We had such a great experience at Tire Pros in Kirkland! Ben is a wonderfully kind soul and gave honest advice regarding the condition of my tires. I knew a new set was needed and appreciated Ben s honest opinion and advice moving forward. Couldn t be happier with the efficiency, kindness and quality of work received at Kirkland Tire Pros. Thank you, Ben & team!

I pulled into Kirkland Tire Pros to fix my vehicle's alignment issue. Before having my car fixed, the vehicle tended to veer off to the right side of the road whenever I drove anywhere. When I arrived at Kirkland Tire pros, Dan was able to get me a deal with new tires so that I wouldn t have any issues with them in the future. After attaching new tires, Dan and his team were able to fix my car s alignment issues for a low price. Ever since I had all the steering issues fixed, I ve noticed that the car has been significantly easier to steer than in the past. I couldn t be happier with the service that Dan and Kirkland Tire Pros gave me.

I had an experience previously where I had friendly service to get my tires aligned.This time, however, when I inquired about getting a tire rotation and an oil change, I asked whether I could supply my own oil to reduce the price. I was told no, they use only their own oil. This was no surprise to me and I was not offended. But, when I asked whether their oil was superior compared to conventional oil, I was told "it's better because its our oil," and the man cut me off and hung up the phone. I am extremely disappointed in the service. I was excited to support a local business but will no longer be patronizing them.

Always liked having this tire shop in the neighborhood but quality of service has gone downhill! I'm a long time customer (more on that in a moment). But, no longer -- do not take you vehicle here! A simple tire swap resulted in them gouging the rim with their equipment. Worse part, they denied they could have, obviously, this damage isn't due to curbing due to location (inside lip). Even worse, the owner was there and was completely unprofessional with me. He said in his 25yrs he's never seen me. Wow, I guess he doesn't value that I chose his local business over others when I had tire needs. My vehicles are newer so I rarely need constant tire changes, but when I did over the years, they were my go to place. Perhaps the owner was having a bad morning, but he yelled out to me that it's impossible they caused the damage, without even a care to look at the damage. His attitude was defensive, aggressive and combative. Completely unexpected and quite shocking for a local shop I've used. I told him I wasn't looking for anything from them besides acknowledging that they damaged the rim so this wouldn't happen again to others. Luckily, I purchased cosmetic wheel protection insurance when I bought the car so it won't cost me, except my time, but I wanted others to know in case they didn't have rim insurance how this company deals with situations like this. They are sloppy and dishonest. Never thought I'd say this as I've always supported the "mom and pop" shops in Kirkland, but perhaps it's time for this local tire shop to get replaced with a big-box shop that understand what "customer service" means.

After driving around and trying to find a walk-in in three (!) different Costco Tire centers, I finally decided to try this tire shop. Was in and out in 20min.

My vehicle tires needed to be balanced. I came to this service shop purposely to support local businesses. My quote was $15 per tire. I asked them to balance all four tires on my car. The shop was not busy; at that moment, they only had one more customer declining their estimate in front of me. In less than 10 minutes, I was told that my vehicle was done. I was surprised because balancing all four tires was way too fast, but they reassured me that the job was done. I drove the car on the freeway, and the front wheels no longer shook. However, I was skeptical that it would take less than 10 minutes of work, so I drove my vehicle to a Toyota dealership and asked an advisor to check the tires on my Lexus. They discovered that on all four wheels, only 3 out of 5 tire lug nuts were screwed; the other two tire lugs on all four wheels were barely hanging. Also, the rest of the three tire lugs on all wheels were way over-torqued. They explained that driving a car in this condition would cause damage to the wheel hub assembly and the wheels. Another fact noted is that the shop did not remove old tire weights but just added new weights to balance them. Adding weights to the old consequences is not a big deal, but better ways exist.I am disappointed and sad! Going there to support their business felt good, but the shop felt different towards me, the customer. I do not understand why the shop would allow this sloppy and dangerous work. I confirmed my belief that Costco Tire Center is the best!

I received a flyer with a coupon for an Oil Change from Kirkland Tires Pros. I usually don't stray from the usual companies I do business with unless they do something egregious. But, I had a good feeling about them. I see this company on my way to work every morning so I thought, "Why not?" I called them up and brought my car in the same day. The staff was friendly and informative...answered all my questions. And, the price was fantastic. I will utilize their services again. I highly recommend them.

Dan and the team always take great care of me. For 12 years, I trust them take care of my tires, oil changes and other car needs.They are friendly, efficient and have good prices.Dan always welcomes me to the store by name and with a smile! Happy to continue to be a client!

My family has been going here for years! Aaron and his team do an amazing job on all cars. I recently got a new car and he switched my tires with super short notice, even waited for me to drive it and then asked how it was. The team is always super friendly and efficient every time! They even put air in my tires of my old car for almost a year with out charge. I would recommend them to anyone, they are very loyal and responsive!

Not really knowing anything about the Tire Pros in Kirkland other than where they were located I was hesitant at first, but from my experience they've been great.. Purchased a new set a year ago and I have definitely paid more in the past for the same quality & performance. They're friendly, customer oriented, and will do their best to get a new quality set of tires for a good price.

My family has been coming to this shop for a long time, the staff not only knows my name but also recognizes my car when I pull into the lot. The team is always quick and efficient. They are very responsible about contacting you as soon as any work is done and the lobby is comfortable if you choose to wait there. They have a fixed price for their work and never have hidden fees.

