After skidding twice in one week because of heavy rains, it was time to get my tires checked. Discovered the treads we re getting pretty low.Called Costco and found out that while their tires winter were just $450 after a discount, it was seven days to order the tires but would be another two weeks before the first appointment was available on December 28.So pull into my local Les Schwab. They were out of winter tires for my car type,but they did have all season tires with the approved winter rating that would hold up (the appropriate snowflake rating) under the requirement to cross over Snoqualmie Pass. The challenge was the cost of $850 for the four tires but they were excellent rated tires. Also, it was three o clock and Cody the store manager promised they would be able ti get my car done in two hours and I would leave at 5 o clock with four new tires and a safer car to drive. I had a brief but excellent consultation with Xavier in the shop and despite the absence of discounts decided to go with the safer, faster service option. They were good to their word. Pretty great customer service.It also helped to remember that in the past the chain of Les Schwab stores has been a godsend helping my family when tires had gone flat. And they do that for free. So, appreciative of a generous community partner and happy to be loyal to Les Schwab. Very glad to give this local store on Aurora my business; their facilities were cleaning the waiting area with spacious, even when crowded, had interesting educational programming on, so I was engaged. Their popcorn station was great with fresh hot popcorn, and coffee. Hot chocolate for the kids. Just overall a really great vibe.Also, they re collecting toys for kids this holiday season that will be distributed locally. Hard not to love that.

I dropped in this location in a bit of a panic because I could hear air leaking from my tire due to a nail. The front desk immediately got me checked in and asked if they could keep my car for the day which was fine. My car was ready before the close of business and my tire looks great. I really appreciate the efficient customer service and kindness shown at this location. I highly recommend their services.

Saved the day! Great customer service and very quick car service. Highly recommend.Woke up with a very low tire and my wife needed to be to school in two hours. We went to another location and they told us it would be five hours before they could take a look at the car. We arrived and were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Yesterday, in the late afternoon, I had a major issue with my tires that needed fixing before I headed across the Snoqualmie Pass with its warning of a major snow dump shortly. I went into the Edmonds branch of Les Schwab where Cole and his team ordered some new snow tires to be delivered this morning and then put them on my car late today after I finished work. I am now ready for the Pass tomorrow and very grateful to Cole for making this happen. He went over and above to enable me to drive safely tomorrow, especially since the original issue was not his fault. I highly recommend this branch.

had a nail on my tire. Had to tow it to this location. Although they fixed it for free but guess what? 2 days later, flat tire again. I brought it to costco and they said the tire is now not fixable anymore, whoever did it, did it wrong. I called in and they said they only warrant on THEIR TIRES not THEIR WORK. I don t know how all those 5 stars review really came from.So people, think twice next time when you have a flat tire repair with them.

I went to this location for the first time and the staff was so attentive! I had zero wait time and the manager Matt personally took the time to bring my 1 year old son a ball to play with while we waited because my son was getting anxious. It was so thoughtful of him to do that for us. I will forever come back to this store. Thank you Matt and crew!

Les Schwab Edmonds HWY99.Had a screw in my tire. Took my car to Costco after they told me on the phone to come in early in the morning so I could be the first one in line. When I got there they they told me I had to leave my car for the whole day. Got the run arounds. Went down the street to Les Schwab in Edmonds. These guys are doing it right!!! The girl at the counter was prompt and had a great attitude. The technician was informative and nice. They told me it ll take about 2 hours. They got my car in and out with in an hour. The best part of this shop was their attitude and transparency. No run arounds. Definitely will use this particular store again for my car needs.

Everyone here is super nice and very helpful and I appreciated how upfront they were with how long everything would take as well they gave me multiple quotes and other locations I could go if I wanted the tires on that day.Highly recommend and will for sure be back!

