Michael Bishop (salesman) and the whole crew helped find me my exact dream car! For a first time buyer you expect a pushy experience (which is what I got at Michael's Toyota of Bellevue), but not here. Michael Bishop even gave me some lessons driving manual and a ton of advice. I got a follow up call from the manager the next day who gave me some tips on autocross and the like.Everyone I met had my best interest in mind and I felt taken care of and respected the whole way through. Definitely take your business here over the competition !

I was able to drop my car off the afternoon before and was told what was covered by my maintenance plan. They offered to clean filter near the hybrid battery for an extra fee but didn t pressure me, just advised to have it done at some point.Waited less than 5 minutes to pick it up afterward. No surprises.Excellent service. Thanks

Manager was really nice and kind but the salesman Alejandro was amazing. Was negotiating for a blue GR86 with Alejandro and got the price I wanted fast and without problems unlike other dealerships (Michael's Toyota of Bellevue). 11/10 would buy a car from them again!

Car shopping at Swickard Toyota was a breath of fresh air and a compassionate experience.Jon Van Patten took his time to listen to what my needs and wants were for my next vehicle, helped me understand my options, test drive two cars, and learn about financing options when I'd never bought a car before.Jon set me up with a lovely used hatchback and Stephanie secured me the lowest interest rate on my loan. The customer service Jon and Stephanie provided was one of the driving reasons I went with this dealership and the car I now use daily.If you're looking for a dealership that makes even used car shopping seamless and so much less stressful, I recommend Swickard Toyota.

John Tomko was great. He's knowledgeable and will guide you through, went in to buy a new 2023 toyota highlander and i got what i wanted. He always make sure to answer all of my questions and he make the entire buying process smooth and quick. I have him more than 5 years from my new toyota chr to my new 2020 toyota highlander and now 2023 toyota highlander that all i bought from him as a car salesman he never disappoint me, i surely will buy from him again next year. Good service, friendly staff (I've worked in auto shops, I know how it can be at the end of the day.) Took longer than planned due to "unique circumstances" - there's a first time for every thing.The loaner Highlander had all the bells and whistles; many useful I'm sure. But glad to get back to my car, all fixed up and ready to go.

Took a little longer but Sam was great. I came in a month ago to get my key fob and the guy told me about a week. Never got a call back and very time a called, the line would disconnect after on hold for a while. I came in on Tuesday and Sam told me it was never ordered so he did and told me to come back on Wednesday and he got it done as CT promised. That s what I cal exceptional customer service. Thanks again Sam.

Sylvie and Bryce were excellent to work with. They were super transparent and understanding of my situation. They, in tandem fought hard to get me the best deal I could have ever been offered on my '24 Corolla Hybrid. I drive it daily and love it, I really was fortunate to have the attuned, meticulous team I was presented with. They answered all of my inquiries and created adjustments when curveballs came our way. I look forward to seeing them whenever I have maintenance on my car and will definitely say hi when I see them. All in all they were the best team I could have asked for, I highly recommend coming to them if you're looking to purchase a new car! I have great experiences here every visit. Great team and all the staff seem happy to work together. Everyone is always working hard but also having a good time and it's just a nice atmosphere. My car is always taken care of here never any issues. Highly recommend!

All of the team I interacted with were extremely friendly, especially Khing. They found a squirrel s nest in our cabin filter, we had no idea. The repair was done quickly enough I could wait in the pleasant lounge until it was complete. I feel I was advised correctly to address the most pressing concerns and defer the less pressing for future visits, which reinforces my trust in the dealership, thus ensuring I ll return. Excellent overall experience!

I was quoted time needed and he got me out early with a thorough rundown of the service. He was friendly and knowledgeable, with over 15 years work experience at Toyota. Would highly recommend!

Sales was great, even with $4000 upcharge. That was normal back then. But service team was rude every time i went to get my car checked for the same problem for 2 years. Nothing has been fixed, and they are telling me to get used to it because having noisy brake problem is normal for this car. Very condescending, keeps cutting me off, and very rude.This place is great until you have a problem.

If you re looking to buy a Toyota go to Swickards and ask for Jeff. He was the ultimate professional answering all my questions and having all the answers. He listened to me and matched me with the perfect car at a good price. I m not an easy customer to work with but Swickard Toyota and Jeff really made it easy. Can not adequately describe the absolute pleasure of working with the staff at Swickard Toyota. We were greeted warmly immediately by Nam, his friendly and open demeanor put us at ease. No pressure, just clear, honest descriptions of the vehicles we looked at. He answered all our questions completely and helped us compare multiple packages on the model we wanted to find the right fit for us! Tommy came along and helped with a few details, and Bryce in finance finished off all the paperwork. Each of them exemplified tremendous customer focused service. Thrilled with our purchase and the whole experience!

