Friendly guys and good work but not good at communication. I called several times to get an update on my truck that was getting a lift, after being told they would call me. After not receiving a call I called. I called about 5 times over four different days only to be told every time I get back to you and they never did. If you have a job needing to be done over a few days make sure you call and you are persistent other wise you won t get a call back.

Ran a nail over, called all the local chains and couldn t get the size I needed and or 2/3 week wait period. These dudes got them in 2.5 days. 325/30/19s got me back on the road and I am pumped! Thanks- Andrew.

The only wheel and tire shop around that could confidently mount and balance my 24x14s, I called many shops before that said they could mount this size but ended up saying they couldn t once they saw the offset, I m glad I found this shop and no questions asked they got it done! Definitely recommend this place for all wheel and tire needs!

Always willing to offer competitive pricing ! I enjoy the selection of wheels.. .. I always choose these guys over everyone else ! Great pricing great credit options... just be willing to take a little more time. Not as much overhead(employees) which keeps the pricing lower than the rest.

My wife does a lot of driving for her job (visitation supervisor) and she picked up a screw a few days ago. It was mostly holding and we have tires on order, but today it starting losing air fast and she needed a solution quick. She limped over to West Coast Wheels and Tires and they fixed it fast! We're talking under an hour and for no fee. We would have been happy to pay for a fix under the circumstances. Well done West Coasts Wheel and Tires. We appreciate your help today. Just a side note, Les Schwab told us a few days ago it couldn't be saved which is why we were trying to make hold out till the new tires come.

Absolutely love this place.. everyone working here is super nice and I always feel good after spending money with them.. they do quality work in a timely manner, have quality products and guarantee their work.Most of the negative reviews I'm seeing here are from people complaining their quotes for sexy tires and wheels is too high,.. sounds like they're living outside their car means.. boss up and be proud to pay people and businesses for quality service and products.Highly recommend this spot

Great customer service. I needed 2 new tires so I called Walmart and a lady walked me through the ordering process. They had to be shipped. She told me they would be able to put them on for me no problem and quoted me 5 dollars a tire. When I went to have them put on the man at the counter told me no, they do not do low profile. He was not helpful, he was rude and wouldn't even respond to the fact that I had been told they would be able to take care of me. I called tire shops in the area and we was quoted outrageous prices or was told there was no availability. When I called West Coast Wheels they were friendly and very helpful and were even able to work with me on the price. I greatly appreciate them and will never go anywhere else for my future tire needs.

This tire place is a joke I spent $2100 on rims and tires and had nothing but problems all they care about is your money and they put one of my tires on facing the wrong way which wore my tire out so quick to make a long story short they are very disrespectful when it comes to customers there is no waiting area and once you give them your money they will not own up to anything that is their mistake so if your gonna put rims on your car I would not purchase from here these people are the worst business I have came in contact with in a long time they will mess your day up and have you spending more on your car than you ever anticipated

I waited a few days to write this review to properly analyze the work done I had at West Coast Wheels and Tire. I should start by saying that they took me in as a walk in and were able to mount my out-of-ordinary setup when Firestone turned me away. I came with prepurchase rims and tires that I ordered myself. After the install, I took time cleaning the tires and rims to make sure no scrapes or incorrect mounting. Drove it everyday for a few days to make sure no shaking or improper balancing. I even did a burn out today. Everything seems to be fine and I'm very happy. They even complimented the fitment on my vehicle. They treated me like the homie. Thanks!

I called 3 different tire places to plug my flat tire. They were the only one who were available to do it immediately. Fast and friendly and only cost $15. Will def come here again for tire needs.

