere else to get finished after messing up the remote start and he s had our rig for 37 days prior to the remote start issue and now has had it for 4days and can t figure out what he did to make it not work. Hopefully he makes it right and pays the bill for the repair to be done right by someone else being as he is not qualified to do the jobServices: Transmission, Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

i notice Dan has employees leaving him positive feedback, buyer beware. Dan had my truck for two and a half months, was suppose to put a new motor in for me. cost me 7000 the motor was $1500. Dan was suppose to put in a new clutch and a new air conditioning pump he did not. since Dan put the new motor in i have paid out $2000 in shop fees to fix what he could not do, get my truck running right. the shop found water in a spark plug well like Dan must have left my truck outside with the hood up in the rain for a long period of time. pathetic.also I've spent over $1000 since Dan put the motor in chasing an electrical issue. Dan is Horrible to deal with

They are the best in the area. Dan and his team have decades of experience fixing trucks. I got injectors done on my 2002 chevy. I would never take my truck to anyone else.

Ive gone here for 2 years and every time they have a smile on their face and happy to help. They always fix the problem and give you options on cheap or better quality. He will never rip you off. He understands budget and how stressful and expensive fixing a car can be. He is a family oriented man, has a huge heart for helping people, and wont let you down. When he looks at your car he looks at everything and will call you before doing anything to see if its in your budget or if you want to fix it. This is the guy I reccomend and will always recommend. Hes helped my roomate and his dad for at least 5+ years and if something goes wrong the mechanic rushes over asap to fix the problem or fix what they missed. They have above and beyond service. Love you guys!

On the road deiving cross country in my camper van. My coach battery wasnt performing as necessary. Called Dan's and after testing,my battery, swapped it out under warranty. Professional, easy, fast. Thanks.

My '05 Ford F350 was overheating and I stopped by on a Friday afternoon. Dan squeezed me in, replaced the fan clutch, and had me back on the road by closing time. Im very satisfied with the work, the price, and the customer service. Thank you very much!

We swung by after our check engine light came on. We just showed up, they hooked our Jeep up to the computer right away, gave us a thorough run down of what it could be and if there were any safety issues, and didn t charge us. If we lived here, these guys would be our go-to mechanics.
