I made an appointment at noon on Monday. I planned on my wife picking up after my son's cancer treatment. I'm out of town and my wife has no clue as to what tires to purchase. I got online and picked out some good all season tires for 250.00 + a tire. I made the purchase and appointment. Total 1236.00. I called them to make sure this was going to be a smooth process I was assured by Clinton that it would be. On Monday my wife dropped off vehicle and they said they needed the card that made the purchase. She called me.... I called and spoke with the manager, said I made the purchase, here's the credit card I used I'm in Georgia. He said vehicle would be done and was very nice. My wife called from the hospital next day to pick up vehicle at noon on TuesdayShe was told they haven't had time to get to it someone had not shown up from work. She told them she needed the truck today as scheduled. They called her at 4:00 pm on Tuesday and said the truck was ready. When she arrived she was shocked to see the condition of the tires bought. She asked me if I bought used tires. I was upset and called the Firestone and the guy who answered the phone sad" The tires are fine, we don't clean them it's just dirt from installation*. I just paid 1200.00 for new tires and expected them to look new and shine for one day. Moral of the story..... never buy tires from this Firestone again. I will go to someone who treats his profession as a profession and want to give the customer a great experience.

Kevin and his wonderful crew here at the Kirkland Forestone are the best. They always take care of me and my vehicles. Nice friendly and fast service even at times when I do not have a appointment. They get me in and out as fast as they can

I ran over a nail and foolishly pulled it out. I limped into this Firestone location near the end of the day raving to beat my tire going flat. Nao assessed what was happening and suggested a plan. It wasn t clear there would be enough time to fix the tire today so the full size spare was placed on the vehicle and I was sent on my way. The flat tire was fixed and I got a call to come back this evening or tomorrow and they d put it on. Nao and Conor got everything back together this evening and what could have been a very bad day was instead a very nice experience. Nao, Bradley and Conor were professional and courteous throughout as were the other members of the team I met. This Firestone is my new go to for all things automotive. I m only sorry that I m limited to just five stars.

I've always had great service at this Firestone! They got me in quickly and completed the repair without any issues. The employees here are extremely nice and do a great job of keeping me informed of progress and info about my vehicle!

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The service person was VERY helpful and just an overall good experience. I didn't know the location was a complete auto car location. I'll be back.

It started with a check engine light coming on and spouse took my car to Firestone for a diagnosis. Without going into a lengthy list of details, they had my car on and off for two weeks (six days on the third stretch) and a bill of $2300 for exhaust work. I was a mile from Firestone when the check engine light came back on AGAIN (third time) and the car was running terrible - stalling and idling rough. It started this after the exhaust repairs which is why it came back the second and third times. I now have an appointment with a different mechanic. Never coming back here.

Firestone Totem Lake, KirklandWe bought a 2023 Subaru Forester a few months ago. We had always had snow tires for the 2012 Forester, so we asked the dealer if the 2012 rims for snow tires would be useable on the 2023.The sales person called for a technician and he looked at the rims, and after he had examined them, he said the tires would work.With that, I had four new snow tires mounted and balanced and put them in my carport to wait for Fall. A few weeks ago, I took the snow tires to the Totem Lake Firestone and delivered them for mounting. Kevin said he would call when done.When Kevin called, he said the rims did not fit on the new Subaru. I was told that the lug nut configuration had changed in 2019. So, I told him remove the present tires and put the snow tires on. I thought if I had known that the rims were wrong, I would not have paid for mounting, balancing and whatever work needed.When I showed up, I asked what the bill was. His attendant said zero. I thought she was joking around, and I said I wished. She said ask Kevin. I did.His response was I was a regular, cooperative, and this should not have happened. I thanked him.That is the type of treatment and service I have found at Firestone. Anytime I have had a question, I have been able to stop or call and get decent, polite advice. I brought my q7 yesterday for tire change, they told me that it is special tire size and that they don t have it in the shop right now but if I come back tomorrow morning they would be able to help.I arrived this morning and checked in with a technician, they said 1 hour , 35 minutes later they called and said that machine that installs tire on the wheels I have is broken and they can t help me. You would think that if they saw that tire size is odd , wheels might be custom also and check that their machine was operational. Useless,

I came to get tires mounted and balanced as well as an alignment on a Nissan 350Z because they have a reasonably priced 4-wheel alignment. It turns out this is priced well because of the various charges they throw in addition to it. I got charged an extra $40 because I brought my own tires. Another $100 because they're considered "low profile" which is "anything 50 series and below". Mind you these are stock sized tires.On top of this the finished product was disapointing as there was leftover lubricant around the wheel and peeled paint on the rim of 2 out of the 4 wheels. Great service. My car battery died and after AAA gave me a jump they didn't have a battery. So I made it to Firestone and they were able to work me into their busy day, were kind and understood the situation. I appreciated all their help and will definitely go back in the fall for additional service.

I've heard mixed stories about this place but tried it out anyways. I had decent service, but should have called in or an apointment as it took a while to get my car serviced. The great thing about this place is that they offer free tests such as air pressure, tire inspection, and battery testing. So it makes for a good preventative maintance stop which I implore people to take action with. All too often it's easy to just assume your car is safe and road ready.

Kind of disappointed. This was the first time I ever tried to go to Firestone. Thought I booked an appointment online but apparently it was just a request so I booked an actual appointment and the girl who helped me was very very rude. Said she d book me at said time and day and that she was off so I would not be her problem . Needless to say I looked up other service centers and will never be going to Firestone, because of the way that I was talked to.

Appreciative of the last min pre purchase inspection done but the bedside manner of the employee who came to alert me of the vehicle was atrocious. First off I had my 86 year old grandpa with me and she couldn't refrain from usage of foul language which is a turn off. Also, while the inspection was a good one (hense 3 stars) she told me that the car is not worth buying and that the repairs to the car is more than it's worth. The car only needed a few minor preventative maintaince repairs nothing major so this was inaccurate advice. I bought the car and have gotten everything done they found wrong on the inspection and this is a BEAUTIFUL car now fully owned

Got my tires changed here and didn't have any problems, they were able to give me a quote on the phone and the price at the end of the service matched my quote. They were fast and no harm done anywhere that I can see. Everyone I talked with was very nice.

High quality and affordable tires! ordered a pair of touring tires, and opted to get a car inspection since I was there anyway. Car drives much quieter now and the price was very reasonable. There's also a nice coffee shop nearby to wait!

Hello to all. I would like to share my experience of service in this place. the price on their website was a little less than $ 900 for a set of tires. but in fact they took more than a thousand. The meeting was scheduled for 2.00 pm. upon arrival they promised that they would do it before 4.00. but actually done at 4.30 pm. 2.5 hours to change wheels is too much. if assigned to 2.00, then you need to start working at 2.00 and not at 3.00. on the positive side, I note that they have a very clear and user-friendly website. and questions asked through their website are answered quickly and accurately. and the work, although it took too long, was of high quality.

I have always gotten excellent service from the Firestone in Totem Lake.
