Just want to give a shout out to Tyler (Sales) and Jacob (Finance). I worked with these guys on Friday via the phone as I had to work . Tyler was able to answer all my questions and, sent mespecific videos I requested. I was also able to talk with Jacob before I made the trip to Kelso. I ended up going Saturday to see the car and test drive . Fell in love with the car and was able to leave that day with my new baby. Thank you Tyler and Jacob for all you did to make me feel comfortable with the car buying process. Hope to see you when it s time to get a Tacoma.

Went in for new tires. 35 minutes after my appointment time I was notified my tires did not arrive. I was told they could get them in town from another facility. When I asked how long it would take to get them, put them on, and do my alignment, I was told an hour. I agreed. Almost an hour and a half later I checked in, as I had an appointment I needed to get to, and was informed they had just started on my vehicle. They told me they would give me a shuttle to my appointment. I told them I would need to have my car delivered to the doctor s office, as I needed to pick up my son from daycare before it closed. They agreed and said they would leave my key with the receptionist. I asked if I could pay them over the phone with my credit card after my appointment was over, and was told yes. When I got out of my appointment my car was not there. I called and was told a voicemail was left stating they needed payment. They called the wrong number. I had to call someone to drive and pick up my son. Horrible communication! Worst customer service I ve had.

Steve was great to work with, patient, and worked to help get me the vehicle I wanted.Update: I would have given 3.5 starts but that isn't an option here. I did get the vehicle model and trim I wanted at a reasonable price, and I have no regrets in dealing with this dealership, but in the end, a Car Dealership/Salesman will always be what they are. As such, I have amended my review / rating for the following reasons:1. Bait and Switch: Their website listed 2 vehicles which met my criteria for Model and Trim Package. I texted to confirm that they were on the lot / in inventory (they both had inventory numbers listed) and was told that they were there. Upon arrival, I was walked around the lot to look for said vehicles because they couldn't find the keys for these 2 vehicles, during which time other vehicles were suggested instead. I informed them I only had interest in the specific model and trim I had already told them. At this time they stated they could get the desired vehicle from another dealership, but that they couldn't do any better than the MSRP price since it was coming from another dealership. I would have preferred that they just be upfront that they didn't have the vehicles, rather than the perceived dog and pony show.2. Since the vehicle was coming from another dealership, and it was nearing the end of the day, it wouldn't be available until the next day. Since I was working the next day, they agreed to delivered my vehicle to my house after work, which was appreciated. However, since I was tired after work I didn't have the time to give it a really good inspection until the day after. It may be a small thing, but the Owners manuals were delivered in a vanilla envelope instead of the usual Portfolio. I inquired about it more than a week ago and never received an answer. So after purchasing a brand new vehicle, I was forced to seek out and purchase my own portfolio on Amazon. Again, a small thing, but attention to detail and customer service are important.3. I rarely post reviews, but I was somewhat pressured to post a 5 star review of the Dealership, the implication being that receiving commissions for earned sales was contingent upon the number of positive reviews received. At the time of the sale I did so, but generally speaking, If I am going to post a review I don't post said review until some time has passed so that the experience can be evaluated free from pressure, and with a clear head. Not a huge negative, but it is negative from my point of view.

Carlos and the entire team there was great to work with as I shopped for and purchased my new vehicle. He showed me lots of cars and trucks as I decided exactly what I wanted. He s followed up with me since I purchased and reviewed the four wheel drive instructions. I would definitely recommend.

Went in to discuss options as I was nearing the end of my leased 4Runner. I worked with Anthony and he was really honest, friendly and great to work with. He wasn t pushy at all, which was nice and made the whole process pretty seamless. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I got the best deal for my situation. I would highly recommend working with him and will work with him again for a future purchase!

Jesse was very helpful and nice to help me out from the beginning to the end when I purchased a car I found online. Honestly I was a little worried how online purchase would work at the beginning as the car is expensive and it was my first experience. But everything went smooth and speedy. He was such a kind and great salesman. Thanks to him, I could get what I needed. I recommend him and the store to anyone who is looking for a car.

Racist and rudeIt was a total bummer dealing with these guys. Don t waste your time for an online purchase. If they can t treat customers with respect, their discounts are no good. Also, they provide false information and charge you for things like red alert which no one needs to pay for!My experience:They were all talking nice and gave a decent quote, initially hesitated to deliver but as soon as I agreed for the deal they were ready to even deliver. Things went south from there. I submitted my documents and was waiting for finance manager to get financing done. And got ghosted! I was supposed to get delivery next day and the there was no contact from the sales person. I contacted the dealership 3 times in the afternoon checking when the financing can begin and requesting a video tour of the vehicle. There was a super rude and cold response telling me that we are all very busy with the customers who are physically here and finance managers are busy and we will give you a call back. I didn t receive any call.Then suddenly at evening 6.30, the sales person Aaron calls and says we are on track to get you the delivery and agreed for video call. I figured there were roof racks pre-installed blocking the moonroof and requested if they can be taken off before the delivery. There was a racist expression over video call and they tell me that you want the delivery tomorrow when you haven t done the e-sign for financing yet. And I was like dude that s not my fault, that s on your busy finance managers. I am here in my late evening still dealing with you who is not respecting my time. And that s when I decide to call the deal off.If they can t treat all their customers the same and with respect, it s a shame.

