Great service! Last month I drove here from Utah to visit family and realized on the way up my heat was not working. Big problem with the seasons changing and having to return in a week and a half. This shop made sure I was taken care of QUICK - fixed the heat and did a complimentary safety check so I was all good to drive home. Thank you!! Highly recommend this shop!

hands-down the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. These guys do great work, are extremely honest, and super knowledgeable. They take pictures of everything and show you so you actually know what needs to be fixed. They are also very straight up about how serious an issue is and when it needs fixing. They don't push any unnecessary work or charges on you. If you are in the Bellingham / Ferndale / Lynden area this is THE place to go. 12/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

After going to several mechanics, we found this place through a friend. The parking brake assembly had broken (old car). It was a difficult part to find, even new, but they found it and installed it in less than 1 day. They were honest and did the best to get the best price for the part. Emergency wheel bearing replacement. We were in Bellingham, Washington area when we had a wheel bearing problem. Rene at Complete Auto Repair was kind enough to get us in their shop and get the repairs done quickly. Our thanks to the family business that helped us get back on the road safely to our home in Canada. We highly recommend this shop for any auto problems you might have. Recently had my car in to mount a new intake manifold & PCV valve. All was well when I drove my car back, until the engine warmed up and sat idling for a minute (incredible that they didn't check the warm idle after a job like this). In short, the engine idled like garbage (rough noise, bad vibrations, almost stalling out, ect) when it warmed up, turns out they forgot to replace a cap on the new manifold and this was causing a huge vacuum leak.Sloppy work, and would have been easily caught if they had idled the engine warm for a minute or two after doing the job (amazing that they didn't take the time to double check their work on an involved job like this and let me drive off with such a crucial part missing). I'd recommend against having work done here; any halfway decent mechanic (that wasn't totally rushed) would have caught this error. 1 star, not because they made a mistake (everyone does, my mistake was going to this shop), but because they didn't perform a basic warm engine check after doing their work.Service: Engine repair
