Shout out to the team at Bud Clary Longview. Particularly Troy! He was very helpful in getting us into a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. Him and his boss worked hard over the course of a few days to get us approved and they did an amazing job. If you re looking for a good dealer/dealership to work with, check them out and ask for Troy!

I've had a rough time with getting my vehicle through Bud Clary. The first person was nice, but he had an appointment, so he had to hand us off to the second guy. The second one, an older gentleman was decent but pushed hard on a lease and ganged up on me with his co-worker. I get they were giving me their experiences with a lease, but I don't live in a city that would work for me. The car selections were good, and I chose my car and I love it. Rick, the financial guy, is amazing. I had my ups and downs with him for sure, as I gave them my VIN inspection and apparently they either lost it or haven't communicated well enough to get my title and license plates done on time. I'm on the last day of my trip permit, and I have a trip this coming Monday. I don't think I'll be returning, unless they were to have my dream vehicle. Oh, and they made it sound like it was a death sentence if I switched my car warranty to my bank, as if I don't know what they cover. (I work at my bank.)

As a first time car buyer, Bud Clary made the process efficient and easy! I worked with Jake and he guided me through every step, answered all my questions with a positive smile every step of the way! Would definitely recommend and will be back if I need a new vehicle!

I had an AMAZING experience working with Jacob (sale rep), Jeff (manager) and Leo (finance) to purchase a new SUV. All three were thorough, kind, and cultivated an stress-free environment. The dealership had a similar model SUV listed for a couple thousand dollars below other dealerships. Jeff and Jacob worked with me to get me a great price out of the door. Definitely worth the drive from Vancouver, WA!

We have had a good experience, the only issue we have had is that the only person that you can talk to get information about the work on your vehicle is the service writer assigned to you. Every time we ask questions about the work done on our car, we are told to call back the next day and talk to the service writer that took our car in because the person giving us our key know nothing about our car and the work done to it.

Never going to Bud Scary again poor customer service, not willing to help you out. I purchased a vehicle that had two keys assigned to it, they lost one and told me it was my responsibility to purchase another one (400$+). I tried to sale the car back to them 3 months later due to personal reasons and they would only offer me 10,000 less than what I paid for it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, you ll get treated better.

I am from Southern California and I was searching for a work truck for several weeks. Many of the local dealers would not even respond to me. The staff at Bud Clary was always very responsive and made arrangements to pick me up at the airport and deliver the truck to me. Very professional staff and I am very pleased with the truck and the entire purchasing process.

Bud Clary had my car for 2 months, my fiance had to call around to find the part we needed because they apparently didn t know how to do that. They didn t offer any type of loaner vehicle for those 2 months. When I finally got my car back it was completely covered in mold! Terrible customer service! Terrible quality care!! I do NOT recommend Bud Clary to anyone!!!

I've been taking my vehicles to Bud Clary and find great value in the Clary Care oil change service. My service advisor Stephen does a great job explaining the maintenance needs for my vehicle and takes care of everything I want to have serviced. Thanks for the quick service too, 45 minutes and I was back on the road.

Had a wonderful experience yesterday. I visited this location after stopping by 3 other dealerships; and just the way I was greeted at the door had me feeling extremely welcomed and important. I would like to give a shout out to Marshall, and the entire team of bud clary Chevrolet, for making me feel like I could put my trust into this company. They made sure to pay attention to all of my families wants and needs. I definitely recommend this dealership for any of your new or used car purchases; 10/10 experience. Aagain, would like to point out that Marshall's attitude throughout the entire process greatly influenced my decision to join the bud clary Chevrolet family. So far, I am extremely happy with my pre-owned vehicle I purchased today.

Have taken my truck here multiple times over last year. They are only local GM dealer. Communication between service department and me and between service department employees is poor at best. Only got responses when I probed or showed up. Truck is back in shop again due to poor workmanship on the mechanic part. Have used they over years, but seems like they have went down hill on customer service and quality of work.

I was so happy that I went to this bud clary to get my car. All the people were so nice and very helpful. I have gone to other dealerships and every time they told me that they couldn t help me get a car and that I should just get a car from a private owner and we re not helpful at all. If looking for a car I would 100% recommend going to this bud kart the customer service is amazing and they will make sure they can do whatever they can to help you get a car. I have never been more satisfied with a place!

I pay for diagnostic for my car since was not running. They fix one thing and when I went to pick up the car I still had the engine light on and to look again at my car to see why my engine light is on they wanted me to pay another diagnostic test. So basically if you car it's not starting they do one test nothing detailed and if you light is still on in the board to look to see what other problems your car has they want another $390 to pay for another diagnostic test. Also, they didn't call me to tell me that they received the part and will work on my car. They are very expensive. I am not planning to bring any car to them to fix it. They get one star for changing one part but I can't give more than that since were lazy or careless even to put air in one of my tires. Even the light was on showing that one of my tire needed air but they didn't care to look and put some air. Probably if i pay another diagnostic test will look to put some air in the tire too. I had to stop at gas station on my way home to put air in my tire to make sure I don't get flat tire completely.

Service was excellent however my vehicle has an intermittent problem and by the time they looked at it, it had no issue presenting. They did great at inspecting it so I now have a different opinion on what the issue is

i worked with ryan allen. he was very good at the overall knowledge of the chevy truck i purchased. i didnt have to pkay the back and forth game. we discussed where i wanted to be and he gave me an honest quote he helped me set everything up on my truck when delivering the vehicle. ryan is very good with customers and in my opinion, a valued asset to bud clary chevrolet. thanks for the help ryan

Jesse our Salesman was awesome, very low key and easy to talk to. We took the car for a test drive, Jesse was very knowledgable about the vehicle and showed us all the features. The experience during the sale was stress-free, I like that we didn't have to haggle. They gave us a fair trade on our vehicle and the incentives at Bud Clary were unmatched at other dealers. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase!

I wish the trade in value on our van would have been disclosed upfront. It just had its transmission replaced 15-20k miles ago, all maintenance was done, brand new tires, etc. multiple mechanics looked at it a few weeks prior and said it was in excellent condition (dash acting stupid was a $60 cost to fix). we were given $250 lol. That was a massive insult. The tires were worth more than that alone. Didn t find out until financing and it still was never stated but I know we were given $12k for the volt. And total trade in was $12,250. Not okay. Be up front and honest! We wouldn t have traded our van in. Could have sold it for more than $250. Heck the junkyard would have given that!
