My 2019 Tundra TRD pro got a new custom wheel wrap and I couldn t be happier with the communication, design and punctuality from the crew at NW Crafted. Considering the caliber of work they do and the vehicles they customize I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else in the nation or world for that matter. Thank you !!

The driver's seat and armrests in my BMW had seen much better days, and Northwest Crafted came to my rescue. Jordan spent time with me to make sure to find the perfect OEM leather match and he totally nailed it. He recovered all the areas I needed and the results are fantastic. He also went above and beyond to fix slider mechanism in the seat. It's like sitting in a brand new car...from 2007! I will send my friends and family here first - they are sincerely the best around.

I have 3 Audis and NW Crafted has done work on all 3. Jordan and team are great to work with and take their craft seriously. Delivering on promises is something many small shops have issues with, not the case with NW Crafted.Quality takes time but they do not leave you hanging when you have a project with them.

This young soul company is such a pleasure to work with. I first met the Father & son team when I started my restoration of my Dad's 1966 Ford F100. I commissioned them to rebuilt my front bench seat. Jordan found the OEM matching material and suggested we duplicated the Ford emblem embroidered in middle of the back.of the seat. This made the diffence of it looking like a seat cover to a custom upholstery job. I recently had them put in the stock headliner, dash pad and a hood liner to complete my restoration that I couldn't seem to complete. I'm so glad I had them do it. They did a fantastic job!

Northwest crafted just helped me finish my custom interior on my A4 B7 and ohhh boy it turned out amazing. I recently traveled to Seattle and was able to see some of their work and that was it! I had to have Northwest Crafted help me with my interior. Even tho I was located on the East coast Jordan was able to match the leather and stitch to my seats perfectly. And install was a breeze with the detailed instructions and easy communication throughout the built. Jordan knew I wanted something custom but subtle that would match the rest of the interior and my expectations were exceeded. Thanks again @Northwest Crafted interiors to help me getting my interior ready in time and for helping me getting best interior award @ First Class Fitment!

There's a reason why you see a perfect 5 star review here with over a hundred ratings (many more to come, I'm sure).I was originally in contact with Jordan because I saw some pieces he had done on social media and wanted to inquire about some work for a later date. I had ended up at a car show where our vehicles were parked right beside each other. It's very obvious when you see how meticulous his vehicle is and how he speaks about his craft that he genuinely cares. This isn't the place to go to get stuff rushed. This is where you go when you want to sleep at night knowing you're going to get an incredible finished product.Jordan had wrapped my headliner of my (very custom) Audi TT RS in Alcantara and installed a provided "starry night" kit into it as well. The visors were also wrapped and beautifully stitched.Jordan turned this work around significantly faster than I thought (which never happens from any shop in my experience). The quality is insanely good, and while I don't have high quality pictures to add here, please just check *any* of his social media to see how good his work is.Price wise: When I originally spoke with Jordan he gave me a ballpark quote. When I saw him at that car show he realized the surface area was much smaller and he adjusted his estimate again. At pickup, Jordan let me know that things moved faster than he thought and the job took less time. The resulting price was much less than we originally discussed. So this isn't to say Jordan is cheap, this is to say he's honest. Find me another shop like this. I'll be waiting.I'm very eager to bring my car back to have the trunk display repaired. I know I'll be in excellent hands.

Such a great experience to work with them on a seat repair. There was a tear in my seat that kept expanding and I reached out by phone. They asked me to text over a photo and gave a price quote within a few minutes. Went by to color match and they ordered materials and set appointment. Dropped off my car early and they finished same day. Job looks amazing, price was reasonable, quality is fantastic, and they are super easy to do business with. I hope my seats live a long life - but if I ever need anything done on my interior again - they will be my first and only call!!!

I recently had NW Crafted perform upholstery work on a steering wheel for my Porsche 991 GT3. I wanted the steering wheel re-wrapped in black leather, with a lava orange 12 o'clock marker stripe, and lava orange deviated stitching to match the existing lava orange alcantara seats in the car.I worked with Jordan, who was excellent at every step of the project. He helped find the right leather and stitching color match for the Porsche OEM lava orange alcantara, which was challenging as it is an in-between orange/red color. He also figured out how to get the specialty leather expedited to his shop. He remained in close communication throughout the whole recovering process and let me know as soon as it was ready for pickup.The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent. The leather wrapping is smooth and wrinkle-free, the stitching is straight and symmetric, and the leather seams are symmetric relative to each other and to the hub and arms of the steering wheel.Not only was the quality of the work top-notch, the turnaround time was incredibly quick -- from drop-off to pick-up in about a week and a half, including sourcing the hard-to-find leather.The folks that I interacted at the shop were all courteous, welcoming, respectful, and fun to chat with.I am completely satisfied with my experience with NW Crafted and will be returning to them for any future upholstery work.

Northwest Craft Interiors makes the best interiors in the PNW period. They did the complete interior of my R35 GTR with black italian napa leather, black/red alcantara and red hexagon stitching. I gave them some guidelines and very little supervision and they hit it out of the ballpark. 5/5 Stars. Highly Recommend. A+IG: @omgzila_gtr

I contacted Northwest Crafted Interiors for the repair of my upholstery in my pick up truck. There was a tear in the drivers seat and it was getting bigger and bigger with foam spilling out. Every time I got In the truck I was reminded that my 15 year old pick truck was aging. I got one price estimate that was quite high and called Northwest for an estimate. Jordan gave me a great price and was so professional and personable I felt very confident with awarding him the project. Well a picture is worth a thousand words. Check out the before and after. Not only did he complete the repair quickly but the end result was impeccable. He replaced the worn fabric and restored the worn out foam and now I feel like I have a new truck again. I highly recommend Jordan for you automotive upholstery work - he s a winner!