I purchased my Toyota tundra from magic Toyota back in 2020. At the time of purchase, the finance manager talked me into purchasing a maintenance and extended warranty contract. The reason that I agreed to this product was because it included all maintenance including oil changes for eight years or 80,000 miles. That made it well worth the price. Upon my very first visit to the dealership, I was told that was not true, and maintenance was not included. I was also told that they had many customers come in and express the exact same concern and story. I spoke with the general manager, who agreed to give me three free oil changes. Unfortunately, they did not stand behind the lies that were being presented by their finance people at the time. The dealership is under new ownership, but I don t think that it has improved in any way. My vehicle is in for service as I post this and will be my last visit to this dealership unless I have a mandatory recall or factory repair. I will never do business with these people ever again because they have no integrity.

I wanted to share my first experience of buying a car from this dealership. First off I found the ad on Facebook marketplace and it fit my needs. I could ve bought a new 4Runner I can afford it but I liked this model.I did an appointment, I arrived there almost everyone was friendly. The person who took care of me gave me a great deal took it home cash. Fast forward to 4/17/24 I got a call from a manager named Ali since a second key was found and it belong to the suv I bought. I arrived there, I told one of the employees what I was there for & sent me with Ali. Ali was the most disrespectful person I could ve met. He talked to me like if I didn t understand English or I was not worthy to speak to him. I spoke to everyone there with respect and he took advantage of him being a manager to belittle me. I grabbed the keys after he suddenly knew where they were. I don t think I ll even be taking the car there for service just to avoid another interaction with Ali. Buyer beware I paid full cash and won t be back to buy again new or used ! Extremely disappointed. If possible I d give them 0 stars4/19/24 they are responding to everyone s review but not mines. They are fake reviews. Shows character Swickard.

Today we walked into this dealership, explaining we have a leased dodge charger several times to Shawn, he showed us #s my daughter was excited wow awesome deal 8k for our leased vehicle oh than the sales manager was like wait you don't own your vehicle? It's a leased vehicle no we don't own our vehicle. Than proceeds to say wow those #s will be different. Do you have this and that . No we aren't supposed to do your job. Literally it was a cluster screw up from the get go. Shawn had a customer but no sales person was available. Here deal with the new guy who had a great personality. The only thing this dealership had going for them. Only basically 2 people knew what they were doing and one was the new guy. Literally I'm sure Shawn buried his head and hid. Than the sales manager is well let me call Chrysler which we had already did and they were closed. At this point we just walked away.

Follow up after a month: DO NOT deal with them until they hire a new service team. We handed in the check in Mar 16. It was not deposited until Mar 26. Today is April 17, we still did not get our license of the new car. As a result, I have to Uber to work and bus home. They told my partner to pick up the license or we need to wait one more week until they mail it to us. IT IS RIDICULOUS! I am going file a complaint anywhere I could. My partner have to travel 4 hours in total because they are not doing their jobs.The sales are ok, a little bit pushy but still acceptable. The finance person asked my partner to sign tons of documents without letting him know what those are. He released a new license to us without asking for our opinion. We found the same problem in other aspects. There were options but they did not offer until asked. Those options might not be important but that make us feel we were tricked.

Just had my 4 Runner serviced by Swickard. As usual, the service was excellent. I work with Khing at Swickard, and his level of service is why I came back to Toyota. We are a complete Toyota family with Khing as our number one Service Manager.

I m giving this experience a one-star rating due to a significant lack of professionalism. The salesperson was more focused on boasting about his monthly sales achievements than answering our questions. Additionally, he is pushy and a condescending. For a sales person, you would think he would know about the available features and packages about a vehicle he is attempting to sell to the customer but he did not know a thing. Everything I inquired about went in one ear and out the other and basically told me to leave if I was not buying a car that day. To elaborate, I asked for a quote on a trade-in and also give me a quick estimate of numbers and he was uninterested in providing those details if I didn't purchase the vehicle then and there. Additionally, the dealership s pricing strategy includes unnecessary add-ons, which they suggest could be removed through negotiation a practice I find unacceptable when purchasing a vehicle.That being said, I am glad I was able to find another dealership that provided excellent service and answered every question I had. They made the effort to provide me a proposal; which I ended up purchasing a 2024 RAV4 Prime through.Although I prefer not to mention names, it s important to note that this individual has a history of providing subpar service (scroll through the reviews). My advice would be to avoid doing business with this individual. Stay far away from *Jeffrey* and find another sales person that is willing to work with you to make your purchasing experience as smooth and stress free as possible.
