I ve been a extremely satisfied customer of Axton Automotive since they first opened their doors. The staff is friendly, their work impeccable and I trust the information they provide. Both our family car and pickup truck have been in their care for many years and continue to run strong. I ve referred my friends and relatives to them and they all have been more than satisfied. If ever a auto repair shop deserved a five star rating it s Axton Automotive.

Excellent auto shop. Fair pricing with courtesy towards the customer. If buying a used car take it to Axton 1st for evaluation before getting stuck with a lemon. I'd even advise their service to my mother.

Was able to schedule an oil change for the same week, dropped it off early for my 11 am appointment and they called by 10:55 to say it was ready for pick up! Super happy with the services they provide and reasonable prices too! I will now be a regular there for my 3 cars.

I was completely surprised when they did some minor work on my vehicle, and did not charge me. To me, this is a company that is more interested in taking care of their customers then charging huge amounts! Not only did they do the work for free, on a Monday morning, I had only to wait 30 minutes from start to finish. Definitely five stars!

A coworker recommended Axton Automotive. They were able to get me in quickly, determine the issue and get it fixed within a day. They also gave me advice on other issues to fix but were honest and not pushy. I will be back again and now I can recommend!

Axton Automotive did a great job. The price is good, much better than others. You can make appointment quick. The employees are very courteous and kind. The servicing quick and efficient.Would highly recommend to anyone needing car service/repairs.

I m extremely pleased to have found a trustworthy, detailed and thorough auto mechanic in Axton Automotive. I had a recent service performed on my older Toyota and the communication was great. I appreciated the how the told me what was needed and with a general timeline (ie. we ll keep an eye on it or you should plan on doing this in this amount of time/miles.) I ll definitely be back and recommend Axton to my friends/family. Thank you!

I used to get my oil changes done at the dealership. After being referred to Axton for other car issues and receiving quick, honest car diagnostics, I decided to even bring my oil change here! The staff is friendly and the service is great! Thank you all at Axton Automotive!

Went in for brakes. They did a full vehicle inspection. Topped off fluids. Very friendly and trustworthy. Kept I. Contact with me via text. Which worked great for me. I will be returning for future repairs

I've taken my rigs to Axton Auto for several years now. My wife, son & daughter use Axton as well. The team here is great at what they do so you and your rig will be in and out in no time. Lance and Jim are truly one of a kind and I'll go nowhere else

Axton Automotive have served my car several times and I have made them my Auto mechanic of choice. They are professional, very understanding and helpful. Their work, care and knowledge is excellent and rates are lower than surrounding competitors. I am very happy with all the service I ve received from them! Highly recommended!

I just had an oil change. The price was very reasonable, the service was professional, and the detailed check list I received afterward was very helpful. I plan to go back to have a couple things taken care of once I get paid again.

Service has always been great over the many years I've been taking my car to Axton Auto. The owner, Jim, is personable, knowledgeable, and his shop has a professional yet small town feel. I love their new system where they check with you to see if you need work done on your car. I'm often busy and this helps me prioritize making the appointments that I've been meaning to. They even check back in after work is done to make sure everything is running smoothly.

We took our Subie in for a simple brake job. Took several days to get back despite only needing to be bled after installing the new. Then when we got it home we discovered a problem with the parking brake so they obviously hadn't given it a thorough test after the fix. Had to go back and get it fixed. Definitely won't be back, nor do we have any confidence that what they did do was done well.

I went in for an oil change and check up. Axton people, as usual, were polite, good humored and professional. The gave me a list of things that need doing in the near future and the cost for those services which I appreciate. After I pay off my dentist I ll be ready to take care of these issues.

I chose Axton Automotive because an old friend uses them and there are loads of positive comments and recommendations online. They were professional and personable and I quickly got the feeling that were going to be trustworthy. We are very happy with the results and will be back with our Automotive needs.

This place is awesome. Their prices are reasonable and they always explain the break down. I appreciate that they take the time show me what is wrong, why it needs to be fixed, and then they take me back out to my car after they fix it to show me the difference. Overall, it s your classic locally owned shop- you can tell everyone who is there loves their job and cares about doing a good work for the customer!

I'm pleased that the service and repair provided were of exceptional quality and were offered at a very reasonable price. The communication between the customer and the shop was clear and timely, especially having a breathalyzer installed in my vehicle, I'm thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience.

Had my timing belt/water pump done here 2 months ago, they werent afraid to let me know right away that my balance shaft gear case was also leaking oil behind the timing cover and it would increase the cost for the additional part (something they couldnt have known before starting the job) This is the exact level of trust and expertise im looking for in a shop, reasonably priced and got my car back within just a couple days!

They had an opening for the following week which was okay and they were able to identify the problem, however not only was the battery completely drained when we were told our car was ready but when the guy came out with the jumper box he carelessly let the cables smack against our cars paint. I had to remind him that this was a nice car and to be careful. Not to mention the 1500 quote for a timing adjustment!! The guy wouldn't even listen to me when I was explaining that we just had put a timing belt/water pump kit on our car 2 weeks prior. Cuz he insisted on putting on the same expensive kit. I mean with all of those negatives they should almost just offer to fix this timing issue as a courtesy.

It's super easy to book, everyone is polite and helpful, they are reasonably priced and they complete the work promptly. I'm very satisfied with the level of service I receive every time I go there!

They did an amazing job! Very professional and kind!! I was so nervous about the price cause other mechanic told me it was the transmission, they said there s nothing wrong with your transmission is only the battery! Thanks for being honest!!

Everyone there was amazingly nice. I can't thank them enough for how quickly they found the issues with my truck. They were able to order the parts and completed the repairs the same day the parts arrived. I was so impressed that I brought in my other truck for diagnostic as well because the check engine light had just come on. Thank you to everyone at Axton Automotive.

Finally a place I can trust!!! Love the service and the work done. I have an old van that should retire, but they've fixed it to go down the road for a lot longer now. It's nice to have peace of mind knowing that the work is done right. I would recommend Axton Automotive to anyone.
