I've always liked Les Schwab but when I reluctantly agreed to wait 2-3 hours for new tires and then it takes 5� hours.... Who would want to wait ANYWHERE for 5� hours. I felt like they where just stacking the cars to fill there day and not being honest with me about the real wait time. If I had been able to leave and go about my day and come back later, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but I was stuck there. Everybody's time is valuable, I feel like they owe me a discount. I still like Les Schwab services but that day waiting 5� hours is unacceptable!In store at 10:40am and left at 4:15pm!

So this is the second time this has happened first time I didn't complain, but now I am! My husband brought in a trailer tire, needless to say we needed a new one, so they kept the rim, told my husband they would have it done in 2 hours so wait for a call, (we did) no call.... it's already the next day, my husband went in this morning to get the tire assuming it was done and perhaps they forgot to call, NOPE instead they completely forgot about the tire and didn't even start on it, (150$) and you couldn't even knock off a few bucks for the incompetence! Thisplace is the worst.

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon after getting a flat tire on our drive up to Crystal. The staff was so friendly here and was able to help plug the original tire & get us back on the road within an hour. Les Schwab for the win!

I want to start this off with the fact that I have been a customer of Enumclaw Les Schwab Tires since 2016, relying on them for any tire issues and tire change-overs in the winter time as a commuting-college student.My most recent experience made me want to stop my business with this location all-together. I went in to get my tires swapped over to my studded tires at the beginning of November, and when it came time to pay, I was told by a technician that my front brake pads had about 30 days left on them until I seriously needed to get them replaced. He also shared that he could do them same-day, for $380, because they had the parts on hand. I will admit, the salesman Caleb was extremely helpful in getting me some water, when the sticker shock of a $100 service totaling out to $500 (don t forget the tire swap I originally came in for) became a little too real. After consulting with my father, I decided to decline the additional servicing of my brake pads, although it seemed to be important that I get them done as soon as possible. When I got home, my father proceeded to remove both front tires and inspect them for himself, and determined that my brake pads were fine, and had about a year s left of life on them. Not only did we discover Les Schwab was trying to scam a young woman out of $400, but we also discovered that they didn t even do the job of securing the drivers side tire, as the lug nuts came off quite easily.HERE IS THE KICKER: When my father went in next day to confront this store, they indicated they did no such thing, said no such thing about the brake pads, and that I, the paying customer was LYING. Disgusted with my experience, probably won t ever return.

Enumclaw Les Schwab has long been the best schwab location. This still holds true to this day. Great customer service, and quality work. This is the only location I'll go to.. super duper everyone.

1st off I didn t have a appointment and 2nd kaylee s customer service is above and beyond. 3rd I appreciate Steve s honesty! 1st time here and it was a amazing experience.

I went in for a tire repair, and they left the ignition on draining the battery which killed the alternator in my truck. Went back and they refused to fix the damage that they caused or even acknowledge they were at fault.

This is an odd review, because I didn't go to the Enumclaw Les Schwab. My wife and I were camping more than an hour south of Burns Oregon, and as we pulled into the campground one of our tire's was punctured by a rock. We had no spare, so I walked around the campground asking if anyone had a tire repair kit.Chris, the manager of the Enumclaw Les Schwab, happened to be in the campground. He graciously donated nearly an hour of his time to help us patch our tire so that we could run back to Burns. Not only that, but he called the Burns Les Schwab to talk them through what he'd done and what they needed to do to make a permanent repair. Because of that, they were waiting for us when we arrived, and had the tire repaired in about twenty minutes.Chris was absolutely a life saver. If he is that good when he's on vacation, I can't imagine how great he must be when he's actually on the clock.

I have been amazed more than once by the great customer service here! So often (especially in automotive related dealings) if a woman is on her own asking questions, she is talked down to, or up-sold unnecessary things. This shop has literally talked me out of things I don't need yet! Today Cody went above and beyond explaining things to me, showing me my options, and no matter what silly question I threw at him - he was smiling and polite. Les Schwab may cost a bit more than some other places, but the service, warranty and roadside help are worth it in my book!

The folks at this store go above and beyond to help me whenever I need something. I cannot recommend them enough. They have helped immensely with personal vehicle and work vehicles. They always get me right back on the road and go out of their way to make sure they have what I need.

