I wouldn't recommend this place I am giving them 2 stars because they were nice. First 2 times I came in with an appointment right when they opened and waited inside the waiting room for 5 hours with a toddler was hell. The next time I asked if they could drop my daughter and I off since we live so close by which was nice but it still took 6 hours. Also the people who do the oil changes its like they font care about there work at all. They spilled oil all over engine and now it has been smelling with oil fumes. Now I'm going to have to take my car to a detailing shop to get all the oil that was spilled out of the engine. I am disappointed to say the least.Service: Oil change

Patrick Kelley helped us buy our new car. We knew what we were looking for when we got there and didn't feel any pressure from him. He was extremely professional, personable and helpful with any questions that we had. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend going in and seeing him.

I purchased my vehicle about a week ago. My sales rep was Rick K, and he was amazing and very easy to work with. I had absolutely no problems with him. If you must buy here, definitely ask for Rick K! He is a good, honest man. The dealership itself however, I do not recommend, and would advise buying at any other dealer. They were very stingy and not willing to work with me on standard things.I had asked for several standard repairs and did not negotiate the price on my new vehicle. It is a 2020 pre-owned Silverado that had some issues, missing floor mats, low fluids, low filter life, scratches and dents, etc. They refused to properly fix any of these issues because I negotiated an extra $250 out of my trade in vehicle, even though it is now posted for almost $6,000 more than offered during trade in. The only thing they did replace were the rotors since they were extremely warped. The service center employees were very nice when we had them replaced. Any of these other things would have been taken care of at any other dealership. For a used 2020 IN 2020 to have been sold with these problems after an apparent 150 point inspection is extremely disappointing! I had much higher hopes for Gamblin Motors, but was very let down with the overall experience. I have purchased a few vehicles in the past and this has been my worst experience. I do not plan toreturn for repairs, purchases, or recalls, and will find a new dealer in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Nathan purchasing our vehicle. He had lots of patience as I pestered him with endless questions and looked over multiple vehicles until I found the one! And then we had a good time talking with him while we waited for all the details to be finalized.

Purchased my Tahoe here in '06 & then moved to MT. Recently moved back to WA & brought it in due to a steering vibration. Was told I needed new front tires. They only had 7,000 miles on them. At the last full service, I waited there about 5 hours. Receipt said I needed a new air filter but declined it. No one asked me if I wanted a new air filter. Brought it back to get the air filter. I really wanted to trust this service dept. Guess I was spoiled with Karl Tyler service dept in Missoula.

Are negative stars a thing? My family was treated very nicely by the sales person at this place. The sales person came back and told us that our payments would not vary between a range which fit our budget. Due to Labor Day the finance person told us she was sorry and all banks were closed. Off we drove in our new Suburban. Fast forward a few days the finance woman- Kate Cooper calls me back to say that she can t actually get financing due to the mileage on the car and sometimes this happens? The car has 165000 miles on it. And she needs us to pay way out of range than what was quoted and what they led us on to believe was going to be the situation with Gamblin Chevrolet. We are dumping the car back off to them just as quickly as we came in to get it. Shady stuff going on here especially considering we have paperwork that states that our payments will be a certain amount but then a phone call stating they won t. Bad business for real! And believe me- I will post this and tell all of my friends.

Jason was very honest, down to earth and a breath of fresh air from most dealerships we ve been. I dread vehicle shopping due to the high pressure sales and games most dealerships play. Very thankful to buy our truck from this dealer and have Jason as our salesman. And they stayed late for us as we were a couple hours away and took the time to make sure everything was ready.

I worked with Gary Van Auken to get my new truck. He was fantastic to work with. He did everything he said he would and we got exactly what we wanted in our truck. Gary was definitely our advocate and looked out for what we wanted. He didn't try to push something we didn't want like other dealerships. I highly recommend call Gary for your next car or truck. Great Experience.

Me and my wife just purchased a 2014 Buick Regal from Scott and the team and for us the experience was low stress and comforting. They worked with us with our trade in and money down to help us get into a car we loved being first time buyers. Over priced for an oil change. Long wait time. Was quoted 30 min and it took them over 2 hours. I had to go back immediately after just to have the fluids topped which was quoted as included. Not worth it. Use ANY other service shop. Highly recommend cascade auto or the CJD service dept. Both have never let me down like this. What a waste of Time!