Called in on a nice weekday to try to squeeze in an oil change. Was able to get right in and they also preformed a tire rotation and an over all check. All for under 50 bucks. (2011 Dodge Grand Caravan)Great customer service too! I also had a great experience when getting tires last year. I also believe it is family owned for over 30 years!

Amazing quality service, quick and friendly. They have done it all for our family from quick repairs to full new tires for our cars. Convenient for us in Downtown Kirkland too. Highly recommend. Support local.

I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in this place. I had one prior experience that was "OK"... bought tires a couple years ago. It took a bit too long and was more expensive than the couple national chain options I had priced, but I like to support locally-owned businesses where I can and, overall, not a terrible experience. Yesterday, I popped in for help with removing one wiper blade from my son's car that I couldn't figure out. I was told they are too busy and was turned away. There was one person in the lobby, two cars in the shop and at least one worker having a smoke in the parking lot. I drove up the road to Firestone and they immediately followed me out to my car and not only removed the wiper blade, he showed me why I had the problem I had with it so I'll know next time. That's how you treat people. The whole thing took 2 min. So much for my friendly neighborhood shop. We need tires and brakes soon and there's now zero chance I'll be bringing my wife's car here, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Great experience. I have been going here for several years. I was hesitant to have my car serviced in Kirkland as I was convinced that I would pay more simply because of the location. I really don't feel that is the case. The prices here are competitive from what I can tell, but the customer service is exceptional. The convenience and service is well worth it to me. They never give me the ol' "you probably shouldn't drive home without spending $500, the car really isn't safe". My car is now 10 years old with 150,000 miles on it and does require a bit more maintenance so they will say that I should consider something from time to time, but I don't have to do it today and there is no pressure to have any work completed. I am a single female in my mid forties and I am very comfortable with this shop.

I have always been impressed by the professionalism, straight-forwardness, and speed with which these guys do business. I've had great experiences buying tires, getting oil changed, tires rotated, etc. My experience today, which encouraged me to write this review, was particularly stellar. I was driving back from work when I started to feel my car pulling to the left, then wobble as I drove. I stopped here before going home. They fixed the problem for free within 20 minutes and I was on my way. Its comforting knowing they are available.

They were so helpful!!!! I had gone to/called many places and they didn't want to help me. Thankfully the Kirkland tire factory was more then willing to help. They had amazing customer service! And my car was done in the same day! They had flushed my transmission fluid, fixed a leak, replaced an axle and changed my spark plugs!!! I am so grateful I trusted them with my car.

My boyfriend and I have been going to these guys for years! They are always super helpful really down to earth and will tell it to you straight without any smoke and mirrors. They always have the best price in town and will help you usually same day. I came in to get tires and brakes this year and was actually talked out of getting the most expensive tires because they were honest with me and wanted me to have the best tires that would actually work for me. Not just upsell me so they can get more money. Definitely recommend!!

**Review Update**15 minutes after placing this review I received a call from Kirkland Tire Pros stating they saw this review. They agreed to remove the disputed $22.05 additional labor charge.I've been a customer of Tire Pros in Kirkland, WA for years and this is the last time I will ever use them. I brought my car in today, 5/15/2017 for an oil change and was told I needed full synthetic and the costs would be $59.95. 30 minutes later I get a call saying I need to replace my brakes, air filter and tires. I'm used to their up sell habits and told them no thanks. When I picked up my car they gave me an invoice for $91.91. They added charges for labor and their "complimentary" fluid top off service. Like any car owner, I've had many oil changes for many different vehicles and I've never been charged additionally for labor and fluid. They added extra fees because I did not accept their extra work they wanted to do. These fees are fraudulent and i'm having my bank dispute the transaction.

First of all, don t like the attitude.Second of all, employees not professional with their job.Third of all, price are so much higher than discount tire.They don t even do a good job!UPDATE: For everyone s visibility, I m pasting a related post from my friend who was there with me today.Thanks for proving publicly our experience was genuine and not biased, as can be shown from your own reply. Of course you can t see through the tire but even now your attempt to make it look like we demanded something unreasonable says A LOT about how you treat your customers. The heads-up I wanted was NOT for you to see through tires, it was for us to be told of the possibility that if you take our tire off, you may not be able to put it back on, which would FORCE us to get service from you guys, who quoted $100 above Discount Tire. You successfully locked us in, telling us our only options were either your overpriced tires or $25 for spare installation. When I expressed my regret, you even threatened not to help us with the spare, telling me I can just do it myself. This is NOT how any customer should be treated. And please try to take customer feedback to your heart vs getting upset at customers. That is not how anyone should run their businesses. Your inability to humbly take in feedback and attempt to turn it around to us in your reply says so much about you and I m glad you left it in Google for everyone to see. I WARN EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY SERVICE.

I've been doing business with Dan for almost 20 years. He is honest and takes care of you. He gives you the bad news and the good, and not once have I felt gouged or taken advantage of! Aaron also takes good care and in the 8 or 9 years we've worked together, he also tells you straight. Great team.

I came to this location with a flat tire. They patched my tire very quickly for a very reasonable price and everyone was super friendly. I enjoyed chatting with the man behind the counter while my car was being taken care of. I would definitely come back again.

After buying 4 tires for 2 cars, they now never want to do a tire rotation even though they yell you its free at the time of purchase and to come in every 5k miles. A I have also now been turned away for oil service 3 times. This time the excuse was because there is snow. 3 open service bays but they don't want to do an oil service and rotation? Why are you even in this business?

I always take my car to Krikland Tire Pros. Dan and his team of professionals are honest and their work you can always trust! 5 stars indeed!!
