What a great experience. This team took care of us. We trusted them with our family. 1978 Ford Bronco. This was my father-in-law's, who is no longer with us. It sat for over 15 years. Fishers had it for about two months and took great care of it and us. They kept me up to date on progress and encouraged me to come by weekly to visually walk through the work! We are thrilled to have this back on the road. Thank you Fisher's Auto Service.

I live out of state and was looking to purchase a vehicle sight-unseen in Kirkland WA earlier this week. I needed to act quickly and contacted Steve at Fisher's Auto Service to see if they would do an inspection for me. Within 24 hours, I had an inspection report from Steve in hand that enabled me to move forward with the purchase. Excellent service and reasonable price.

Steve and his son worked on my classic 1951 Chevy 3100 Truck. It came in not running condition from the crooked dealer in So Calif (dont use Crown Classics-Fraudulent misrepresentation!). Steve diagnosed all the safety issues and most importantly got the Truck back working properly. I waited to write this review to see if it would hold up a month later and the truck has. This was a big repair bill but I felt Fisher Auto was fair in the way they charged me.This was the first time I used Fisher's and I am glad I did.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning, Oil change

I'm very disappointed with this auto service shop. The price gouging, dishonesty, and the need to add on unnecessary "service tasks" is ridiculous. I initially came in with an issue regarding a battery problem. I paid roughly 298 for a diagnostic and they kept my car for two nights while I needed it back quickly for a move. I was told that I needed the battery replaced, brakes replaced, brake fluid flushed, transmissions fluid replaced, and tires rotated and an oil change. This would cost me about $1900 before tax. Unbelievable. I told them I had recently done an oil change and tires rotated. I just wanted the battery replaced. For that alone, it would cost me $550. Battery costs about $250, so it's just their ridiculous labor markup. I took my car and went to another place that charged $260. The new place was fantastic and upfront/honest. Not ever giving this place another dime. Shame on them.

I dont normally write reviews but these guys are a great shop and deserve my time to write this. Without getting into details these guys really did a great job and I'm pretty sure they lost money on my car so i feel the least i can do is point others to this shop for work because its hard to find a mechanic to trust. Trust these guys to be honest and fair.

A professional top-tier shop! They work on new and classic vehicles. We had my wife's 64 Chevelle SS in for work on the top end. Not only did they do the work for the original work order, but they also found the trans kick down needed adjustment, and the choke needed work. They made sure everything was top-notch before returning our vehicle. I recommend this shop for anyone seeking professional and honest work!

This is my first review ever, but I have to do it to feel better about my experience by letting others know I took my aging, yet stalwart 98 Tahoe in for water leak diagnosis and repair a few years ago and they were friendly and courteous in doing a fine job at a worthy cost. I thought I would go out of my way to give them more business for misc. small electrical diagnosis and repairs I made the trek from EverettWhen dropping my old truck off in the morning I was misled into believing that $500 should cover the costs for diagnosis and repair of a rear brake light, climate dash panel lights, intermittent rear windshield wiper operation and a dysfunctional gas gage. I agreed this would suffice. In retrospect I guess I inadvertently gave the shop clearance to charge up to $500 in work. A majority of this cost turned out to be for diagnostics for spendy repair parts I did not know would have been in order and would not have approved of anyway as the truck is only worth $4K. I was under the impression these repairs would be of nominal costs when agreeing to go forth with the diagnostic time.I can t help but feel that I was not appreciated as a customer, but taken for a ride with the $550 bill. While they did get my rear brake light and instrument panel lights working, I feel the over abundance of diagnostic work was in the best interest of the shop and not the customer. As a customer don t settle and go along with the pleasant small talk and courteous smile in the beginning, better to be serious and decipher any mumble jumble. Ask clarifying questions which may be in your best interest or get something in writing which resembles your expectations.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So pleased with Fishers Auto. First, this is an honest team of mechanics that is family run. I trust their recommendations because they're not trying to squeeze every dime out of you (for example, I asked if I needed a complete rewire and he actually said no and explained why.) I also appreciate that not only tackle modern day cars (they fixed our electrical issue in a 9 year old car in a day) and classic (they got my 75 year old family car back in running shape). Lastly, they guarantee their work up to 50,000 miles. Who else does this? Very few. Love Fishers and is now our go to.

Fisher's Auto has serviced all of my family's cars since 2002. Steve and Andrew are great! They are clear with all of their diagnostics and only do what's needed to keep the cars running tip top. I've also had them inspect a couple used cars for me, which helped me reject one and purchase another that turned out to be a good buy. They are very accommodating as well. Give them a try!

Did an excellent job with my 2003 Mustang GT. Want to give a specific shoutout to Todd, one of the friendliest mechanics you'll ever meet! Went out on a test drive when I explained the problems I was having, he was upfront and honest about what I needed and probably didnt need to fix at the moment, and gave a follow-up call a couple days later to make sure my car was running good. 10/10, would take here again!

Fisher's Auto service is the friendliest and most efficient repair shop I have ever dealt with. I, like many wait until the last minute to bring my car to the shop. I needed new brakes and tires immediately. As a small business owner I have a busy schedule and little time to spend at the repair shop. Kyle was able to see my vehicle he personally drove me to the rental car agency within 20 minutes so I could attend my meeting. They finished the car same day so I was able to pick my car up on the way home. It has been a few months and my car is running great! I will recommend Fishers Auto service to everyone I know. Thanks to Kyle and the rest of Fishers Auto service for a great experience!