I keep saying, never again. Always new people and incredible slow. There are just far better places for an oil change. I like to take my Corvette to a Chevy dealership for oil changes, wish this one had a bit of consistency that was good, and not disappointing.

I cannot say enough good things about Gary VanAuken at Gamblin Motors in Enumclaw. I was looking online at new Buick Encores and he responded quickly. After several emails back and forth, we met to look at a car that I was interested in. Gary was so helpful and friendly, and he didn't push me into doing something that I was not ready for. I have purchased 3 cars from another local Chevy dealer, but never felt as comfortable or appreciated as I do with Gary. He is my go-to guy at Gamblin and I will definitely be communicating with him again. Thanks, Gary!

I have committed to purchase a 2018 Silverado Hd 3500 from these guys. They are pretty stubborn on price negotiations, listing above market value and barely leveraging on the cracked windshield I pointed out. They also offered me a very low value on my 2008 Subaru, $1,300. Nevertheless the service from Patrick Kelley feels honest and this is a good truck so I am buying here today. I have selected the dealer warranty option. I will leave a follow up to this review after 3 weeks to recap on any inconsistencies which other reviewers have mentioned.

Don t trust anything they say, they want you to believe that their cars are good and have been inspected by their mechanics, but it s totally not the truth. You will be on your own as soon as you leave out the door with no respectable services. I ve bought a car from them and and 2 weeks later the car had a few problem and I ve called them with no response on what they could do about and called back 3 weeks later and they said they can t do anything about it. Simple as that. There are some good car dealer around who stand behind their sold cars. Shop around.

They were nice and professional. I just spent 4k on a used as is vehicle haven't even owned it for one hour and the check engine light comes on. Kind of have the feeling they knew all along. I'll wait and see maybe the review will go down from here.

$642.00 for repairs and our car was returned to us the same way we left it with them. A week and a half and no repairs done.You would think they would have wanted to know why they couldn't repair it. A learning lesson they could have used in the future on someone else's car with the same issues. Instead they were more worried about being paid .Worst service ever. Only use this business if you don't want your car repaired.

I bought my Denali from this dealership over a year ago. Well this past june for no apparent reason my engine seized. The vehicle was running perfect when I got it & you wouldn't know anything was wrong 1 minute before it blew.I wasn't in a great position to buy an extended warranty at time of purchase & a $9000 6.2 engine needing replaced gave me in a ton of stress.I called Tyson & he did help me with $1000 towards the cost.I know it was used, and the dealership didn't owe me anything.Allthough this really sucked to have to deal with, I have a lot of respect for them for the help they gave me.Thank you Tyson & Gamblin Motors.Shawn Snow

Car was given a temporary fix as they didn't have the part needed to complete the repair. You would expect dealerships to do the job right and have the parts for the car that is their brand. I got charged about 180 for something that wasn't that value. When I took it to another shop, they laughed and felt bad that I had been swindled. They also forgot to call me back twice, despite saying they would. The only positive is they gave a free car wash and vacuum code to use.Service: Engine repair

Do not try to buy a Chevy here. We were working with Jack to purchase an awesome truck; when we tried to put money down, their printer didn t work and we made an appt to come back the next day. When we did, we were literally in the vehicle while Jack went to get the keys and another senior salesman came out not wearing a mask and approached me, while I was sitting in the driver s seat within 6 ft very forcefully. Thinking he had the keys, I stepped out and he pushed in front of me, and got in the car with my husband still sitting there. He said, this vehicle is sold. get out. And then drove away. When we confronted the manager, Amrik, he said, this is the business, this is Jack s first lost sale, as if this were the fault of our salesman for a broken printer and being unable to take our deposit the day before. Even so, there is NO excuse for the rude and sexist behavior of the older salesman, who knowingly bullied a woman test driver AND sold a truck out from under a younger colleague.

Don't contact this place about a vehicle. You will be harassed for weeks after you tell them you do Not wish to do business with them. Even there management will continue to contact you after being told to stop contacting you. Good luck Gamblin your 9 year old root beer brown truck is in such hight demand how dare some ask for a lower price on a such high demand vehicle.

We took our car for a repair got a call it was ready we picked it up they screwed my car. It started overheating they screwed our air conditioner when I make a right turn my car starts making a terrible noise. The worst people to deal with. Never again!!!