Walk in last Saturday inquiring for rims and tires, got lucky they got the rims in the size i wanted in stock. We had to order the tires which is not a big issue. Came back Monday and got it fitted, had to wait for a few hours since I ask for wheel alignment also. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Will definitely come back

Love these guys I own 5 vehicles and over the past 5 years I have gotten all my wheels and tires from these guys, good group of guys and always supper nice even with my last purchase of tires about 3 months ago always seen people to them

Got some 20 s from them. Looked good. Leaving place noticed a huge vibration at higher speeds. After a week I got it back in to have them check it out. They said it was all good to go. Seemed better, BUT not fully vibration free. After going in a 3rd time I came to conclusion I just needed to take them off. As soon as switching to OE wheels, vibration completely gone. To add to their bad work, they only put 4 lug bolts on two of the wheels, their work was so bad when I took my car into a new wheel place they would not let me drive my car because they left lugs out, AND managed to strip my wheal bearing. I would never recommend this place to anyone which is unfortunate because I did like the wheels.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful to repeat customers. Told me the owner was on his way and he never showed. Brought 4 brand new tires from him and he didn't know that he did. Told me they didn't carry that brand. Customer Service is horrible. Now I know why they want cash all the time..

I ordered brand new wheels, tires, n lift kit. Also had them install the lift kit as well... HUGE MISTAKE!! They ordered the completely wrong kit for my truck n instead of ordering the correct lift kit, they opted to MAKE the incorrect kit fit! I wasn t even able to get alignment done they screwed up so bad. Added washers in places there shouldn t be washers, sway bar end links were missing, one thing after another. My entire front end was so over stressed my upper control arms started leaving a dent in my springs, I had to replace my entire front end one year later because all of my CV boots n tie rods tore n blew out. That s when I found how bad it really was, they actually cut off parts n brackets that are welded to the frame in order for the control arms to travel past the point allowed. I went in for almost a year trying to get in touch with the manager who was there everyday to take my money but never seemed to b around or available anymore. I jus got my quote from another shop to fix n replace what they did to my truck at it s going to cost me almost $4500 right before Christmas during Covid-19 quarantine. Thanks West Coast, merry Christmas

SA. Awesome people and good prices on tires. I ve been at that place a Few times for tires, repair and alignment. Very friendly and decently fast. The guys that work in the back are very respectful and work hard. I really appreciate the great service y all provided my family and I.

Bought new rims and tires; my only issue was the time it took to install. I thought it would be an hour at best. And they told me 45 minutes. It ended up taking 3 hrs because they had to go and get the tires. When I finally left, paid the bill...got less than a mile down the street the warning lights came saying my tires were flat. Went back and they had not reset the tire gauge. And they didn t know how; had to go on line to figure it out. That added another 30-45 minutes to the 3hrs I was there!

Unprofessional and it seemed to take a lifetime to get a quote. I had $1200 cash I was willing to spend and they let it walk right out the door LOL. Ended up finding the wheels and tires I wanted for $400 as a used set off OfferUp, still in great condition. Westcoast Wheels &Tires quoted me $1500 for the exact same wheels and tires, plus it would've taken 3 days to have them shipped from California. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and not be overcharged by this place I don't know how this place has been around so long LOL.

I was looking for a 2 inch lift for my Infiniti and I was quoted almost $900 and that's not including the parts. I'm sure they do great work but that's too much!

So I stopped by there a few months ago and picked out a set of rims for my 05 mini cooper. I went back two weeks ago and the guys special ordered my rims for me. The rims came in on time and they got me all squared away. So on Friday I got a nail in one of my tires and I called and asked if they could fix it and they said swing on by so I did. I was there in five min and back on the road in 10So I give these guys a great review. Yes they may be a little ruff around the edges but if you plan ahead then they are very helpful.Thanks

The guys are really nice and good prices! Even though OnTrac didn't deliver all four tires as promised on time, I was able to have one of the guys at the front desk call them and pick up the tire at the warehouse. Thank you!

In and out quickly. I had tires delivered there from tire buyer. Went in as soon as they arrived,mounted balanced-alignment at a fair price i would highly recommend this place. Over all my experience was excellent.

This place promises so much but pruduces so little. They get to you when they feel like it and show you no kind of customer service attention. They get to your car at their pace (which is very slow) and don't seem professional. If you want a quality job done on a nice car that you care about I would NOT recommend you go hete.
