I really appreciate the staff at Bridgeview NAPA. They're all friendly and they know their stuff. I've purchased and ordered many parts for personal projects from Bridgeview NAPA in Ferndale, and I'm always impressed. Our company works with them for parts as well, and we've always had the same experience. As importantly as the friendly, excellent service by the staff, the NAPA parts are always good quality! You can count on the parts to work, and to last! Thank you!

I called looking for a must have part and was told that had it but they closed at 5:30. I called again while en route and told them I would be there at 5:26, which I was and they watched me thru the window as they were turning off the lights. 5:26 is NOT 5:30. I cannot finish this job tonight. No desire to help. Rude, and just down right mean.

Broke down in a state and city I knew no one the excellent above and beyond customer service and care provided by Becky to me was simply outstanding! So appreciative of this wonderful staff member for helping me get what I needed to get back on the road.

Have the most knowledgeable parts desk in town and they deliver. Fast to get parts through the napa network and a good selection of specialty tools.

Always a good place for parts. Been coming here for over 30 years. It's my go to parts store. If they don't got it they can get it. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most of the staff has been there 20+ years. I would recommend them for any of your parts needs. From small cars and lawnmower to boats tractors and class 8 trucks.

I called and told them I would be there in 10 min with would get me there 5min before the store close but they still closed early. Watching me stand outside as they were turning off the lights. That was rude . I will never buy from that store again

Got the feeling I should have shown up in a domestic truck. Also, a sign on the door, like I've seen at coffee stands in the area, stating they won't enforce the mask mandate explains why Ferndale C-19 cases have trended up.

I end up at NAPA a lot due to pricing and parts quality, the ratio works out great here. Also generally I find the employees here know their stuff on a lot of vehicles, which is helpful.

Anti-maskers who don't care about you or your families' health. I took one step in, saw a maskless employee talking face to face with a maskless customer and turned around. I'll stick to O'reilly's from now on.

These guys know their business. Go to the other guys, see how far that highschool kid gets you before you wanna choke them. Napa/Bridgeview is excellent service compared to the competition.

Excellent Auto Parts. With over the top experience behind counter. If your not sure or dont know at all about you auto parts needs, they are skilled to help you. Wont sell you things you don't need.

The man at the counter had never heard of the oil I needed, which is fine but, he was totally unwilling to help me find something comparable. Bummed

Spreading Covid anti mask. If you ask them to wear one they will try to cough on you. If you value your health just head to the other auto pet a min away.