Had a brake that was dragging and it was smelling really hot. My husband went in to check on if they could help us. The young lady with nose ring and a I don't want to work here attitude told him she didn't know what to tell him. He said he didn't know what that means, would someone be able to help him today, or not help at all? She went to a room where some people were sitting and came by with the same phrase I don't know what to tell you. So we left.We went to a Les Scwhab in Lynnwood

1. An appointment for wheel alignment and three other procedures was scheduled for 11 o'clock. At 11 o'clock, the shop worker took the car keys and said that they would now start working on the car. I stayed in the shop and waited. I waited one hour 15 minutes. All this time my car was parked in front of the shop, and no one was working on it. I checked the service area several times. All this time, the alignment lift has been empty. Only after my questions, the car was finally taken to the service elevator. The procedure took 15 minutes. Thus, only one was solved out of the four problems since I no longer had time to wait.Nobody even apologized for the delay.2. Despite the sign at the entrance that wearing masks inside is mandatory, half of the visitors and employees do not wear masks.3. Absolutely unfriendly staff.4. I have never used Les Schwab after a few years ago, the manager of this company offered to put different brands of tires on my car (lol).I usually use Goodyear. But this time, the time was very limited, so I made the app closer to the place of work. And I really regretted it. This was my last experience with this company. Now I am back to Goodyear for sure.

They usually always have a line, but I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed so I just went inside gave them my name and they brought out the chains I ordered for my tires. I was in and out in about 5 mins. Definitely be back

I cannot recommend this Les Schwab because they blatantly lied and told me my brake pads were down to 2mm and needed immediate replacing. I thankfully waited and took my car to Suburb Service on Lake City Way, and they told me my brake pads still had 6-8mm. This Les Schwab as permanently lost my trust and business.

Highly upset. I understand that its close to new years and you want to leave. I parked my car last night and showed up 8 in the morning to turn in my keyfob for you all. Told you I only needed 1 tire replaced on my car and have been walking and using uber since. You all mentioned it would take an hour and you'd let me know today. Instead there have been NO updates and a closed shop. And left me very inconvenienced for the next couple days as I need my car for my jobs. Im now losing money. You cpuld have at least gave me an update about not being able to get to it today so I could plan things out better for the next couple days without spending so much money on transportation as My schedule is too time sensitive to ride the bus

Overtorqued the beans out of my lugs last year and left me stranded when I got a flat this weekend. Big storm, night time, heavy rain and wind, trees coming down, middle of nowhere, and i couldn't change my tire because somebody at this shop probably maxed out their air impact guns getting my lugs back on.That is a completely unprofessional shop practice. Fortunately, it's easy to fix. Just show your mechanics how to use a torque wrench and make it SHOP POLICY to not pretend to be Nascar, and think about WHERE AND WHEN the customer might be when they next need to take the wheel off in the middle of nowhere. I was really lucky I had AAA. They saved my bacon with a 6ft breaker bar. The tow truck driver was in disbelief that even his impact gun wasn't able to budge the things. We broke some of his tools trying to get the things off.Other than that, good customer service. I'd go back again if they let me watch their mechanics meticulously torque my lugs back on.

Got new tires at the Lake City location. As I drove around afterwards, I noticed that the right rear tire was reading 48-50 psi. After a couple hours, the reading wasn t going down. I was in the neighborhood, so I swung by the Aurora location. The young gentleman (didn t get his name) who helped me was a star. I haven t met someone this nice in a very long time. He listened to my concern, explained the logistics without being condescending, & checked out the issue (right rear sensor was set to 48!). Great customer service. Such a great impression that I switched my upcoming alignment appointment from the Lake City location to this one.

Les Schwab always to the rescue! Got a big screw in my tire, went to them and they had it patched and good as new! Worked me in even though they were very busy.

Great customer service. Justin was on point and managers were there early to accommodate my pickup time.Only negative was one tire was nearly double the PSI as other tires (71 vs 44). This is 10ish pounds over max PSI on the tire they installed. Not great.

