One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Gary Myers, our salesman was awesome. He found us the car we wanted In The color we wanted with all the requested options. He called us when he said he would, gave updates and we even got our car sooner than expected. Gary s communication and follow thru is exceptional! He even checked with us a few days AFTER the sale to see how things were going and to see if we had any questions about anything. Thank you Gary for a great car buying experience and your work finding us a beautiful car.

Excellent experience. The vehicle ILooked at on the weekend had been sold when we arrived on Monday. Ron Gehrmen knew his inventory and found us a better vehicle that was in our budget. He stayed with us through the entire process and was very helpful. If we need another vehicle, we will deal with Ron again.

As a guy that hates high pressure sales, it was nice to have Gary introduce himself and then let us decide the rest. He was there to give is the main features of the Subaru and answer our questions. We picked out the Subaru Forester with the Wilderness package. We're looking forward to roadtrips and camping this summer. Thanks Gary!

I discovered this store on internet as I was looking for Sapphire Blue Crosstek PremiumThough it s a 4.5 hrs drive from Wenatchee but trust me Ron-the sales Executive, Steve-the Manager and Nancy- the driver made it so worthwhile that I have no regrets buying my car so far away:-)First of all, a big shout out to Ron who immediately responded to my message and sent me the Video of my first dream car and explained so well in that video that I had no further questions. Ron gave me the best deal ever with very good rate of interest which was better than the rest!Steve- the manager was very supportive and responded so well whenever needed and provided us with all the details asked for.Nancy the driver who came to pick us up is 73 old but her energy and good behavior left us so amused and happy. She was a great woman to talk to and we had some quality conversation throughout our 4.5 hr drive which we didn t even realize and reached the store by 10:30 as she started from her home at 12:30 AM post midnight so that we can save your day and reach on time and get back home early. That thoughtful and Kind Nancy is with great work ethic. This speaks highly of Bud Clary Subaru store in Longview where the employees have great work ethic as Ron had his nephew s birthday but still came on Saturday just for us ( he doesn t work on Saturdays ). Finance Manager- Rick made the whole process so smooth for us.Thank you Bud Clary, Longview for giving me my first dream car. They are the BEST!!!

I had a great experience buying a used Subaru here. Gary was super helpful, and he didn t call me constantly like some other dealerships did during my search for a new-to-me Crosstrek. I went down to Longview from Seattle driving a friend s car, because I couldn t find another car with the features I wanted at a reasonable price. There was one in Lynnwood that was nearly identical save for the lesser trim and they wanted fully $3,000 more. We made the deal and I went home leaving the car there overnight to have the stickers removed. I had hoped to take the train down the following day, but because of a mudslide that wasn t possible. On Sunday Gary picked me up at the Amtrak station and I drove home with my cute little Crosstrek. I felt very well taken care of and since my car was purchased new at Bud Clary, had all of the service and maintenance done there, and was traded in there for a new model, I feel confident that I m going to continue to enjoy driving it for quite a while. Until I decide to trade up, at least.

Had my car worked on & worked with Claire. She was great, super helpful & gave me a lot of insight to what needed done, how my warranty worked & got me into a loaner as well. Super commutative which I really appreciate! Would definitely recommend working with her if you are needing work done for your Subaru.

I had a wonderful experience. Ian was so friendly and knowledgeable, and really made me feel welcome and comfortable. The rest of the team was awesome too, and helped me out when I had a hiccup on my end. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Bud Clary Subura and Joey in service did an excellent job helping us out with our car repair. We were traveling from California on vacation when we needed service and they stepped up and had everything done and resolved in a quickly manner, even with having to order parts. I can't thank them enough for taking care of a situation that could have really possibly ruined our vacation. THANK YOU BUD CLARY AND JOEY FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

This Subaru dealer is the best! I used to come here for regular maintenance when I lived in the area. I ve since moved a few hours away but I was in town today visiting a friend and my low tire pressure light came on. I drove to Subaru and they promptly checked it out for me. All was fine and they re thinking maybe a bad sensor. And they didn t charge me! Thank you to Gabriel for being so nice, knowledgeable and reassuring.

We had a great experience with Hung Gi�p at Bud Clary Subaru, from beginning to end! The price was so fair we didn t even try to negotiate. Hung Giap s communication was excellent, and the service was over the top exceptional - he delivered it to our door! Finally, when we hit a glitch at the end, because WE had misunderstood, HE bailed us out. Wow! We will recommend him and Bud Clary to everyone - in fact, we already have.AND we love our new LEAF!

I found the salesman and also his supervisor very pleasant to deal with very patient and was willing to help out in any way. On the other hand the service department I've tried to call for 2 days left a message I have not heard back not got any answers and all I want to do is find out about pricing some tires maybe purchasing that has not been a very good experience. My experience with the oil changes was great they were quick and sufficient and friendly

Gabriel and Joey were awesome on taking care of me ! I got stranded in town due to radiator problems. Gabriel helped me stay calm knowing it was going to get done as soon as they could . I felt very taken care of and safe to get back on the road !

Claire in the service department has always been professional, accommodating and just plain helpful. The trim on the driver s door rocker panel was scratched sometime after my 2023 Outback was towed to the dealership from Long Beach after the transmission failed at 410 miles. After I brought it to her attention via a photograph she simply ordered a new one and arranged for me to swing by for the installation.

Working with the salesman Hung was unfortunately disturbing at best as he was constantly confrontational with me on the initial visit to the dealership on Saturday November 4. But the dealership made up for it with the outstanding work by Eden Berg who was able to answer dozens of questions by text and in person courteously and professionally.

I was such a rube that it took me a year to realize how much I was overcharged for my Nissan. This was the first time I bought a car alone. Apparently my biggest mistake was to think they were a local concern. Now I am upside down on my car loan, and shame on you all.

Thanks to Bud Clary and Ryan Allen their Sales Consultant I was able to purchase my 2024 Subaru Legacy yesterday! I went in unsure what I was looking for and if I was purchasing for myself or my daughter. If I purchased for myself my daughter would keep my current car. Ryan was very patient with me and showed me options for both my daughter and myself. He knew if I purchase for myself it would be a new car but did not pressure me either way. They were very busy that day but he was always quick to answer my questions even when I left a few times to look around at other lots. He made sure I left with a payment amount I was happy with! We had a little wait to finalize paperwork while another family finished up so he went through all of my car settings with me and got them programmed to my preference. Overall it was a great experience!

I had an emergency last night, and the tow service dropped my car off at the service station. Joey texted first thing this morning, was very kind and reassuring. He explained the issue and his professional opinion. I was able to pick my car up in the afternoon and the check out process was smooth.Service was fast and professional. The entire shop is run professionally and friendly. I feel very comfortable with bringing my car - and my daughters car- back. Thank you for taking care of my car!
