Friendly staff, from the minute you pull your car into the bay the go right to work on your car! They work well as a team and make quick work of getting the job at hand done! They explain what they have done to your car and what was replaced! Full service at it's best!

Valvolines are miles ahead of Jiffy Lubes. Both with knowledgeable staff, customer service, speed and pricing. Haven t had a bad experience yet. This location was noting less than on point.

Walked in front door, was told to exit employee area. First time ever at Valvoline, didn't know how this place works. This was not a good experience.Did get work done in a speedy fashion.Was told I ignored the person that greeted me, this person was working on customers car. Walked in office then was told to exit the employee area without explanation where has customer service gone.Thanks

I have never come here under an hour. The oil changes take 25 min to due and always a line. This time I ve been here for 30 min and one vehicle has moved thru. Still waiting with two cars yet to go

I recommend that whoever owns this location spends a day or two in the shop seeing what s actually going on here. The service is super slow watched 4 people take 30 minutes to change oil on a civic. The second bay is closed. The new bearded manager is arrogant and should remain in the pit where he can t talk to customers. Also they do not accept payments over the phone anymore so I have to find new location for my 15 truck fleet because my drivers don t carry company cards.Service: Oil change

Absolutely incredible experience front to back. Everyone on this team was incredible and I appreciate the top tier support. My Jeep is purring like it's her first road trip!Ps. Get your automatic transmission fluid changed... your car needs fresh life!

Can t recommend these guys enough. I do all my own maintenance and oil changes but for most fluids (coolant, brake, PS) it s cheaper and easier to have them top off when I don t need much. They ve been great every time I ve come by - gotten me in and out fast - and I ve been very happy with the service and quality.

This place took FOREVER to change the oil in my car. There were 2 cars ahead and I waited for an hour and a half! They kept saying it ll be 10-15 min longer. Nope! They advertise 15 min oil changes and it actually took them about 25 min to change mine! There was one guy who was super friendly and polite and another who had more dramatic attitude than all 3 of my girls put together in their teenage years. I ll stay away from a business with tantrums and attitudes. There are more efficient companies out there without the public display of drama towards their customers.

Pretty horrible experience, super slow. We had to wait over 1.5hrs and it was really expensive for an oil change and constant up selling. Over all I would not recommend and they do not do tire rotation, so dumb.

I am concerned about a recent visit to here. I left a review and couldn't post another so I had to delete the other but took a screen shot of it to add if possible. About a month ago I came in and had my oil changed. I also had the fluid checked in my rear end. The technician forgot to put the plug back in the rear-end and u lost all the fluid. Anthony one of the employees did come out to where I was to put the plug back in and fill with fluids but now my rear end is clunking when it didn't before. To top it off since my oil change I keep getting a reading saying I need am oil change. I had it cleared by someone with a scope but it came back on so I'm wondering if the oil was changed at all or the filter. This last visit was the only time I've been there and had problems and boy were these doozies!

Had a good experience this time around, fast and friendly. Honored a expired store coupon that I had received from past poor experience. I'm very particular about my vehicle and the staff preformed an extra little service and made sure to remove any extra grease from the chassis. Always great service here. Friendly and helpful workers. Sometimes it can take forever in line but today was super fast, nobody in line. Maybe Tuesday afternoons are best day to visit. I highly recommend and make sure to call first so you can receive coupon to your phone. Great deal!

