Joe and the team did awesome!!! They replaced the front and back windshield on our old dentside. Windshields were original to truck, 47 years old! Joe took care of the rust and reinstalled the new glass. I will come back with any future vehicle needs.

Deleted old review (my choice)I still think you should look into Apple Pay for your customers benefit and if you don t offer it, don t show it on your Point of sale system that sits right there on desk facing customers.The adventure we had when getting work here was a rollercoaster of issues. It got out of hand quickly but I admit it was both sides. Honestly no hard feelings though. I can see you are passionate about your business and the work you do.You have admitted the wrong doing of your shop and you have been willing to make it right. So I will leave this review with a 3 star instead of the original 1 when I was angry.Always room for improvement though. Once I get it fully fixed (hopefully tomorrow), I will adjust this review accordingly and add that ending experience.See you tomorrow Joe!Update 1/17 @ 4pmProud and happy to say it is fixed and looks great. Called to get an Accent 1/4 panel window quote. They didn't have the window, but he said he'd look for one for us. He did and called me back, but I had found one at the junk yard for cheaper. We picked the window up in the morning, and they were able to fit me in at 3, after calling at 2pm. They had it done in about an hour. Looks great.

This is a great little shop. They got my truck in 15 minutes early and I was out in less than 40 minutes. The lobby is clean, nicely decorated and there s a coffee and snack bar. Also the guys are all cordial and laid back while still working quickly. My new windshield is in and held up perfectly for the trip home.On another note, my wife had the same great experience with one suggestion of adding a changing table in the bathroom. While there today I noticed Joe actually did it! This company cares about their business and it shows. Hopefully I don t need more glass anytime soon but if I do I ll be going to Joe s.Thanks crew!

Called for pricing on a chip repair and was told no appointment needed, $70 + tax, quick 10-15 min repair time. I came in a few days later, around noon on a weekday, and things were just as expected and then some.The shop was busy with two other repairs in the works, the phone was pretty busy, and the guy at the desk was handling it all politely and efficiently. The lobby was impressive with toys and books for kids, varieties of kcups for coffee and tea, water and snacks. Restroom in the lobby as well.Before I was done paying for the chip repair, it was already completed! Impressed, relieved, and painless. The chip itself was less than the diameter of a quarter but close to it, we'll see if the repair holds up with the upcoming colder temps, but from first glance it looks a lot better than before!

Thanks to the quick and handy work of Joe's Glass Co., our outreach program is back on the road to serve our community. The van was dropped off at the shop on the 28th for replacement of the rear window, passenger front window, and the windshield. On the 29th, by the end of the day, the van was completed, and we picked up the van on the 30th. We will definitely be referring them to everyone we know.

We bought a used car and it had a broken windshield we needed fixed quickly. We called several shops, and Joe was fantastic. He gave us a competitive price, and was able to squeeze us in same day, even though we called in the afternoon. He and his team were friendly, efficient, and did a great job.I completely recommend Joe and his team and would come back again with no hesitation should the need arise.

I had such a wonderful experience with them. Somebody broke into my car with there yesterday morning and I called Joe's glass and they were able to fix it within an hour. They even vacuumed all the glass out of my car. Highly highly recommended.

I was traveling from Colorado to Granite Falls, Washington to work on the estate of my brother who had passed away when the window regulator on the driver's side of my Ford E-450 Motorhome went out with the window almost all the way down. This was problematic with the rain and the inability to secure the vehicle when I was away from it. I called one of the National Chain Automotive Glass stores and they had me set up I appointment only to be told when I got there that they couldn't get the window regulator and would not work on it. Then someone told me to call Joe's Glass in Everett.Joe's Glass Company was absolutely AMAZING! I spoke to a great young man Zach on the phone who was friendly and concerned about my problem. He said he would try to locate the part and would call me back as soon as he could, but with it being close to 5:00 he said it may be early the next moring before he would know. Sure enough, first thing in the moring he called to say he had located the part and said they would work to fit me in that day if it worked for me. He set an appointment for 3:00 pm to be sure I had enough time to travel to their shop, and I got there early, (about 1:30 pm).They were busy with other scheduled appointments coming in, but made me feel welcome and valued. They had a nice office and comfortable waiting area for customers which was much appreciated. Knowing my appointment wasn't until 3:00 pm I walked to a nearby restaurant for a meal. Imagine my surprise when I recieved a call from Zach a little over an hour later to tell me my vehicle was finished and ready for me to pick up!What outstanding professional service I received and they were so very friendly and appreciative of my business! This level of service and professionalism has become a rarity it seems in today world, but was how Joe's Glass does business. Everyone that I saw coming in and leaving received the same quality care and compassion that I recieved. I even was thanked personally by Joe himself for allowing them to work on my vehicle.What great people and what a professional business. This is what make America great...the Small Businesses that make all the difference, in their quality service, contributions to their communities, and compassion for their customers. Here's the invoice for the glass repair job done on my car by/from this company. They were courteous, gracious, kind and thorough, as well as kind enough to advise me to not get my car washed for 48 hours after the repair. Would recommend.