Everyone was very nice including my salesman Andy but unfortunately it was very bumpy after the sale. I was told misconstrued information about the truck I purchased. They were not as thorough with the truck as they should've been since it was used. Noone was fully sure what was out on by Toyota or the past owner. Without getting into the details I had to come to the service department twice because they didn't fix the problem and lied about doing it. Luckily the sales manager came out and helped get things in place but In the end I am still not a happy customer leaving here. I expect the utmost honesty and transparency when coming to a dealership especially when the brand is so highly rated and expensive. In the end I don't know if I'll be coming back here for another vehicle when it comes to the day my fiance wants to get a Toyota.

Made the drive from South Seattle to make a new vehicle purchase, have bought multiple vehicles before, this was BY FAR the most enjoyable, LOW PRESSURE sales experience we ve enjoyed! Ask for Tyler in sales, very responsive! The Finance Manager, Jordan, was super easy to work with, explained things very explicitly and clearly, a VERY low pressure experience!

Never would work with this dealership again. Made the mistake of buying a second car here. First time the finance person messed up and then several days later wanted to charge us more for the car because of their mistake. Went back last month and bought a Sienna. Love the car but the sales process was awful drove the 2 hours there. The sales person wouldn t answer all questions. Both Tyler (sales) and Jacob (finance) told us multiple times that we were only paying to transfer our plates the cheaper option not get new plates. Rather than the registration we end up receiving new plates. Costing us hundreds of dollars more. Completely unprofessional to flat out lie to your customers. Continue to be told they will resolve issue but can t get call back. Now have filed with the BBB.

Was a good buying experience, but the paperwork took so long I decided to come back the next day. Part of the deal was that the truck needed to have the interior detailed, I came back two day later and they said it was detailed but there is still dirt and dog hair inside the vehicle. Pretty disappointing that they can t uphold their end of the deal, I can tell you my check was good, so why can t they detail the dang truck like we shook hands over?

The ultimate package. Saying these guys provided genuine customer service feels like an understatement for how I was treated. Truly, the best experience from the start of my search to the point of letting off the brake and leaving the dealership lot. I love my new Toyota but I m extremely happy with the car buying process. I test drove a car from them and it had a very bad squeal at startup the salesman told me they would take care of it if I bought it. well when I finally got it in they said they tightened the belt, and that they couldn't find any other issues and couldn't hear the squeal well the problem is the squeal happens when it's been sitting for hours specifically overnight or after work . Well it still happens on a daily basis and it's a very bad squeal, everybody looks at you squeal very loud very obnoxious and these guys will not do what they say they'll just rub a little snake oil on it say they fixed the problem. I did not have an issue with the salesman himself he seemed like a nice guy his name was Jake.

I worked with Zach to purchase a 23 Corolla. I liked that there were no markups and the process was fast and smooth.Edit: I had a bad experience taking my brand new Corolla for service. They over filled my engine oil and made a huge mess spilling oil as far as the firewall and windshield wiper! Unacceptable, you would think they would correct the mistake by cleaning it and draining overfilled engine oil but no they just turn the car over to me like everything went well. I contacted them and explained what happened, they were apologetic and offered to fix this. I just cleaned the mess up and drained some oil myself as the dealership is 40 minutes away from me. Sad to say I will never do servicing at this dealership again. I do like the sales and finance department but they probably will not see me anytime soon.

First off My father isn t fluent in English but he tried! But so far he has loved Toyota Patrick was a huge help! Although he does have a Toyota Camry and his airbags where on in which he also got a letter stating there was a recall for the airbags he just wanted more clarification on the details because he can get confused very easily. Working in customer service myself for 8 years I am ashamed of the owner here at Toyota. Kicking my dad out at the store with my sister and her 2 yr old child and my mom. Whatever the situation might be I m sure there was a way to DE-escalate the situation. I ve learned no matter how difficult the customer might be or hard to understand never go down to that customers level step away or find a source that can provide help for that customer. I m a manager of a store myself - The owner represents the company and he is the face of the company and it s quit embarrassing how they would treat a customer even if my dad had a hard time understanding. He doesn t understand English and he was very stressed out. If someone can contact me I d appreciate I know there s 2 sides to every story and I know not everyone that works there is rude.

Please do not go to this place to buy a car, they are blackmailers as long as they manage to sell you the car they tell you to call them for anything and they will gladly help you, after that they never answer. In my experience with other dealers this was the worst.
