Best experience I've ever had at a dealership! From when I first booked my appointment online until I left with my new car a few hours later, the team at Lynnwood Honda provided exceptional service and professionalism. I was so stressed about the idea of purchasing a new car, but I couldn't have asked for better support - particularly from German, who helped me find exactly the car I wanted, as well as Gabe and Lawrence, who made the paperwork a breeze and answered all of my (many) questions. I am so excited to have relationship with a reliable dealership that I can trust for years to come!

This is the 3rd Honda that I ve purchased from Lynnwood Honda. However, my first time ordering a brand new Honda. I ordered the 2024 Honda Pilot Elite and I love it so far! As always, a great experience. It took about 2 months to get my car but Kevin kept in contact the whole time. He let me know when my car was shipped and even took videos when they received it and then after they put on all the accessories that I added on. I would highly recommend Lynnwood Honda and Kevin if you re looking for a car and a great experience.

Go to German! He was very helpful and up front. Bought a 2010 CRV. We came a little late in the day but he stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly. Couldn t be happier.All in all seem to be a reasonable and honest group of guys.They had promised to change the windshield after we bought the car and got it done within a couple days. Gave us a nice loaner without a question.Additionally they had a lot of maintenance work done in advance. So if you buy a used car you can feel good you don t have to sink money in it right away.We hope we can keep going to Lynnwood Honda for our car needs!

Bought a new 2024 Honda Pilot last week. Raj was excellent to work with. He was never pushy and was helpful in showing me the different functions on the newer pilots. He went above and beyond to help us move through the process as quickly as possible. I would give 5 stars except we ve noticed a couple kinks with the car such as the front cabin thermostat not working properly and one of the apps not working. It s disappointing that I ll be needing to take the car in so soon after purchasing it new. But the service we received from Raj was top notch. I d recommend him to my friends!

I ve gotten such great service here! I bought a used vehicle from Lynnwood back in 2017 and have come back here for servicing it. In 7 years I ve not had a single malfunction. They are great with prioritizing the maintenance, which has really kept the overall cost of repairs down. I ve found them to be accurate with the time and pricing estimates, which is also just really helpful for my busy family. Patrick at the service desk is helpful and good at explaining things. Not many places do a steady business and still have good customer service, but they seem to strike that balance. Overall highly recommend Honda cars and this dealership!

I was worried because you often hear about all of the predatory/sleazy car sales people, but from what I saw, the people at Lynnwood Honda were not even remotely close to this stereotype.Shoutout to German because he helped me out so much! This was my very first car, and he made the process easy and painless; super helpful and upfront. Thank you guys! I've been really enjoying my new 2024 CRV.

I had a great experience with Kevin and Marcus. they provide enough time and freedom for me to check the car, encourage long test drive. While I having my time with the car, they prepared and shared sufficient car information. With two visits, I made up my mind and complete purchase less than 24 hours.

We had a great experience buying at Lynnwood Honda. Kevin Weaver made the process smooth, easy and efficient. Purchasing a car can be a fraught experience but this one was easily my most pleasant to date. I'd previously reached out to a couple of the other Honda dealers in the Seattle area and didn't get a particularly great vibe from them so I'm glad I made the trip out to Lynnwood!

My first service with Lynnwood Honda went without a hitch. I had many questions for Travis, which he answered with grace and courtesy. They were spot on with how long the service would take. And I really enjoyed my complimentary latte and sitting in the sun on their patio

NO PRESSURE SALES. I LOVED IT! Had an hour to kill so I stopped by to check out a HR-V. Got to test drive both used and new. Got an initial offer, but I was not ready to commit. German Estrada, my sale person was ok with me leaving the dealership to do some market comparison. Next day, I returned. German and his sale manager was excited that I was willing to give them a chance to sell me a car. The process was super fast and the deal was AWESOME! Much lower than any online advertised price from other Honda dealerships. They were so confident with the pricing, they had no problem with me leaving to do more comparison shop. More importantly, there was NO, "If you leave now, we can guarantee the price". Had to buy it at this point. Thank you for making the purchase enjoyable!

Joe Murphy helped me out through the whole process from the test drive to all the questions I had to the sale itself, which I really appreciated. And he got me a great deal for my car! My car buying experience with Jay at Lynnwood Honda was the best I ve ever experienced! He was thorough, informative, kind and understanding. Buying a car can be a very traumatic experience, But Jay took away all the anxiety that comes during this process. Lawrence in the finance department was also very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. My only comment regarding Lawrence would be a little high-pressure when he was trying to sell me the extended warranty, Which I declined.

My wife and I just purchased a CRV Hybrid Sport Touring and we couldn t be happier about the buying process. Our salesperson Mark spent good time with us on our first visit when we were doing a day of dealership visits. We were not pressured to buy and came a few weeks later to test drive and crunch numbers. Our follow-up visit was during a great weekend sale and we were still able to negotiate a few dollars off to the price I was willing to buy at. I wouldn t hesitate referring Lynnwood Honda to any of my friends.