Took my car here because my dash light said my tire was leaking air, told them what was up, they asked how many times I ve refilled it with air. I told them I had not yet, but this had recently happened not even a year prior and they had filled the hole they found back then, which was the same tire. I knew my tire treads were getting old, so I just had a feeling something punctured it again. Well, they said they would look at it and see if something punctured it.I sat around waiting for them (probably about 30mins) to come out and tell me they did not find anything So I went home.Well, a few weeks go by and I m noticing that my back left tire does seem to be leaking because it was losing air faster than the others.I took it over to discount tires because I just knew something was up Well guess what? There was a giant staple stuck in wall of my tire. It was very obvious.I m wondering if I probably missed it refilling air because the staple was on the lip of the tread/wall so maybe it was facing downwards when I refilled? I don t know, but when they inspect your tires wouldn t they come across this?*see photo*Well, they missed out, because my tires are getting worn down so I m not just replacing 1, I m getting all 4 done at Discount tires now.Never going back to Les Shwab again.I understand the employees likely make no difference in money for the work they do, but I mean maybe have some integrity?I mean, if they had been super busy and told me they found that staple and said that I should come back for an appointment, that would have been better than me just leaving with a hazard in my worn down tires.So, yeah, not going back here again.Discount tires in Bothell are great,I have an appointment with them in a week.

Top notch service once again! I took my 2020 Supra in for an alignment after lowering the car, knowing full well that I should have probably taken the car to a shop that specializes in more advanced alignment setups. I figured I would start with Le Schwab though and was very happy to have been helped by Jeff. He got the car on the ramp, took measurements and then sat down with me to explain where the car was at and what would be needed to adjust it correctly. Even though Le Schwab was not able to do any work I'm thankful for the time the team took to even look at my car and help me understand next steps. 10 out of 5 stars, seriously.

My experience was very good. You don't need an appointment. It may take a while, but bring something to work on, read, and/or go shopping nearby like I did. The waiting area is large, with phone charging capabilities, clean tables, and free easy to login wifi. Also a vending machine, coffee, and popcorn. Staff were all helpful and friendly. And they offer free flat tire repair. I will return again and plan to buy my next tires here too.

I visited here to get the alignment fixed after a minor collision. They diagnosed that it was the problem with tie rods. They ordered parts and called me back after a week to get it done. The work that they have done is factory like and car drives like new. They were able to get rid of all the warning light that I had on my dash.

I had such a great experience with les Schwab. I brought them my flat tire this morning with no appointment and they patched it up for me for free in two hours. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much!

I've been buying my tires at this Les Schwab for around 20 years now. I've never had a single problem here and always receive the great customer service Les Schwab is known for. They really do go above and beyond here.Here's how my most recent interaction went. I've been fortunate to have not gotten a flat in quite a while but that luck ran out this week. I picked up a bolt in a tire of a vehicle I just bought used a few months ago. Luckily, the prior owner kept everything in great shape so I had the spare and jack on hand.The tires weren't bought at Les Schwab but I figured I'd pay for a patch. Since they were busy, they let me drop the tire off and return the next day after they had a chance to patch it for me.I'd left my jack and such out in the back of my van since I figured I'd need it. Turns out when I got here after they called and let me know it was ready, they put the tire back for me as well. That was already great service.When I got home, I went to the back of the van to put my spare and the jack away. I found that not only had they properly stowed the spare, which goes between the seats, but they'd gotten in the back and properly put away my jack and the tire iron. They'd never taken the jack out but they took care of that as well!They didn't even let me pay for the patch, either! While the tires are in pretty good shape, you can bet that when they need to be replaced, Les Schwab will be the first and only place I go for replacements.

Another bad experience. I've been coming here for 20 plus years with my company and personal vehicles.. I made an alignment appointment a week in advance. They never got to it and never called me. I finally called at 5pm to see if it's ready. Told me they could fit it in tomorrow? I also brought one of my work vans in for new batteries. They didn't install them right and had extra parts in my front seat. Brian the old manager did a great job running this place. Since he left I've been going to other Les Schwab facilities and Discount Tire.