I'll start by mentioning that I am an ASE Certified Technician and I'm reluctantto pay anyone else to work on my personal vehicles. However, due to lackof time and summer coming up (6/22), I was willing to pay a specialist to repairthe leak in my A/C system. I had already diagnosed the leak, which was clearlycoming from the Evaporator box. The "hissing" could not only be heard over thesound of my A/C machine, but my equipment also indicated there was a leak and would not hold pressure as a result. The shop took note of thisinformation when I dropped the vehicle off at 7:30 a.m. At roughly 12 p.m. they called to let me know that the system was holding pressure, the A/C was blowing cold and running great - however the compressor would not turn on, unless they jumpered it to the battery (they wanted another $180 to start the electrical diag). I negated the idea of an electrical diag and asked them if they would hang onto it and check it again to be certain, because I knew it had a leak and the Low Pressure Switch will prevent the compressor from turning on if there is not enough pressure in the system (hence the leak). They did so and were very friendly. They called me back at around 4/5p.m. confirming the aforementioned was done and all set; they let me know I could come pick it up, upon payment of $26X.XX. Unable to test the A/C at the time given the circumstances, I drove it straight home and parked it in the garage for a couple weeks since it's a collector vehicle and I don't drive it often. 2 weeks later I finally had a chance to go through the entire electrical system to figure out what was wrong with the compressor. After finding no electrical faults, I pulled it into my shop, hooked it up to my A/C machine and checked the pressure with my Ecotechnics A/C machine . . . Zero . . . Nothing. I put a vacuum on the system and it would not even come close to holding pressure whatsoever. In fact it did the same exact thing It did prior to bringing it to them - the loud "HISS" from the Evaporator box - So loud it could be heard over the sound of the A/C machine and my air compressor combined. The same exact symptoms I had brought it to these guys with, had stressed my concern for, and paid them to repair. I paid $260+ for ?? Absolutely nothing. I called them, explained the situation (Steve I believe was his name) and kindly requested a refund, due to there being zero services performed. He was very nice, a little defensive, but nice. He was busy at the time, so he told me he would price out the parts it would need to make the repair (even though they never took the dash apart to see if any parts were even needed) and he would call me back with an estimate. Needless to say, I never heard back from him. Nor did anyone address the issue or try and make it right, which is okay - I would rather not pay them to blindly throw more of my money at it, when they weren't honest about the first $260+ I gave them.Anyway, long story stupid, I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that maybe it raises some awareness to future customers and whoever may find it helpful. Do not take their word for anything!!

Steve Fisher and his team are awesome! I've been bringing my car to them for almost 3 years now (it now has just over 150K miles on it) and they have taken great care of it. They are always happy to answer any questions about the maintenance work they recommend and I always feel like a valued client with them. So I definitely recommend the Fisher's Auto Service team.

Ian Scott and the guys over at Fishers are great. I had been personally working on my Jeep for a good amount of time, replacing all kinds of parts and couldn't find the issue causing my Jeep to overheat. Dropped it off at Fishers and they had it dialed in right away. Prices are damn near unbeatable; the whole experience was a real pleasure. Go check them out if you're having car troubles, highly recommend.

If you need your mazdaspeed 3 worked on ask for Nate Harper!Great job replacing my Turbo to a BnRs3 adding and EBC, MAP sensor and BPV. I had a very badly smoking turbo and they were very thorough to diagnose it and remove as much as they could, took some extra time which I think they did not expect, but it was a fair price for an excellent job. They checked the PCV and unplugged the exhaust after the downpipe to make sure they knew where the problem is.A little smoke is left that is definitely inside the muffler baffles that a few good long runs should get rid of.While he was in there I had them change my transmission, steering wheel fluids and brake fluids after a few track days.it was worth towing my car their for experienced aftermarket work!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

So I have a Dodge pickup that needed to be fixed soon because of work. I had originally took it to a Dodge dealership only to be disappointed by the service and inability to repair my car correctly. After the dealership wasted three days and got nothing done with my car I brought it to Fishers Auto-repair shop and Steve had my car diagnosed and fixed within a day. He has completely gained my trust and charges a fair price. I would definitely recommend servicing or repairing your vehicle here.

Always great communication and helpful with options when my car needs fixing. From oil change to major work, I am grateful to be able to trust Steve and his team.

I brought my van into the local car dealer and they gave an estimate of $ 515.I worked as an electronic technician for 30 years.I doubted their competence and sincerity after they inspected my van.I took my van into see Steve and he did the work for $ 197.The local car dealer padded the estimate for labor and suggested work that was unnecessary. Then I went back to the dealers and expressed my anger at their incompetence.I've had good and bad experiences at the local car dealership, but I've been dealing with Steve Fisher for 15 years. He is a very competent auto technician. He has always done good work for myself and my family.Kevin

I had a heater core replaced there years ago, it broke and AAA towed it to the closest shop. At the time I personally had removed the dash of my vehicle so the heater core was an easy replacement, but they charged me for the removal and re installation of my dash and told me they had to charge me for it cause the computer said it was something like an 8 hour job. It was an hour job and I was charged for services and labor that never happened because, according to them, the have to charge what the computer tells them they have to charge. Never been back and just thought the public should know they may get overcharged, because they charge you based on what a computer tells them and not on the actual time spent working on your vehicle. Ps, I had to put a 1 star to type this, it really 0 stars and I don't recommend bringing any vehicle here.

Great local auto repair shop. We take both our Honda and Hyundai to Fisher's. Friendly service. I have always felt like I get an honest deal from these folks. The owner is into classic cars from the 60s, with an emphasis on Buicks. Check them out.

I know Steve personally. I used to always go to the dealer for services on my Hyundai. Steve and his squad only serviced the items needed based on their inspection.I have saved hundreds avoiding unnecessary items. Like filters for example. Dealer always defaulted to changing and charging labor when not needed.Use Fishers Auto. Trusted and reliable 100% I refer him to everyone.
