Dot chain law posted up over Snoqualmie pass. ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY. Washington State DOT needs to get a clue.Chewed up four out of five chains and put cross links into the tires of two.Commercial tire had me in and out in under an hour for a reasonable price.

Blew a trailer tire on I-90 at 1030pm. Penske called this company for sos repair and they sent a wonderful guy named Michael. He arrived within an 1.25hrs of receiving the call at home and had me up and going within 45 minutes of arriving. Very friendly. We had a hell of a time fixing my bent mud flap bracket but he was able to get it moved far enough that it s serviceable.Thanks again Michael!

Lost all the tread on one of my trailer tires just after I passed Ellensburg, limped to thorp. From calling the shop to being back on the road with 2 new trailer tires was an hour and a half. Fantastic service and efficiency

My wife and kids were headed to Seattle and I had convinced wife to take the minivan instead of the truck because of some maintenance that needed to be done and the weather in the pass did not look bad for the day. By the time my wife got to Ellensburg, chains were required in the pass and my wife was not happy. Ryan help me to quickly get some winter tires on our minivan, got my family on their way, and kept me out of the doghouse. Thank you so much!!! BTW, the winter tires are reportedly amazing. Got through the pass with no issues.

Had a loose valve stem on my trailer leaking air fast. These guys fixed it all up and I was back on the road in under an hour.

Rv rear Dually tire blow out, but needed to purchase new tires as well.Katelyn was very helpful, got us in the bay right away, explained price and tire knowledge as well. Excellent staff and service.

A few weeks ago, I was on my way back from a route survey (Traveling from Seattle area, back to Goldendale WA, to start a large move the very next day), and discovered a screw in my tire. I got to This Commercial Tire, about closing time. The staff, & repair tech, was able to get my F150 tire off, patched, and back on in no time at all. These guys are the best! A friend was visiting from out of town and had a long drive ahead of her but got a flat immediately after leaving my apartment. The guys at Commercial came by to fill her tire with air, led us back to their facility, and patched her tire in a few minutes. They were quick to respond, offered friendly service, and repaired the hole in her tire properly. Thank you to the team for all your help.

I stopped in last fall and they did a tire rotation at no cost even though I hadn t bought my tires from them. I came back today when I blew a tire on the way to work. I arrived at 730, 30 minutes before they opened more than ok with waiting until 8 when they opened. Ryan happened to arrive early for another project and got me started before they actually opened and even set me up with tires that were less expensive than I had thought I needed. These guys have given great customer service both times I have dealt with them and I am always amazed at how there is no wait time there. Will be a continued customer

Even though they didn't have my rubbers and I went to go get my own. Though they cost me an arm and a leg about $200 for two rubbers at Les Schwab commercial tire guys hook me up 75 bucks to put on my tires for me. Thank you for working with me

I highly recommend this tire shop! The manager is very honest and transparent with options for flats, upgrading, trailer tires, etc., which is very refreshing from other tire store chains who often only try to always make the biggest sale. Facility is clean and comfortable to wait. Easy truck/trailer turn around.

Had two blown trailer tires traveling through town right at closing time. Ryan stayed late to get things fixed and keep us on the road. Great customer service and better prices than local competitors. Highly recommended!

We blew both tires on our trailer on the way to camping and the guys at commercial tire fixed our flats for free in like ten minutes. Absolutely amazing service, super friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Our rental truck tire went flat. Once the rental company contacted Commercial Tire, Dalton came out right away and had our tire off our loaded truck and swapped out with a new one within 10-15min. It was very impressive.

Just called for a quote to mount up wheels and tires (of which I stated over the phone they were brand new), got a quote for all 5 wheels/tires (with one valve stem) for $89.23.Arrive on site (drove 10 miles to get here), and they turn away my business, and tell me they will only mount and balance stuff you buy from them. The guy tells me that if I had them do it, I wouldn't want to pay what they charge, which would be about $350.I told the woman over the phone about my bad experience with Ellensburg Tire Center, and she very much understood that I was mounting and balancing wheels/tires I bought online.Don't believe the quotes over the phone. This place just wastes your time.

Expert road service, with efficient follow up at the shop to get my temporary tire provided on road service matched up with a second tire to balance out my drive axle.Once inside the shop bay, I was pulling out in 30 mins, ready to run onto my next stop.Give this company a call if your in need of any tire services when your running over Snoqualmie Pass area.

July 3rd, 7:30 am, Charles McIntosh went the extra mile, called around, found me 7 used rims from the junk yard for my new-to-me 1977 Chevy Chinook motorhome (they even went and got them). And ofcourse 6 brand new Firestone mud/snow tires and one awesome slightly used one as spare. Coco Chinook probably shouldn't have left home with the bad tires that were on her. We were lucky to have made it down to a workshop on the Columbia and back as far as Ellensburg! Especially lucky to call Charlie and for the exceptional service he and the staff at Commercial Tire gave us (holiday week). As part of the problem were 16.5" rims - not only did Commercial Tire replace my bad tires they created a solution for the future. Bless Your Hearts!!! and Thank you so very much. Excellent company - had no idea! For RVs, trucks AND your personal car - go there.

My son in law ran over a nail with his tractor, puncturing the tire and the tube. The tire was liquid filled for weight and weighed over 500 pounds. We tried two other tire places in Ellensburg but they could not fix the tire as it was filled with beet juice.We called Commercial Tire and they quoted us a price much lower than the other two tire stores and were able to work on the tire right away. They pumped 55 gallons of beet juice out of the tire, fixed the tire, installed a new tube, pumped the beet juice back into the tire and had us back on the road in record time.Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices. This should be your go to place for your tire needs.

I called them asking about my brother being helped and they were amazingly friendly, awesome to talk to, they were done quickly, and they were cheaper rates than most people!!!! Overall we are super happy with their service thank you guys so much!!!!!

Awesome staff, great service. We have been there a few times for a nail or a low tire sensor light and they always treat you like family. The facility is always clean.Thank you Commercial Tire.

Well done. I set an appointment, and when i arrived they got on the replacement of front tires on our Motor Home. They finished up in a professional manor and I appreciate the great service.

Called Ryan and needed chains he was awesome boss paid and then he delivered them to the pilot to me and were half the price as a truck stop you guys were great thank you so much for the help

Stopped by with questions about snow tires due to me traveling over the pass for work, first time here and the front desk woman was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to and the gentleman with her answered all my questions about snowtires and seemed very well educated about them. Great atmosphere and staff. I will definetly be back before winter hits!

Got in at about closing time with a flat on trailer,thea smile, get right to work with a smile,bought tire chains at nearly half the price at truck stop,shown extreme patience with a problematic payment(EFS),thank you guys

Had a rear tire delaminate, they sent a service truck to vantage busted on four new tires in the field. The service technician was great, fast, and the price was spot on.

I ran over a screw, and came in to have them look at it. They fixed it in 20 minutes and would NOT let me pay them! I am beyond impressed, and so grateful
