I could never give enough credit to this business. Gary, my salesman, was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.I bought extras with this vehicle (mudflaps, tool box, cillajet, and extra protection for the front end paint), so I then headed over to see Chase, Ken, and Mike over in the service department. Chase was direct with me about expectations. The purchasing of aftermarket products went well with Ken. He took the time it needed to find the right parts for me. The vehicle rental process was a breeze during the work, There is NO question that I will be buying from them again. If you need a solid vehicle with a reliable staff to back it, go here.

We had been searching for a XT6 loaded with as many options as possible. We located a 2020 Sport on line at Gamblin Motors in Enumclaw, WA! I contacted salesman Jim Saenz by phone since we live over 300 miles away. He gave me complete and accurate details of the vehicle and even told us about a few paint chips so we weren t caught off guard. He sent extra pictures too! We drove over knowing the weather was possibly going to turn bad, but I didn t want to miss the opportunity to view this car. Jim had the car ready for our arrival and we immediately took an extended test drive. While purchasing the vehicle we had the opportunity to meet and visit with Mr. Alan Gamblin.On our way home the weather turned terrible and it took 7 hours to drive what normally takes 4 1/2. We had lots of time to thoroughly vet the vehicle and all it s options on the drive. It was everything Jim said it was and more! We had two minor issues/questions and Jim was quick to respond to my questions. The only big concern I had was in one of the fees charged and after an email and call to Alan Gamblin, it was completely corrected to our satisfaction. I believe Gamblin Motors is a great and honest dealership. I will do business with them in the future and recommend them to family and friends!

Patrick was super helpful and friendly! They helped us get the best deal with our vehicle and even stayed late beyond closing time for our purchase. Friendly veteran with some stories to tell and I felt like was just another family member helping me buy another car! Everyone here was friendly and supportive and I will always recommend this place to everyone I know.

I found what I was looking for on Art Gamblin Motors website with low miles. I called and spoke with Rick and he made it possible for me to take the vehicle to my husband in Tacoma to look at. When I arrived Rick had the car out front waiting for me, and charging it (Prius). From the moment I met Rick, I didn't feel on edge like he was going to try to hard sell me. He didn't try to sell me anything actually, he listened to what I asked for and gave it to me.I totally appreciate this experience coming from a family in car sales.I actually was able to let my guard down. I am confident that I got a very fair deal on a great car.

I bought a 2022 Chevy Bolt from Rick. He was responsive and helpful in answering my questions before arriving on the lot. It was a late evening when I finished the sale & did my trade-in. I called up Rick after dinner and closing when I noticed I didn t have the EV charger in the trunk. He came back to the lot to help no questions asked, so I could get on my way. I d work with him again.

I got what I needed in the end.They were quick to respond to communication, but they weren't necessarily helpful.They also didn't remove dealer sticker residue or put the license plate on for me in the end.They also try hard to upsell you on the warranty.

I flew in to purchase a 2022 Chevy Suburban with 13k miles after communicating extensively with Rick beforehand to solidify the deal. I have never been more disappointed in a dealership or sales experience. For $74k cash I left with a vehicle with multiple issues that were never disclosed to me. The car did not have 4 matching tires - I realized this after getting home and called the salesman to question this and he had no idea. How do you sell a $74k vehicle without doing a thorough inspection? Also upon getting home I realized none of the sensors for parking were working. I then call the salesman again and oh darn, he forgot to mention that to me it does in fact need a new sensor but it s on back order. Now I have to deal with taking my new vehicle to the shop in the city I live in (after waiting over 6 weeks) to get this backordered sensor installed. The car battery has died twice in the first two months of owning the vehicle, and I ve now had to deal with taking it in again to try and get the battery replaced. Lastly, as I was driving the car off the lot I realized the driver s side floor mat was missing. I had to turn around and go back and ask for it, which they were able to locate and give to me. If you want to have an extremely frustrating car buying experience then definitely come work with Gambling Motors. If you want ethical salesmen who do their due diligence, I suggest you shop elsewhere.

I have been searching for a new 1 ton truck for almost a year. Lots of dealers still wanted to hold onto covid prices and not work with customers on price. Or they would discount the truck but then add a bunch of accessories like pulse brake light, or cilajet, or first aid kits. anything to boost the price back with things added on before purchase. It was actually getting exhausting shopping for a new truck.Then I called Gamblin motors to inquire on a new truck, the price they had listed was fair so I made an appointment to go look at the truck. My salesperson Austin was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, easy to talk with etc. Test drove and liked the truck now came the dreaded part about trying to work a deal. To my surprise the following negotiation and delivery was probably one of if not the easiest and most pleasurable experiences I can remember having. No pre add on parts or services that I didn't want or needed.And I buy a new truck about every 3 years so I have had a few experiences. I can't stress enough what a great dealership and staff are at Art Gamblin motors.Thanks AustinDan K

This dealership will gauge you on the price, will not let you bargain on the price at all, does not care for used vehicles and most likely you will run into some sort of problem in just a few months if buying used. There is a reason that this dealership has received more one star reviews in the last year then 5 star reviews. If you are brown or any skin color other then white do not go to this dealership. Lastly, do not trust Morgan Torres he will give you the worst deal possible.