Thank you!! great customer service.I picked up a nail as I was heading out from mount Rainier, they were able to fix it and get me on my way in an hour; they also waived the charge.Great experience!

The gold at the end of the rainbow! The workers were helpful and nice as always. I appreciate their free brake checks....I was having a problem with one of mine, and they looked into it for me. It ended up being my CV joint leaking onto my brake, and since that isn't something they can fix, there was no charge.

Chris went above and beyond to help me when I had a flat tire in a very remote area inside Mount Rainier National Park. I called the store early morning before their opening time and Chris took the call. He assured me that if I am able to get my car towed to their store he will be able to either repair or replace the flat tire and get me on the way. His willingness to help and assurance greatly helped me in a fairly stressful situation. After I had my car towed to the store, Chris and his technician Hunter inspected and figured out it can't be repaired. Chris did not try to sell me new tires which are different brand and have different patterns, instead he came up with a creative solution finding a used tire that would allow me to drive home then finding an identical tire for replacement. I really appreciate their help and would wholeheartedly recommend them!

While going the "scenic" route to Mt. Ranier, I heard a whoosh while riding on unpaved road. Fortunately, the tire had a leak and was not flat. Road workers were no help so we decided to head toward civilization. And we kept putting in air with a portable inflator until we reached Les Schwab in Enumclaw. There were a lot of cars ahead of us but they finally were able to patch our tire. A young man with earrings was very helpful and told me that they had seen a few similar cases from people traveling to Mt. Ranier. Thank you so much for what you did!!!

5 stars service. We had a flat tyre and even though they were very busy with lots of customers, our tyre was fixed & we were back on the road in no time. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

I've been in the automotive industry for about 10 years and some of my friends will scoff at Les Schwab, but I've honestly had nothing but excellent experiences with them, at multiple locations. This one is no exception. Friendly and efficient service. Plus, they didn't charge me for my alignment because they were only able to do the front, which, honestly, was all I was actually worried about. After way more time and money than my car is worth into making it what i want it to be, this was the last puzzle piece to it being safe and reliable again and it drives way better now. They didn't have to do that, but I really appreciate that they employ the same standards of service that I would extend to any of my customers.

This place just has the best group of people working here. Everyone is super kind and friendly! They re all great at explaining things and constantly go above and beyond the bare minimum of what needs to be done because they really do want to help you out with your car. I know it s their job to fix the cars and tires but you can tell they all just as people genuinely want to help. I don t think there has ever been a time where I ve come here and haven t greeted by just the friendliest people. This is my go to place for tire repairs and such!

We had trouble with a leaking tire that had been repaired by another shop a month before. They repaired it on a Saturday without an appointment. Got us back on the road.

This is the most effective car assessment and garage place I have ever been to. Though a bit high on prices they do their job as they promise. Perfect and friendly staff who explains in detail what your car needs. They also give a warranty that I know many places don't. Thank you Le Shawn for a good job on my car.

My experience at this Tires Les Schwab location was above and beyond great service. I rolled in expecting to need a tire replacement for a flat only to find out there were more serious issues at hand that needed immediate attention and resolution. All this was 40 mins before their closing. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They worked quickly to order parts I needed to have replaced and stayed after hours to ensure that the necessary fixes were completed so that my car was safe to drive again. Thanks to their amazing service we made it back to Seattle quickly on a time crunch.I don't know the names of all the gracious people who made it a priority to help us out, but I'd like to say a special thanks to John, Tim, Paul and everyone else who was part of the team that worked on my car to get us back in good shape. The work ethic here is outstanding. Thank you all so very much!

I bought the tires from this location, but I had a pretty big bolt in one of the tires. They fixed it and rotated my tires all for free! Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. I will continue going to that location even though there's another one in the town I live in.

Got new struts and shocks on my Ram truck today. Work done in a timely manner. Have used their tires on several vehicles. Their tire guarantee is the best- free rotations, free flat repair. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Highly recommend.

I have never been turned away from these guys! I love them so much! I pulled up not realizing it was after they closed, but they were more than happy to help patch my tire! For free! Thank you so much Enumclaw Les Schwab!!