The guys were great. They offered to get me in the same day I called. I had an obscure leak that I thought was coming out of the back window of my pickup truck but they ruled that out and figure it out where the leak was coming from and fixed it right away. No extra charge. If I have any other problems with any of my cars I definitely will go back. I highly recommend them

Been here twice now for a windshield replacement. These guys are FAST and quality experience was very easy and the staff is great. Was in and out in less than a half hour today I was mind blown. Was told by a buddy to go here and Ill be recommending them to all my other friends!

I needed a new sunroof and Joe s Glass was the best price. Joe s outstanding customer service provided me a great price on the glass, with prompt ordering and a delivery. Installation time was about 15min. A great team of guys there. Thanks!!!

I came into Joe s Glass to fix a leaking windshield on my Toyota pickup. Joe and his team not only took great care of my truck, but they talked options with me, they have fair pricing, and a comfortable waiting area to sit in while your car is getting fixed. I sat in the waiting area talking with Joe about business, cars, etc etc for the better part of an hour.Great staff, great pricing, and great work quality.I would absolutely recommend my friends and family to come into Joe s Glass for any automotive glass needs they have - and if I need more work done in the future in my next vehicles, I ll be back here again without a doubt.Service: Auto windshield leak repair

Last week on Monday my wife and I dropped her car off at Joe's glass company for a Tuesday morning replacement windshield. They said it takes a little over an hour to install.On Tue I hear nothing from Joe's glass, so I make a call to them at 3:30pm to see if I could come and pick the vehicle up. Joe's tells me the glass they tried to install was wrong so they had to order another one. Ok well why no phone call telling us they will need the vehicle another day?So Wednesday same exact scenario. No call from Joe's. So I call at 4pm and get the same story I got on Tuesday. Now they are going to order the factory glass. I was told the would receive the glass on Friday. No call on Friday. I called at 4:10pm and am told the glass just showed up but they don't have time to install it. They have had my wife's car since Monday afternoon. With that being said we didn't pick the car up until the following Monday.This is the worst customer service I have ever received.To boot there is drips of some kind of clear sticky (glue of some kind) blobs all over her car. She noticed right away because it's on her rear window. After looking at her car there is blobs from front to back.This is honestly ridiculous.Total lack of customer service and respect of other people's property. I have attached photos. Unfortunately most pictures it was too hard to see. So I couldn't attach all of them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had a fantastic experience with Joe's Glass when I needed to replace my windshield. Their service was prompt, professional, and efficient. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience. The new windshield looks flawless, and I feel much safer on the road now. I highly recommend Joe's Glass for their top-notch service and exceptional workmanship!

I give them 4 out of 5, window replacement went great but they couldn't get it to roll up/down when they finished. Had to take it to Toyota to get the window switch "initialized" in order for it to work correctly. Joe and his team are professional and did extra work to try to get it done right, so I applaud their effort. I will def come back because he was honest and explained everything to me.

Shattered my windshield and everywhere else around quoted me at least $150 over what these guys charged me. Not only that but they were able to get me in the same day within a few hours of when I called. Whereas everyone else was at least a week out. I brought my car in and they had it in and out within 45 minutes. Great customer service quick and Speedy I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a fast and affordable windshield replacement.

Highly recommend. They had my Lincoln back glass(big job) done while I waited. Professional, on point, and reliable. The owner was super cool, and staff was very friendly. I will def be going back for my windshield replacement next, and recommend to everybody with glass help, or needs to go to Joe.

Appointment was made, car went in on time, it was suggested it would take about an hour and they delivered on time. This including cruise and lane keeping assist calibration. The nice touch that I really wasn't expecting was that before they were done they took the time to scrape off the old double sided tape on my dashcam mount and put on a new piece so it was ready to go.Would recommend.

Needed a new windshield for an 80s Volvo 240, they know the car and gave me a newer (better) windshield. Excellent service, exceeded expectations. I went to drop the car off the night before and they did the work before I even left, same day.

My car was vandalized and the back left window was shattered! I called this place and got a same day appointment. They were quick to fix my car and did a pretty good job .car is as good as new . If I could give 10 starts i would ! I also got a free coffee

I went there for work on the windshield. After that, I saw that there was some damage due to the repair work. The mirror was loose and not properly fixed to its right place. The interior was also damaged. So I called them and the representative was very rude. They not only mistreated me but also asked me to come next week which was too late for me. Unfortunately, in my experience, I did not find the staff to be responsible when it comes to dealing with the customers. Their unprofessional attitude is forcing me to write this review.

They were very quick and it was a good experience!! They replaced my windshield and were super flexible with scheduling and were still able to fit me in after being a couple minutes late :)) they also made sure to re-stick my good to go pass and my mileage sticker on the windshield for me and I m super happy with the service. Joe's Glass did a great job replacing our broken in car window. Not only were they 20-25% less expensive than others I called, they were able to get us in the same day and had us back on the road within an hour. Not only did they fix the window, they vacuumed up all of the glass in the car, as well as completely removing the door panel and ensuring that there wasn't anything left in the door to rattle around.Super polite and professional, I can't recommend them enough if you need me glad for your car.