I had the pleasure of working with Savannah S. at Art Gamblin Motors Collision Center after my 2014 Cadillac Escalade was broken into while I was at work in Tacoma. Rick made the purchasing process very easy , told him exactly what I was looking for and wanting and he made it happen . I was able to show up and test drive the vehicle and then immediately start the purchasing process. Had me in out before I had to go work, best purchasing process I ve had . You should take what these people say with a grain of salt. I was speaking with a Sales associate about a truck through text and calls and he stated that the truck was 21987 and stated that it passed the safety inspection and had a fresh oil change. I stated that I wanted to be clear with expectations because I lived an hour and half away so it was a drive. Everything I stated I wanted he said was good. Upon arrival I was told that the asking price was 26767 so they can t go lower that the 21987, the driver headlight didn t work, and the oil gage stated that it had 60% oil life left. I had to put $300 automatically for the headlight, and an oil change and put gas in it right away to get home. I do love the truck and it is in great condition like he said. This was the only thing that was consistent and true in the 2 day conversation.

If I could leave them more stars I would. I wasn t with my Husband the night he bought our new Chevy Trax but he told me about his awesome experience. We were able to get our family car, despite not having enough credit or much money. Morgan I believe was the dealers name was great & got my growing family a bigger car that we love!Now for my personal experience with Kamryn Gee! We recently caught a flat & I brought our vehicle into be serviced because of our original contract that covered our tires. Long story short, when my Husband went to edit our contract the tire warranty had been removed & we were no longer covered. Kamryn could have made us pay the price but instead she was gracious & kind & took care of the repair free of charge. Thank you Kamryn for being awesome & giving me personally a great experience with Gamblin motors. I pray everyone has the experience we had! God bless & Merry Christmas folks!

I recently bought a 2015 Ram 2500 from Gamblin Motors. I found the truck online, and requested someone contact me. Austin answered my texts. I live in Indiana so they are 3 hours behind me. He was up very early answering my questions. He was super nice. He even texted me throughout the day on his day off. We reached a deal through text. I booked a flight and we flew there.He picked us up at our hotel close to the airport. The truck was ready to go for a test drive when we got there. He was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable.I've never bought a vehicle from out of state, let alone across the country. There was a bit of miscommunication about some of the paperwork to get the truck registered, but Morgan was very quick to reply and express mailed me the papers I needed.The truck did great on the 33 hour, 2600 mile drive home. It was quite the experience, and I'm very pleased with my new truck!

We bought a used kia soul and it had some problems that neither my self or the dealer could have known what was going to happen , but when I called the sales man(Austin great guy!) 3 days after our purchase when I let them all know what happened with the car (let s just say an expensive repair) the Manager asked me what I was quoted by kia (who were not friendly at all) and then told me to bring it to them and then replaced and did all work on their dime ! And gave me a loaner to boot! They didn t want any customer to feel that they did a bad job !That s what small town dealers are ! Part of the community they work in and I appreciated going out to that small town and purchasing the car there , I could have gone 10 mins away to find a car but big cities don t care like Gamblin motors did! Thank you to all the people who helped us out !

Editing my review as of 7/21/22 to 5 stars...I took car to get oil change at my mechanic as I noticed oil was low and dirty thinking to myself,, why wasn't this changed? In the midst of them removing the oil plug, they noticed the threads in the oil pan were stripped (even showed me) and tried to softly replace the plug (no wrenching) and it would not tighten. They also showed me that my rear shock was leaking, also something that should have been caught in pre sale inspection. Anyways, I called Patrick, my sales person and advised him of these things.. Long story short,, I worked with their service manager, Carl (super nice and communicative) and the dealer is replacing my shock and reimbursing me for the oil pan and oil change since it had only been a little over a qeek of owning the pre owned car. I am extremely satisfied on how this was handled...thank you for your professionalism and taking care of the customer......Original 4 star review-Super nice, very responsive and quick to get financing done. However, was promised a detail on the car i purchased as I jumped on buying it before they had time to detail. It was quickly wiped down, but definitely not detailed as many spots of dash, seats and interior roof are still have dirt spots. These could have been gone and/or minimized with with true detail. I can say all the dirt in the hatch crevasses was gone though. I was offered to bring back in, but i live 30 min away and don't feel like taking back.

Bought a 2015 1500. 8000 miles and 28 days out of warranty the trans blows up. No help from the dealer. All work has been done with this dealer, no more. 35 year gm guy going to Toyota I guess.Was about to buy a Colorado, apparently not.

Out of vacuum tokens and the only reason I cane here. Now I have to wait until my birthday and pay what I already paid in for the car wash in gas to vacuum my car on my birthday and customer service on the phone did not care or offer to reimbursement me.
