Frequently stop in this dealership for service work as I pass through Ellensburg four times a week. The technicians are very knowledgeable and do quality work. I ve never had any issues with any of the repairs they have done. They also have went above and informed me of additional items of concern which could potentially cause a breakdown. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing quality work!

MFS told me my turbo needed replace. After repair and 8 miles down the road, the new turbo exploded. MFS blamed the manufacture, the first photo was were to RV was parked in there lot when I left after repair. Apparently the high pressure oil line was not connected, now they refuse to pay the cleaning bill and the RV runs worse than before repair with lots of black smoke. I was told my Kurt Nelson it is to bad I did not go a few more miles and would have been calling fire department on stead of MFS.

Very good guys, affordable price, happy with everything that they fix my brake chamber in the shop. When I was leaving I pointed out a problem with the Air dryer valve which was small leaking, they said it's OK,you have no problem and you good to go. 30 miles ago valve part is down and I call them. They figure out price approximately 400. It's take a 2 hour and 5 minutes for coming, fixing and go back all together and the give me the price $525. When I said it's ridiculous they try to make me happy and give me new price $499. I'm not happy cause differences between approximately and finish price can't be 125 and the job was done faster than they originally thought. PS mechanics guys you are professional and thank you for your work, but it's not right that ridiculous difference between prices.

We had a fuel pressure problem, so we rolled in. Got there in the morning and they had us in a bay within an hour.Got diagnosed and repaired.They did a great job, would use them again.

BEST EVER! Everybody was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 4 hours although my truck required parts that had to be ordered and delivered first. Great mechanics who know what they are doing! GOOD JOB!Thank you

The entire service team including the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They are problem solvers. Their continued effort and ability to problem solve difficult situations resulted in over $2000 worth of savings for me. I am extremely thankful for their dedication to completing the job correctly while taking the time to explain matters and listen to my input when necessary. They are keeping me running and with minimal down time. Thank you!

They are a lifesaver!! Jeremiah was very polite on phone. Told me to come in, they have a courtesy check engine fault laptop service. Cleared all codes, was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Very clean and updated facility. Thank you for your service, attention and care.God Bless!!

Friendly service. I give 4 stars because we took our dump truck there to fix breaks and they say they are good but the brakes seem to not be good.

Needed air bag replaced on my tractor. Easy in and out. No nonsense folks. Good experience overall.Just change the content of the vending machine in the waiting room for fresh stuff, please.

Best shop ever! Checked in at 7 and out at 10. Fast and professional guys,starting with the reception to the mechanics. Highly recommend the place!

One of my hoses developed a hole, I called ahead and verified that they will either have it in stock, or they ll be able to make one for me. Came in, parked the truck on the gravel yard took off the hose, they ended up making one for me, and I installed it and was back on the road within an hour. Kurt was very helpful.

Going on one year as a Volvo owner operator. This is the 4th Volvo shop I ve taken my truck for maintenance/repairs in that time. I generally had a positive experience here and I would bring my truck back here again. My air dryer decided to start malfunctioning 2 days after leaving MFS, however I doubt this had anything to do with them. I only wish it had happened before the service.While at MFS they fixed the VEC malfunction (bad fuse), cleared all codes after telling me what they were (infamous egr codes), replaced 2 clearance lights on the visor and sold me one spare clearance light. The funny rumbling sound while coasting went away and the truck is running smoothly once again.Hopefully I m able to find an honest shop to look at this air dryer. Or why don t I just quit trucking and enroll in diesel tech/mechanics school?5/7/20: If you drive a Volvo, the air dryer malfunction light is programmed to come on automatically at 200k to 300k miles depending on which model Volvo you have. This light will not go off until a Volvo tech changes your air dryer filter AND resets your ECM. So now we know.Mobile Fleet Service treated me right.04/30/21I only wish all Volvo shops could be like this one. Daniel, you re a genius! You completely fixed my airbags and all electrical related issues. This is STILL my number one go to Volvo shop in all 48 states. I highly recommend this place to all my fellow Mercer Transportation drivers. Thanks again MFS for another job well done.

Great dealership! I don't drive a Volvo or a Mac and they helped me anyway. I had an air leak on my trailer they sold me the part I fixed it right in their driveway and I was pulling it with a Freightliner. Now that's customer service! Thanks for all the good help.

I first saw all the positive reviews online about this shop. Little did i know i would writing one myself for the first time in my life untill I needed mechanical services in Ellensburg, Wa cOz my coolant was leaking. I had to go buy coolant tank from Yakima, Washington about 35 miles south. After I explained how ideal it was if I could get a small car or pickup truck to go to Yakima myself to get the part instead of waiting for Yakima freightliner dealer shipping which would take 4 or 5 more hours, Kurt offered me their own pickup truck. And when I got the part, it took 1.5 hours to replace the coolant. Not to mention their reasonable rate. I am not here to market their business but hey, if conveying my appreciation achieves that, I will be more than glad to take it. And o did I mention decent showers they treat you as you wait for your truck.Finally, i want to say I am one happy customer and I will sure come back even if it means just to say hello.

They deserve more than 5 stars. Whenever I have had problems with my Volvo they make a space to check my truck. Jeremiah always helps us with a smile. Mechanical Shaw always finds the failures of the truck. They always have clean bathrooms.

Called the after hours phone number at the direction of the day shift team to have a roadside repair done. However, no one ever came out or called. The dispatch personnel tried twice dispatching someone and advised someone will be calling me and responding. That never happened. If you don t want to work, just say that. Don t waste people s time.

Now this is the way a shop should operate I was having troubles with my Pete called ahead and was dealt with very caring and professional attitude once at shop awesome!
