I never would have known this place existed if they hadn't been recommended to me. I brought my car in for a valve issue and had a great experience. They communicated to me all the way through with an upbeat positive attitude. This went a long with me and we will continue to bring our vehicles to them going forward.

They are popular which makes them very busy, but the customer service is excellent. Twice I've brought cars in for what I thought was a big issue, only to find out it wasn't that serious (or expensive).You can choose to have them review repair costs with you and approve it before they do the work. They also have a system in place for dropping off cars after hours which is a blessing with my schedule. Can't recommend them enough!

We used this shop for an F150 repair and the service was good. It was a huge job and took 2 weeks. They were communicative and friendly.

I brought my vehicle into them with a battery issue. They were the most thorough and professional mechanics I have ever worked with. They even did a diagnostic to identify other issues that were going on, and I was very impressed. Will be going back to them in the future.

I had been chasing a noise my Subaru Outback had been making for over a year and had been unsuccessful with pin pointing the issue with a previous mechanic. Not only did Chris and his teammate locate and remedy the issue but totally blew me away with the level of care and genuineness they shared with me. I will forever and ever be grateful. The two ladies in the office (I'm sorry I didn't get your names) were also so very very kind to me. Thank you all again for the above and beyond kindness you all shared with me.

This shop is the best around, bar none! Charlie and Debbie run an honest, friendly and very high quality auto repair business, and much in demand! I would trust them with any auto repair on any vehicle, and they will tell you if they are not equipped to do your repair for any reason. High quality folks!

I took my truck there for service engine light and full vehicle inspection. The appointment was easy to book and staff friendly. They told me what costs there are and what to expect from older truck. The fact they were all so through and has information and future maintenance needs made me feel very comfortable. The owner even took time to talk to me when picking up vehicle and gave me list of maintenance and repairs. This is wonderful auto shop and will continue going to them.Great job!

The men in my life who understand the mechanics of cars "rave" about this place. I can't begin to describe how comforting that is to me.Chris communicated with me at every turn of events regarding my Lexus. She was about to get her 3rd radiator in 3 years. I brought it to them to find out why it was shifting with a clunk from 2nd to first. He was more than willing to receive guidance regarding my transmission from my friend who has well over 30 years experience working on transmissions.(he'd referred me out to Crossens due to his being injured)Together they found the problem and created the solution.I've had my car back for 7 days now. I travel 500 miles per week. My gas mileage has improved, she's shifting great again and feels more powerful when I accelerate.Thank you Chris!! And thank you Bill for the referral

The owners are great and understanding of your situation. No one likes their car being in the shop, but they make it bearable. Recently had my car get that unloved get to the point it was no longer drive able. Offered honest feedback and a no pressure environment.

They worked on my 2001 Chevy Pu and I'm glad I found them. They do great work and yes I will use them from now on. When they give you a price they stay at that price. Excellent service. Trust them completely on my car repairs. Tell them your problem and they will do their best to resolve it without taking all your money. Multiple times I have asked them to check/replace things and they checked and found everything was ok. More importantly, they would fix things that were wrong but cost less. These guys deserve your business... If you can get in. Good service drives a busy schedule.

Amazing service! I feel I have finally found an auto repair shop that is honest. The owner was willing to squeeze me in to check out a funny sound coming from my AC. He promptly checked it, told me the problem and arranged to fit me in the next day even though they were booked. It was fixed with no problem, minimal cost and I was out the door. Will definetly go back for any problems in the future.

I was recommended here by my mother, my sister, and my grandpa have all said excellent things that are deserved. I called in a panic with 4 kids at chuck e cheese and a fear that out transportation wouldn't get us all home safely. Charlie's BEAUTIFUL wife told Charlie and he talked to me on the phone, assuring me we'd be A-okay. Then he looked at my car, charged 0 to diagnose it twice, and fixed the issue. I'll go here anytime I'm in need now, great family business. Integrity and mechanics don't always go hand in hand, here they do!!!

It is a trusted, safe and fair priced auto repair shop. It's been in the same place (down town lake stevens) for as long as I have 30 years. They have my business and my heart. Family owned and all around great people. Efficient and follow thur and that speaks for itself in these times. Courtesy and kindness is what brings me back . Thanks Crossins for being there.

This place is the best. Fair, honest and they do exceptional work. I could go on and on about all the positive experiences I have had here, so I will just say I am a customer for life. The only negative is that they are so darn good, it can take a while to get your car in so make sure you book early. You will NOT regret it.

Fantastic place for car maintenance, they sometimes have a wait, but it's worth it. Came in with a 2200 quote from Firestone and they got my car running again for under $1000. Will be back, would recommend.

So happy to have had work done on my vehicle here.How many places quote you a price and then charge you less.That shows me honesty.They fixed the problem and I'm happy to say "I've found my mechanic".

i stalled out in traffic while going up 20th next this auto shop, luckily i know half the people in this town, and a passing friend was able to tow me down to this auto shop. Even though they were busy, they were able to fix my ignition module in under 24 hours, and for about half of what they said the max price would be. I am very grateful to Charlie and I will definitely recommend this shop.

Crosson's ALWAYS does a great job. Literally the best customer service of any business I know. They have been fixing my cars since at least 1988 and never an issue.

Great place, highly trusted. I would definitely go back. Was expecting to need a new alternator. Only charged me for an hour of labor and solved the problem for me. Runs great now. Thanks!