These guys are awesome. I have a new Jeep which is still under warranty and I needed an oil change desperately. If I go to a Jeep dealership I can get it done for free, however all of them are booked up for at least 2 weeks and I plan to go on a lengthy trip tomorrow which wouldn t be a good idea with deteriorated oil. I called to see if they by chance partner with Mopar(place that handles my warranty stuff) so I could get it done for free but I truly didn t expect for them to-and they don t. I m forgetting the name of the nice woman that I spoke to over the phone but she was super personable and eager to find out the information I needed. She told me she could send me a coupon in a text and they should be able to get me in asap. Upon arrival, I hadn t gotten the text but Joslin, the sweetheart I spoke to in person, asked if I was the person that called in about my Jeep and took care of getting me that discount. I honestly had expected to pay the full amount so that was greatly appreciated!!! Joslin and I believe his name was Cameron, are the lovely employees that took care of me. It was fast, pleasant, and most of all convenient. ALL the guys that were working the bay seemed to be having fun with the job and atmosphere but not in the way that would make you think they aren t doing their jobs correctly. It was nice to see them having fun with all the callouts they re required to do. Overall if I m ever in a pinch and need to get my oil changed quickly without any fuss, I ll be coming back to this location. Went in for an oil change and got convinced for a coolant and rear diff fluid change.I ended up getting a coolant leak from one of the joints that they torgued on while doing the radiator flush. It was just under $200 in parts for me to repair it. Went to the shop and showed them what went wrong and how they broke it manager didn't car. The manager stated it's coincidental that those fittings began leaking the week they did the flush. Will never ever go back to any Valvoline oil change. Stick with Jiffy Lube

They try to rack you bill up without your consent. Didn t say one word about the air filter, just replaced it and charged me a hundred dollars when I was there for an oil change which they also overcharged me for.

They do a basic service. They are always slammed with customers for sure. I went first thing in the morning on a weekend and I was the only customer. Greasy finger prints left on every single part of my vehicle that was touched and my vehicle is white. I was disappointed that they did not know how to check my air filter. It's a 1995 vehicle but I still would liked to have had it checked. I googled the how to myself and the airfilter looked great so no harm no foul. For me they are basic nothing more.

On 2/4/23 my son was leaving Ebrg. after a visit and stopped here for a quick oil change before driving home to Kamloops B.C. Having had spotty past experiences at quick oil change facilities he instructed the 'technician' to do absolutely nothing apart from changing the oil. The tech however took it upon himself to check the 'battery health' apparently disconnecting the battery and using a voltmeter. If he'd looked at the sticker on the battery he may have seen that it was only a few months old and that checking it was not only unnecessary but also opposed to what the customer requested. Shortly before the border crossing the battery light came on. My son stopped and found that the negative terminal clamp was at barely finger tight. As he had no tools this necessitated a lot of fooling around in the rain and prolonged his drive quite a bit in addition to erasing radio presets, clock setting, etc. I've long held that folks who like working on cars and are employed at quick oil change places are not the cream of the crop and this is not their dream job. Far from it. Stop here at your own risk. Too bad I cannot give a negative star rating.Update 2/6/23. The system would not allow me to post a response to your reply so I'll do so here: First I appreciate the timely response and would like to leave final comments. First, while the multipoint inspection is likely of value to some customers, it seems that the customer should be able to opt out. In this instance my son was asked before he pulled in if he wanted several things to be checked. He replied that he did not, but wanted an oil change and nothing further. Second, I learned this morning that it was both battery terminal clamps that were loose and not just the negative. He said they were so loose it was as though the tech never tightened them at all. If this were an elderly or otherwise impaired customer on the highway this could be a meaningful oversight. Doesn't seem like it should take a lot of training to tighten a clamp you just removed. Disappointing to say the least.Service: Oil change

Staff is amazing!! They take great care of your vehicle, seriously going the extra mile every visit.I really appreciate that they offer me services above what I have come for without being pushy or rude. They are so quick with the oil changes and extremely knowledgeable. They have done a flawless job on every oil change I have ever received as well as other services I have done!I m so impressed by Dan,Dakota,Mike and Fernando! Don t get your oil changed anywhere else! They are the best!

Just fine. About 20 minutes for an oil change. EDITED for new experience. They over-tightened the filter housing, so the next time I went back it wouldn't come off. I had to pay $200 to a mechanic to get the stripped housing off.

They changed my oil yes, but they also broke my car. Ever since then my engine light has come on every single time I drive. I now get an error code that says driver door contact switch. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. it is not worth the comfortability of sitting in your car because afterwards you ll have to drive to get it fixed at a dealership.Service: Oil change

I get their Groupons and look for online coupons so it's more affordable. All the employees here are really nice and take time with the customers. They are hard workers and I appreciate them. They also usually in a cheerful mood so it makes me want to come back.