Being totally honest I wasn t expecting a ton when I first contacted NW Crafted. I have used several upholsterers over the years and whenever they are the only ones in town they tend to skate by not having to try as hard. I was wrong.In fact, not only was I blown away by the quality of their work which met my exacting standards but also their communication skills and ability to keep to the schedule they promise are an incredibly rare find in the industry.To top it off they are all genuinely nice people which makes all the encounters very smooth and pleasant. Along those lines their pricing is very much within industry standards.Highly recommended!

They fixed the foam on my work truck seat and replaced the cover in less time and and less money then they originally quoted me! Amazing work! These guys have multiple bigger and more impressive restoration projects going on so the fact that they could squeeze my small project in is really something special. Will recommend and definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I can t say enough good things about these guys. I think the best part about working with NW Crafted is their consistent communication, which is something that is so rare these days.The quality of the work speaks for itself. I brought a set of beat up old seats to them and they look brand new.I ll definitely be getting more work done in the future.

Met these guys at a car show, liked their work and was able to have them order me some color matched carpeting for my Golf R for a project I was doing. Got the supplies within a few days. Great price, super friendly.

I worked with Jordan at Northwest Crafted to have new door and wall cards made for my 35-year-old Mazda. Their workmanship is amazing and they really captured what I wanted in the new pieces. If you are serious about upgrading the interior of your car, I'd recommend talking to these folks.

Been around these guys for all my life. Seen the work they have done for others and for me and its one of a kind. The interiors they do are art. They are gorgeous works and will do the best you will see in your entire life. Even with my old seats they fixed em up beautifully and made them better than new and gave me excellent customer service. For anyone wanting a new interior or seat or any work go to Crafted. They are THE BEST out there. Whatever dream you have for your car, Scott, Jordan, and Westin are the ones to build it for you

They did a great job replacing the leather trim on the instrument panel top and also leather trim on the rear roll over strut caps on my 2016 Ferrari California T.Very nice people, very professional and very easy to work with.Highly recommended.

Northwest Crafted Interiors is a great business to work with. They carefully listen to your needs and make your ideas come to life. The quality of the work is second to none and I was extremely impressed when my seats arrived, especially since they traveled from Washington to Connecticut! I will recommend anyone who asks to NW Crafted!

Brought in my 2014 GLK350 to repair the driver's side seat cover. The wing of the seat was cracking due to wear and tear. NW Crafted Interiors is a family-owned business and Jordan picked up the phone on the first ring. He got me on the schedule within a few days and their prices were extremely reasonable. Great operation and shop. I am very happy with the result of their work. I would highly recommend them.

My son had the seat for his E30 repaired here. The drivers side seat bolsters and cloth had holes worn through after 30+ years of use.The crew at NW Crafted did an amazing job and at a very fair price.Jordan was a pleasure to work with and we will continue to do all of our business here.

The whole team at NW Crafted were absolute rockstars.I had my Audi RS6 steering wheel reupholstered in a few different kinds of leather. I m across the country and needed matching products the guys sent me countless samples pictures of different shades of leather in different lighting and next to one another so that I knew exactly what I was getting.I requested my steering wheel be made thicker and when the concern of the heated wheel element came up, they advised based on their professional opinion that I avoid the added thickness. That s less money to them and they recommended the best practice .these are guys that care about the quality of the job. Professional doesn t do these guys justice. All around great to deal with virtually and I d highly recommend them again and to anyone! You re in great hands.

Scott and Jordan's is on another level. They represent a level of integrity and craftsmanship that isn't seen often anymore. Will never deal with any other upholstery shop ever. Save yourself alot of time and energy and go to Crafted! You won't be disappointed.

Being a car enthusiast with an eye for perfection I wouldn t hesitate to bring any project to Northwest Crafted. Jordan and his father simply do the best work in the country and can be counted on to deliver a perfect product. The materials they use are of the highest quality and they can basically source anything you can think of. Jordan built me a custom air tank wrap for my trunk that perfectly matches the interior colors of my car. I can t say enough about the quality of work Crafted does. Thanks guys!

If I could give 100 stars, I would!!! If great communication and quality work are what you are looking for, look no further. Jordan at NW Crafted has completely changed the way the interior of my car looks. He reupholstered my carbon fiber steering wheel to match my Audi s Magma Red interior, and also customized my door cards, arm rests and shift boot. I m obsessed with how everything came out! The attention to detail and quality of material is insane! NW Crafted also made me a custom travel/detail bag that matches my car! All of the items I received from NW Crafted get so many compliments! I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get custom upholstery work to contact NW Crafted!

Jordan and the team here do amazing work. He redid my door cards and a few other pieces inside my car in a beautiful double diamond stitch in a caramel color. Really made my interior pop.Stitching and edge work was perfect. And he was really good about responding and updating me as each piece was being done. He even gave me some ideas to set a couple pieces of my interior apart from others I ve seen.Definitely recommend and will be going back with any upholstery needs that I have in the future.

Jordan and his team does beautiful work and pays great attention to detail. He is always communicating about what s next on the project and won t continue till we are on the same page. He s currently working on my custom interior and headliner on my 2012 Ford Fusion. Very honest and fair on pricing, and does custom and one off projects! Highly recommend.

Northwest Crafted has been my go to for any interior work/restoration on my older European vehicles. I ve had multiple steering wheels re trimmed, as well as 3 full headliner jobs, with a bunch of smaller items trickled in there. Every single item is top notch, I can t recommend Northwest Crafted enough!