Smooth and effortless across the board. We d be glad to be able to work with everyone again!4/8Giving them five stars even though we didn t end up purchasing. We had a great experience with Caleb and Peter at Lynnwood Honda every step of the way, even though things were not quite where we wanted at the end of it enough to pull the trigger our treatment was absolutely beyond compare every step of the way, and even at the final decline. I ve not been treated near as kindly at other times in my life when saying no in the past and when we either become more desperate or bored we will be back. They earned a customer from me, even though we didn t buy right now.

I had a great experience here. I worked with Kevin Weaver over email and then met him at the dealership. This was one of the smoothest and fastest experiences with purchasing a car. Over email, Kevin was professional and punctual during negotiations and respected that I wanted to sort most things out over email. I was on the lot for maybe an hour and half, and that includes a drive, before walking out with the car.I got exactly what I asked for without any additional pressure or fuss, which is exactly what you need when making a big decision like a new car.

Great customer service! Patrick was friendly and informative. He even proactively texted me a photo of an issue they found that needed repair. On a busy work day for me, the clear communication and updates enabled me to have multiple issues repaired efficiently in one day while I worked.

Alex was great working with us on a Honda. He let us test drive both cars we wanted. Peter really helped us out on deciding to lease the car and then we could decide to buy the car or return it. Peter was great in helping with number crunching. Beth was great at getting all the documents ready for us and some more decision making. We really appreciate that nobody was pushing us into doing what we didn't want to do.

Kevin and the team at Lynnwood Honda took care of me from the start to end of my car buying process. They were fast and responsive; when I saw the car I wanted listed in their online inventory and submitted an inquiry, I heard from Kevin that day! We set up a time for test drive and I was ready to buy! I was in and out the door within a few hours. He answered all of my questions and connected me to others even he didn t have the answer himself. I felt in great hands and recommend this team to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

It can be intimidating coming down to the Seattle area to some of these big-city dealerships and not knowing how you will be treated but Lynnwood Honda was a pleasant surprise. It definitely has more of a hometown feel and seems to operate how car-buying used to be and should be as far as service. I would give our salesman, Marcus, definitely 5 stars. From the moment we pulled up he was kind, patient and very knowledgeable on the Honda brand and specifically the Odyssey. I am a shift worker so we were only able to come down to Lynnwood late in the afternoon, he was not pushy and even stayed late to complete the sale and made sure we had the information we needed. Beth, in the finance department was also great to work with and was very kind.I would say the only thing that held us back from 5 stars overall and could improve would be some of the interior detailing. After we got it home and during the day in the light there were areas that were pretty grimy in the van, garbage and dirt under some of the seats and some sticky sap kind of stuff in some of the seat backs and console. Having the interior detailed this week which is kind of a bummer when buying a newer vehicle to be completely honest but besides that part I would definitely recommend coming to Lynnwood Honda for your next vehicle

We went in to buy a new Honda for the parents. We were referred to Lynnwood Honda, which definitely lived up to the recommendation. From the moment we walked in the door, and through every phase of the process, we were treated like family. They took the time to explain everything and go over every detail. I would highly recommend Lynnwood Honda. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. This is the best car buying experience we have ever had. I was hesitating to buy cars in Lynnwood Honda as I had no experience in there. But it turned out to be a great idea to try. The sales representative (Dan) is so polite and knowledgeable. He provided all the good options. Peter ( the manager) was very helpful and patient. I got my Civic EX with very good experience. As the other comments mentioned, this is so far the best dealer I have visited. I will definitely come back in case I want to buy another Honda. Highly recommended!!

The best car dealership, hands down. We have bought cars and had them serviced here for years. Both the sales and service departments are fantastic to deal with - low pressure and knowledgeable. The employees are polite and helpful, especially John Chung and Ashley Low. I am extremely happy with every experience I have had here, and won t go anywhere else for my cars or service.

I had a great experience with Caleb M. at Lynnwood Honda. I had been apprehensive to start the process of buying a new car for months, and am glad that I encountered Caleb first when I was finally ready to pull the trigger. He made it easy, and my experience with him made me feel good about the decision I was making. He was very responsive and helpful, and is overall kind, easygoing and respectful. He was happy to answer all my questions and discuss any uncertainties I had. His experience with the brand and knowledge of the specific vehicle I purchased was apparent, and he truly seemed to care about making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I purchased a CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring, and so far have been nothing but impressed. So all around, based on Caleb s customer service and the quality/performance of the product, it was a 5 star experience.

Working in people service myself, I have to say that pulling up for the first time to your service department was amazing. I barely put my car in park before I had someone come to my car take me inside set me up with somebody at the counter and before I knew it, I was sitting in your lounge area waiting for my car. It was a quick visit it was for just a recall.Oh my service at Lynnwood Honda since buying my new car has been wonderful by everyone, you have an amazing team and you must take very good care of them because it shows!Thank you to Everyone
